So sad to see that they’re closed and replaced by overpriced high rises.

They catered a surprise birthday party and the sandwiches/wraps were so good. Probably some of the best I have ever had. Not just your run of mill boring sandwiches/wraps. And theyre a staple go to for a local breakfast sandwich.

Miss being able to get your bagels. Hope things are going well with getting the new location ready. Hope you guys open soon.

This place is very underrated and tucked away in a small little shopping plaza in a very hard-to-get-to corner of Main Street. The food is good, their sandwiches are really great but their bagels are something else! Theyre huge and if you come in at the right time in the morning, after theyve baked them, wow are they to die for...nice and hot and filling. Place is super busy all the time, especially early in the morning, and extra noisy with all the employees shouting over each other but if you take it to go, youll be back again and again. Awesome place!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have excellent choices and they will cook your order to your liking by request. Id recommend their breakfast potatoes if youre getting breakfast. Its a cozy place with a bright atmosphere. Overall a great experience, especially with the friendly staff/cooks, and Im definitely going to come back.

If the staff can not figure out the difference between lox spread and fresh lox, they should take it off their menu. The last four times I have been there, I was charged about $8 for a single lox spread toasted everything egg bagel.My advice, watch what you are being charged or skip it all together. There is another bagel place on Main St. that is honest and tip worthy.If youre not a regular, do not bother.

The place seems nice.. the bagels were fresh..My only criticism and concern was that the lady who took my order was in the middle of making sandwiches with no gloves. She stopped..wrote down my order..ate something out of a bowl.. handled cash.. then resumed making the sandwiches all with NO GLOVES! She didnt even wash her hands! I would have walked out but thankfully another woman who was wearing gloves made my bagel. I still felt slightly nauseated for whomever would be eating those sandwiches.. probably would not return.. definitely not!

I have ordered several times from Knot Just Bagels for work related events and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the Heart Stopper french toast bagel; it is so good. Sharon is a pleasure to work with and makes sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend Knot Just Bagels!!!!

I walked out. This place has no flow for the customers. I walked in asking everyone who was next and made my way to the cashier and asked who was next and was told. Im talking to her nice right. So I stepped to the left and waited to order. He finished that customer and then gave an order out to someone else and then said if you are wanting to order to step over there. (To the right of the register) Now I was the only one waiting to order and now had to move to the sea people waiting to get their order and trying to eat, instead of standing out of the way making my decision on witch bagels I was going to get when it was time to give my order. So I said I was leaving and made my way through the people and left to somewhere else. You should identify some type path for your customer to use for ordering and waiting if that is expected instead of being overwhelmed and rude. I just wanted some bagels.

Amazing bagels! Made fresh daily and right by the train station so i can grab mine on the way in to work. Always surprised with how theyre better than the bagels i get in city also at all the different nd special flavors they carry.. whether healthy or a treat im never disappointed!

I ordered a dz whole wheat everything, 1 whole wheat everything with cream cheese and 1 whole wheat everything with ketchup and pepper. Everything was good with the exception of the egg sandwich it didnt have any egg. Bring it back and they make another sandwich this time with no ketchup and pepper. The most disappointing experience Ive had here. I drove almost 4hrs for this and it is very disappointing. ☹️

To be honest I would never go here beyond 11:00 a.m. during the day every time I go later in the day the bagels are half hazardly made typically missing one of the ingredients which tends to be cheese most of the time, barely toasted if at all, and to be honest just not appealing

I had a lunch sandwich with chicken, ham cold cuts, and pineapple... supposed to be a Hawaiian style sandwich.....🤦‍♀️ The chicken was rubbery and hard to chew...the only warm part of my sandwich was the pineapple slice which melted into a rather tasteless roll. Wasted my money because it really wasnt edible.....I should have just gotten a bagel 🤷‍♀️

Those bagels are huge. Coffee is great. Service is excellent. Recommended place to read and watch TV.

