Defective vape product was sold and guy behind counter was condescending to me and pretty much said it was my problem. He was also rude to another customer while I was waiting in the shady shop. I would suggest going elsewhere.

The prices are absolutely horrendous. I cant belive they get away with 400% mark ups. Check prices of anything before you buy from here they WILL rip you off hard. Went in for a new mod for my vape they wanted 90$ went online the same exact one for 40$ asked to see a different one this one cost 80$ but i could get a whole startup kit online for 60 which also comes with a tank some coils and a bottle of juice. CHECK PRICES PLEASE save yourself some money

This place is great when it comes to customer service, they have vuse pods but they are expensive $18 here but 12 sometimes 13 at other places. Which makes me wonder how many other items are over priced here. Overall nice place tho

Not really sure why they have dogs running around the shop without a leash. Makes no sense to me, my friend is allergic to dogs and had to leave. Not very professional of them. Overall prices are higher then most places, hut atmosphere and layout is good.Edit: thank you for reaching out, there was more then 1 dog. Im not sure what breed, I dont think that matters either. I personally did not mind them, it would just be better if they were maybe on a leash or something. Not going to comment on prices as that is to your discretion and was just my opinion.Second edit: I own no stores anywhere, never have. I give reviews because its helpful and you just seem to be a hurtful individual who cant take criticism. The pictures your referring to are from a store I visited that didnt have any online presence so I offered to do so and the owner agreed. Nothing else, now everyone can see how poorly you operate your business and react to customer reviews. Simply put, you should have dogs on a leash and not roaming around the store.

The manager Jess clearly loves her shop and customers, I cant say enough about the staff... the gentlemen and young men working there make sure your happy when you walk out the door. This is by far my favorite Tobacco King in the area. They always have the new gadgets i’m looking for and if they don’t have it they will always try to get it in stores. Come to this Tobacco King if you want the friendliest service from Gabe & Mattie!!!

Just came from the shop bought a large bag of loose leaf tobacco and 2 cartons of empty tubes for 26 USD they have a large variety of tobacco and nicotine products to include a cigar room and vape products to either repair and or obtain a vape unit. Staff is extremely friendly and social and when asked for recommendations they usually recommend the best products that they feel you would enjoy the most. Over all 100% satisfied with the visit and purchases.

Greeted as soon as I entered but left alone to browse. I asked for assistance and Abbi was instantaneous to respond. The item I was looking for wasnt the color I wanted. Abbi went through great lengths to accommodate my needs. He went through a thorough check of his inventory and found what I wanted, so I bought two. This was my third visit to the store. I highly recommend going there. The service and selection are excellent. The store itself is very clean.

Tobacco king with five locations that’s the only store I’m going to from now on.By far this is the best store in the DMV area. I was helped by the owner he was very nice and took his time he showed me everything about the product that I bought I would highly recommend the shop they have very good customer service their selection was very good and the price was fantastic for the area. And one thing that I really liked about this store is that they greet every customer when they walked in the door and was help right away I’m surprised they got a few bad reviews but not everyone can be happy.

Tobacco King my favorite shop in this area! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair, they arent outrageous like other shops in NOVA. They never mind when we come in late and we always have good conversation with them! Their glass selection is pretty nice as well! Definitely would recommend!

Visiting from Pennsylvania and just went in with my sister to see what juices they had, and was stunned by their great selection of all the products. Amazing family environment and GREAT PRICES. Everyone working inside were extremely friendly and helpful at the same time. I ended up getting a new cloud beast for only $45 and my sister got a whole new set-up. Id easily recommend this place to anyone in the area or just passing through. Glad i saw it while driving through!

I came in with a problem about the flavor that was defected from the company, normally shops don’t take the blame for it and they’re not really supposed to return it, but Sammy offered me a new hookah head which was $15. The flavor was initially $10. He just earned a life time customer until I die of lung cancer.

Poor customer service and high prices. My husband called here first to see if they had something in stock and was told they did so I made a special trip there for said item. Once I got there I was told they do not have them in stock. So I picked up a little cigarette one hitter and some incense. The one hitter was $5., which is crazy expensive!As a comparison the smoke shop right near giant charges 1.79 for the same item. I would’ve never bought it had I asked before-hand what the price was.I called back to share this information & said “ I guess I’ll shop at the other shop from now on then, since their prices r so much lower, they give me a receipt and accurately tell me what’s in stock!”The girl just said OK. Horrible customer service. Not so much as an apology for giving us the wrong info so I made a wasted trip. They don’t seem too concerned with repeat customers.Just thought I’d put this out there for those of you who may be driving further to get something there. if you call first they may tell you something is in stock when it really isn’t & you’ll waste your precious time & $. Very annoying. Also you’re overpaying because the shop in front of giant is much cheaper. They’re also much friendlier & helpful.The items I bought had no prices posted so I didnt know how much they were going to be until I was given a total. I just assumed the one hitter cig would be about 2-3, since theyre rarely over $2. I shouldve just said never mind & walked out. Live and learn.This store is overpriced, doesnt have many things priced and they dont even give you a receipt. Not impressed.
