So I just came in the store to just look around. I was not only greeted nicely but was also taken care of with the best customer service of by Cynthia Ortiz. I was asked if I was looking for anything specific and I replied no I’m just looking. Some reps say okay and leave you alone other reps kind of follow you around the store and make you feel awkward but CYNTHIA with her amazing customer service asked me if she could recommend different fragrances to me. I said yes and each fragrance EACH of them was amazing I wanted to buy everything she showed me because it smelled that good. Once more thank your miss Cynthia Ortiz I’ll be coming back and hopefully she’s there to recommend some more fragrances. Outstanding customer service, great environment and amazing workers.

I went here with a friend. I didnt even know this store was there. They have a large variety of fragrances; especially the ones that I use. I havent been able to find my favorite fragrances at any of the stores Ive been to since moving to West Virginia. Disappointing. But this store did and they had them at reasonable prices. I was finally able to get what Ive been looking for. The staff was on point, friendly, and helpful. I was extremely pleased with the staff and their wide selection. I love Obsession and Opium. Unfortunately, here none of the regular stores that I used to purchase these from in Fairfax County, carry these here. I was overjoyed to finally be able to find them again. And they were cheaper than the stores in Fairfax County. If youre looking for a particular fragrance you cant find, definitely go here. If youre looking for a new fragrance, go here. Youll be happy you did.

Shop smart! Do not buy from Fragrance Outlet. I bought cologne from there this weekend (the smallest one they sold of this one brand I liked- 1 oz.). Thought I was getting a good deal, but about an hour later while still at the mall, I use my phone to check out Amazon out of curiosity and found the bigger size of the same cologne (3.5 oz.) for only $5 more (as opposed to $25 more for the bigger size being sold at Fragrance Outlet). Not to mention it was free shipping! Tried to return the cologne (mind you, it had only been about an hour since I purchased it) but believe it or not, they only have an exchange or store credit only policy (figures they would). NO REFUNDS. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy here. Shop around for better deals. Unless you need cologne or perfume THAT minute, wait and buy elsewhere. Youll regret having to pay more for less. Plus being suckered into the whole no refund thing. Dont buy from these cheats/robbers.

Terrible customer service. The lady was so rude that I ended up walking out. Funny thing is...they had a deal for ‘buy one get one 50%’. However, when i went to another fragrance store ( with much nicer ppl), I bought the same two colognes that I was going to buy at fragrance outlet, and the prices came out the same exact total! So the bogo 50% is total bulls***. I would find another fragrance place if u can

Today me and my mom was shopping in the mall and the lady at the counter ask did we want to try any perfumes we both responded no and keep walking. the lady wait for use to come out the store to ask the same question. So my mom walk over to the stand to just look but as we stood their the lady was very unprofessional she keep saying that the perfumes and lip gloss where for black people. and made us very uncomfortable. Then she offered my mother to try a lip gloss and my mother declined and she just keep saying it was for black people because who owned the company. that comment was racist to me. the owner had no customer service they talked to us any kind of way,they were disrespectful and made us feel as if we had to buy there product.......i advise you if your looking for a perfume or lip gloss please do not stop at this stand they are very disrespectful and have no customer service skills at all.

Never ever come here. Very rude and unkind. They never accept return and RUDE. No wonder why nobody is here.Plus not even outlet. Plus the place is freaking expensive !! Go online and find the item.
