Great experience with MAS. Walked in, talked to Matt at the front desk about getting a touchscreen, Carplay system installed in my Toyota. I was given an estimate for a nice Pioneer system that was perfectly reasonable in terms of cost. They were able to get in installed for me within a few hours.Music sounds great, backup camera & steering wheel controls all work fine with the new system.Totally happy with the service and pricing. Wouldnt hesitate to return or recommend.

You know the saying, “you cannot make ALL the people satisfied ALL the time”?All this hog wash I have been reading about people blasting MAS Auto. First and fore most,MAS his been in that same location for over 20 years. I’ve been going there since 1991.These guys are in business to make a living in sales and customer service. You cannot be in business that long if you were not good at what you do and you didn’t take very good care of your customers. Had a remote starter installed...works great and was done same day. I did have to return the same day for them to quickly remove some excess wiring that got picked up on exit I guess. It was not connected to my remote starter system, just left overs. Otherwise very good.

Outstanding work! Matt (Owner) and Armando (installer) are great!Bought a stereo with wiring bundle from crutchfield figuring how hard can it be to install a media player in a car...let me tell you it’s very hard! Especially since crutchfield sold me the wrong integration accessories.Matt and Armando salvaged what I had screwed up and made it all work perfectly. Factory back up camera, steering wheel control and I have Apple car play. Everything works 100% and sound is way better.Instead of buy stuff from crutchfield I would just go straight to MAS and have them do everything. Matt and Armando have been in business for a long time and knows their trade.I would definitely use them again for future car stereo needs.

Fantastic service! I took my 2002 Ford F-150 in to have some upgrades done. Matt was very knowledgeable and explained the difference in products. Prices are reasonable and the quality is great. MAS installed a new kenwood head unit for me, and the windshield wipers werent working after the install. I called and was able to book a follow up appointment to get it fixed without any hassle. New stereo looks and sounds great!!

Went there expecting an in and out car radio installation. Instead got a full tutorial with assistance finding a radio that suited not only what I needed but also what I could afford. None of that salesman hassle. Could really feel they just wanted what I wanted, and that was a good radio for my car. The installation was quick and clean, they even showed me how to pair it up with my devices since they could tell I was a bit green to it. Has a great experience buying my in car DVD system from MAS several years ago. This past weekend a screw came loose and the DVD system hung loose from the ceiling of my Suburban. Took it in today and asked if they could reattach. The owner was polite and cordial as usual. We chatted a bit while the tech reattached the DVD. When service was complete I thanked the owner and asked him how much. Imagine my surprise when he did not charge me for services rendered. I was thrilled to say the least. Thank You for being so kind! I will be coming back in the future.

Just bought a BMW that had no audio. Went to all the big name brand stores to find a wire harness and couldnt find one. Searched for some small businesses online and found MAS. Called and asked if they had it and they did. Stopped in to pick it up and they looked over the car. They fully explained to me why a wire harness wasnt going to work alone. Turns out speakers had been required and required an amp. They showed me all the options, were very knowledgeable in all the products they sold and sold me what I needed not what the wanted me to have. During installation the owner would take me back frequently and show me the progress and if any complications had arose and what they were doing to resolve it. Great people, great service= great review.

Hands down the best audio place in Woodbridge. Beats Best Buy and any other place. Great customer service and great installers. Finished my car in a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend MAS to anyone who is looking for car audio. Dont even waist your time looking anywhere else.

Poor customer service. I called to get a price quote for a viper smart start system. The guy that I spoke with tells me they are $4 hundred and something regular price, but they are having a special on them right now. I asked what the special amount is and he then asks if he is the first person Ive called; I told him no....Ive called several places as Im doing my homework before making a purchase, so he then wants to know who Ive called and what prices they quoted me before he will give me the price for their special. I asked him several times for the price, which he would not divulge. He says write down all the places youve called and the prices they gave you and come in and talk to me.....ill beat that price. I told him I wasnt driving to his location in Woodbridge from Maryland not knowing the price, which could turn out to be a waste of my time. He then says oh, I understand now. I asked him what he meant by that statement, as it came off as having a racial undertone. I understand that these systems are somewhat expensive, and I am willing to pay for it, because if not....I would be asking about a cheap system, not top of the line. However, at the same time, Id like to get the best price thats available. Needless to say, I never got the special price as he asked what the lowest quote was and I told him, he says Ill beat that price, but still wouldnt give me a price! I was getting a headache at this point after spending 5 minutes trying to get what I thought would be a simple quote, so I told him that doing business in this manner was a turn off for me because if youre going to beat the price.....why is it so difficult for you to tell me how much its going to cost. He then says, well Im actually trying to hang up. I then told him to have a nice day and ended the conversation. This was ridiculous in my opinion, its not as if I was trying to price haggle or anything like that....just simply wanted to know the price and once my comparisons are done, I can decide where I want to go.

Stopped in today to have my front speakers looked at and my deck replace. They offered me options and didnt push one choice or another. Then they called me up and showed me exactly what was wrong with my speakers. They did great work for a fair price and back their work. Cant ask for anything better then what they offer.

I have been coming to MAS stereo for many years. They are very professional and have good prices. I have all my stereo needs done there.

Recently I returned to MAS after having my vehicle at a collision shop. The electronic equipment I was having a malfunction with, was installed at MAS ten (10) years ago. Mat the owner had his technician diagnose the problem and the issue was resolved quickly. Since the 1970s I have returned to MAS on several occasions to have electronic equipment installed and serviced. On each occasion the quality of customer service has been excellent. TRY THEM!!