To the owner: Thank you for responding. Like a lot of the lower ratings here, I have the same issues. Service is extremely slow and not very friendly and there is no flow in the place, always hordes of people standing around waiting on their order. I just get a bunch of bagels here with nothing on them and they’re delicious, no issues with that, but I think you should expand to a bigger location with a bigger parking lot and hire more employees :) They often seem to be doing large catering orders or phone orders while I just stand at the counter for a long time being ignored. I also think labeling the bagel bins would make things easier and let people know what you have at the moment.

Love their bagels & food but, one particular man who shouldnt be working the front line & taking orders... hes impatient & cold!

Customer service is pretty good, the rate is better than average, but the amount of egg they put on their sandwiches is insanely light. It looks like maybe a single large egg pretty sandwich regardless if it is a wrap with bacon, egg and bacon on a bagel, or just egg on a bagel.I think they offer other sandwiches, but there arent any signs it menus that would indicate otherwise. I think that is still under construction. At least everything is priced reasonably. Might be the best in Woodbridge, but that really isnt saying much.

Customer service at the register was horrible . A nice young man came from the back to give me my food he was personable and sweet. There was a women sitting in the back on a computer assuming she was a manager or owner she had a bad attitude as well. I was recommended to this place the food was not bad but I will never go back nor will I ever recommend.

This bagel shop is pretty awful I went in to order a bacon egg and cheese and there was no menu so I had no idea how much it cost. It took about 10 minutes for the food which isn’t bad. But when I got my sandwich the egg was cold and had way too much salt on it so I couldn’t even eat it. I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese toasted and when I get into my car to eat the bagel it’s not hot and it’s burn I couldn’t even eat it. They also have a 10 dollar card limit which is not really in there control but it’s good to tell people that u have that limit so they don’t have to buy 3 drinks like me just to get to the limit. Customer service isn’t bad the man at the counter was nice but the food just wasn’t what I thought it would be and that’s what is most important when someone goes to a bagel shop.

The prices are fair, and the lox was fresh too! By far one of the best bagels I’ve ever had! The staff was very polite and was also done making the food very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to get bagels!

Foods always good but I usually order as a group with some co-workers. Delivery time is consistently over an hour, usually close to 1 hr 15 min or 1 hr and a half before food gets delivered. We went a few months without ordering because this and did so again recently and waited 1hr 20 mins.Not a bad sign that they are so busy (foods great!) but really need to prioritize deliveries much more efficiently.

Knot Just Bagels has many freshly prepared, delicious items on their menu. My favorites include their fresh bagels, delicious home fries, chicken salad, and their chicken ceasar wrap. But there are so many other great things to choose from. There salads are huge, and affordable. I buy one salad and it lasts 2 meals.

I walked into their store and waited about 5 minutes before anyone even said anything to me. 5 people working 4 of them looked me right in my face before even saying they’d be right with me. It’s not like the place was crazy packed either. It was me an one other customer in there at the time. Not a single person smiling in this place, I might as well have been going to a funeral parlor. I wouldn’t mind waiting as long as someone acknowledges me. Didn’t know me giving you money was such a burden. Do better. The bagels were decent at best.

This is a great bagel place! We recently moved to the area and my girlfriends coworkers recommended it here. Its definitely our new favorite bagel place.

Very friendly staff, food quality excellent and consistent. They open early so its nice to be able to grab food at 530am and not have to be at quick check to do it. Very clean.I score this place a 3 because the prices are high, and sometimes seem arbitrary to the point of frustrating. Also, the parking is a hassle in this lot. It is also difficult to get out in traffic.

I stopped in the morning to grab dozens of bagels cream cheese and juices for my company. I spent about $60. When All set an complete I asked if I can have a couple paper plates. The guy said that will be a dollar. I had use my card to pay I did not have cash on me at the moment. I said I’m sorry you’re already charge my card there’s no way you can give me some plates. He said a dollar. As a customer who just spent $60 on bagels you could not give me some paper plates for a dollar. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever seen I will never return to the bagel place nor anybody from my company which is a company of over 200 stores. You just lost our business over a dollar nice job to the guy. Whoever is running that store the young man in the front needs education and customer service please. Highly disappointed over a dollar when I spent 60.00 never again. Thank you knot just bagels.

This spot is awesome!!! I always get a turkey bacon, egg and cheese on a roll and it gets better and better every time. I think everyone comes here because they’re always busy. Especially Sunday mornings. But definitely worth the wait. Staff is very friendly.

Food is good but this is the most inconsistent spot for delivery. They pick and choose when to deliver with UBER eats which is beyond me. Our office orders breakfast everyday and everyday we log on to UBER eats and every restaurant in the area is consistently on there except this one. Why offer the delivery service then when you only offer it on some days? That’s really inconvenient to the loyal customers in the community.

Two stars due to service all because of one person. Three stars on the taste and quality of the food. The gentleman behind the counter taking the orders was extremely rude. I ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel and apparently I said that weird. When I asked what bagels they have because it wasnt labeled, he impatiently asked well what kind do you like. He pulled what appeared to be the only printed menu (aside from their daily specials menu) that was hidden from view and threw it to me and told me dont worry, take your time. There is no menu posted so if youre not from the area or familiar with the place, make sure you know what you want ahead of time from their invisible menu board.

Local favorite with breakfast and lunch menu. Conveniently located behind Woodbridge train station. One of the few shops that offer capers with my cream cheese and lox on an everything bagel.

While they are a local staple they are kind of pricey bagels are always fresh with a good selection of spreads

Food is good, customer service was lacking. Today was the second time our order was not taken properly. We called to tell them that they got our order wrong, and the person who answered the phone was argumentative, claiming that it was our fault. No solution were offered, and I doubt that he will actually relay this to the owner. This store also seems to be too busy with their large corporate orders to take care of their smaller orders. Once we also had to wait 40 minutes for a pick-up order while they were busy fulfilling a large order which was late. Will not go here anymore, which is a shame because their bagels and sandwiches used to be really good.

I personally love KJB ! I recently stoped by for a bagel with cream cheese and just fell i love ! Once the bagel is toasted it’s the prefect texture!

I went here &the guy who took my ordr was very rude,I was ordering for 3 ppl &he had no patience with me and what I wanted from the list was simple,he got frustrated then asked to see the list, said I am not from here when I live here.Such disrespect. Waited so long over like 30 mins also the one bagel place not far from me called Liberty bagel, best place . I decided to go here because my parents went here awhile ago and she said they were good. Gave it a try and it’s the most ridiculous bagel place ever it like ruined my day and on mother’s day. Seriously.

They should wear shirts that have there logo or something instead of just t shirts! But the food is great and they often run out of rolls which tells me they either dont have many or they are sold very frequently. Not often but its common when i go there they do not handle the sandwiches with gloves which kind of grosses me out even tho the food they make is great. One employee that often wears a hat questioned my order after i ordered 5 sandwiches but he only saw 4 people with me. The sandwiches are worth the price and its rare they get my order wrong. Very nice people! love them.

Decent deli. I got the KJB Special which is a chicken cutlet sandwich with lettuce tomato mozzarella red peppers and balsalmic. The chicken breast was cold which wasnt very appetizing, but overall it was a decent sandwich. It came with a side of pickles, potato salad, and a can of soda for a bit under $9.

I like this place. Its very busy at times and it might take a few minutes to get your order but its worth it in my opinion. Tip: call your order in on the phone!This small family style business encapsulates Woodbridges spirit. Grab a breakfast sandwich there. My wife and I just had breakfast platters and we both feel queasy. The corned beef hash tasted like it had gone bad. Too much grease.

I have a local business the service I got from this place I would fire my employees. Ordered 2 toasted bagels with butter, 45 minutes later still no bagels. When asked the guy at the register told me it was coming after getting nasty with me knowing I called in my phone order. After another 10 minutes he ask me what I ordered and told him two toasted bagels with butter and it was there all the time just the person that took the phone ordered wrote down a totally different name .The owner is the very nasty and dont belong owning a local business if this is how you treat your local customers.will not recommend this place just for.the poor customer service