It was the single most odd experience of my life. I had questions about upgrading a sound system in my Jeep and after 1hr of the owner explaining to me about how I only understand volume but he “understands sound”, he said it “this Dosent feel right” and said he couldn’t make a sale to me. I was just asking for his advice on what direction I should take, tottaly allowing him to draw it up. And It ended with him asking me to leave.

Install of speakers, amp, and switches is perfect. Sounds great and wiring all done in a day. No issues.

I personally feel like these guys did a really great job for my van. I selected this shop as one of the few shops I decided to visit in order to get a range of quotes to compare with the one I received from Best Buy and other merchants in the area. Initially I wanted to match up my quotes, item by item in order to see what the cost difference would be from shop to shop when trying to get the same list of items. Little did I know that while shopping the market for two fold down display monitors, one back-up cam and one in dash DVD player would turn into much more for a cheaper price. These guys were able to install three 10inch DVD flip down DVD players, one 12inch flip down monitor, one back-up cam and the in dash DVD touch screen with Bluetooth capability all for less money and time than all of the previously quoted audio dealerships. They had one minor mistake that was quickly fixed and at the end of install they took the time to walk me through the setup activities, answered all of the questions that I had and configured all of my items within the quoted time frame. So I have no problems recommending MAS Auto and Stereo to my friends and family who need something done right the first time.Thanks,Dom

They lied and said my radio was burned. Come to find out that it was still fully functional once put in another car. I wanted it replace since something was wrong with it and they charged me 200 for new radio plus 200 for labor for something that literally took them 20 minutes.

I went there, tried to explain to the guy at the desk what I needed, he didnt get it, so I waited for like 20 minutes in the lobby for some other guy to show up. He ended up quoting me double what they did the previous day. Go somewhere else

I enjoy superb quality music while I am driving the only problem was with stock systems on your regular American car the sound is ok but not something you would find in luxurious vehicles that use high end audio, sound dampening and wiring. I remember walking in on a demo at MAS Auto Stereo 6 years ago while I was in the area and did not forget the experience. So when the time came to upgrade my car audio system I knew where I was going.When I went into the store to see what they have and talk about how they do their work I was very appreciative of the owners knowledge and catering to the type of sound a person enjoys. Instead of him telling me what I want he asked what type of sound I like from different types of music to get a better feel of what I wanted. He then proceeded to make suggestions high quality suggestions that catered to my budget and taste.The mids and highs are sharp and clean with the lows nice and deep at a professional grade that you can feel in your chest like you experience when at a live show. They completed the job in a very timely manner and they were very professional with the little details that I have not seen by others. I would highly recommend anyone that enjoys a professional job catered to your personal taste go to Mas Audio Stereo & Access.

Good place to get electronics done on your vehicle. I went there to replace a navigation and alarm and fixed any issies i had with the replacement.

Salesman told me that my wiring in my car would not work, tried to sell me audio wires for a power application, and also tried to sell me a noise filter that looked like it had been made not more than 10 minutes before. I even brought in a product sheet for the filter from a website with a price on it. He tired to sell me their filter for 5x as much as online. Bad business! I do NOT recommend!

I wish I had never walked in here. I came in after trying to hook up new speakers and an amp myself, and it became too much of a project for me. I brought it here and after they fixed everything for me the low-end sounded like garbage (distorted) so I had them put in one of their amps instead of the one I purchased from BB and even after that it still sounded bad. I was told the head unit was probably messed up when I installed it, so I had them then put in a new head unit and on their recommendation, wire for a sub which I ordered through a separate car audio shop because I wanted a specific JL sub for my Wrangler. After the head unit is installed, the audio would drop out at volume over 18 and the amp started to smoke when I got it home (still sounds garbled/distorted on the lows, hence the recommendation for the sub) and so I bring back to them and they readjust the amp which makes it sound even worse, and takes away any/all low end frequencies from the Jeep. The stock system in my subaru sounded better and had more low end, but they then blamed it on the speakers. Fast forward to when I go to get the sub put in during a road trip to Florida, and halfway there all of the lights on the dashboard illuminate and the windshield wipers start going crazy and I cant get any of it to stop. This is 10 hours from home, and 4 hours from my destination. I had to take the Jeep into the dealership in Florida in order to have them tell me that something in the radio wasnt hooked up correctly and the Com Bus wiring must be grounding out or connected incorrectly. It is intermittent at least, so I am able to use it while in FL and get it home. When I picked up the sub at the other audio shop, they asked me who adjusted the audio and let me know that it was done terribly. They readjusted it for me and FINALLY the low end was there, even without the sub! I still had them install it since it was a custom order though. When I got back to Woodbridge, the lights and wipers were still going crazy, but instead of bringing it back here I took it to Safe & Sound instead to have them take a look because at this point I dont want these guys ever looking at one of my vehicles again. Safe & Sound pulled out the radio and immediately found the wiring problem, these guys had cut off the plug for the radio and hand-wired everything in which you DO NOT do on new vehicles. You have to use a harness to mate the old radio stuff up to the new radio, otherwise it causes major electronic issues. I really wish I had gone to basically anywhere else (even though Safe & Sound is a far drive) because what should have been a $1,000 project (speakers and installation) ended up being close to $4,000. The last thing Ill mention for anyone brave enough to still go here... price check EVERYTHING in the store. The amp they sold me to fix the problem they had marked up to $450 from $250 as listed on the manufacturers website. They are used to dealing with low/no income customers and will treat you as such.

I went to MAS to get an estimate on replacing the auxiliary jack in my vehicle. Armando checked it out, and it turns out that the jack was working after all! It was the USB port that wasnt working. So all I needed was a $10 AUX cord and now I can listen to my music library through my phone. If I had went elsewhere, I probably would have gotten told that the whole thing needed to be fixed, and would have had to pay a lot of money.
