My grandmother recently passed away and I came into possession of her decades old class ring in rough shape. Given the condition of the ring and knowing theyre not magicians, I figured the ring would be moderately cleaned but WOW! They far exceeded my expectations and did an incredible job. It looks as good as new despite the years of dirt, wear and tear. They took excellent care of it, priced the restoration service very well and were so incredibly helpful and kind that theyve made me a loyal customer. Beyond beautiful workmanship. I had my parents wedding band from 1947 enlarged. I had been very hesitant for a long time to trust a jeweler with the task. My experience at Chrysella was phenomenal. I went there to have a wedding set appraised (I scheduled an appointment in advance, and waited for the appraisal.). From the moment I stepped foot into the store, excellent service began with Nathan.I watched Andrew, the Gemologist, clean, steam, and look over the pieces prior to providing a detailed inspection, which resulted in an appraisal. Andrew explained various aspects of the inspection process to me as he performed them. This approach left me with no questions (I am also very familiar with my wedding set, so much of the information was confirmation.).I am very pleased with the service I received, and plan to take the set back for maintenance (I have a few loose stones) and periodic cleaning.

My husband and I recently went to Chrysella while price shopping for a new diamond. From the moment we walked in the door Andrew was welcoming. Andrew took his time to show us several stones and even contacted us later that day when he came across another option that he thought might fit our needs. There were two similar stones that I liked for different reasons and couldn’t decide between the them. Without prompting, Andrew suggested contacting the diamond cutter to see if it was possible to match the cut of one stone onto the diamond I preferred. He sent the diamond out to get cut without any pressure to purchase and said it was because he also liked the facet pattern (I can’t image many jewelers who would offer to do that). At that moment we knew whether we chose that stone or another, we wouldn’t do business anywhere else. When the stone was finished Andrew called us to come in and we were blown away. The diamond looked amazing! I left my rings to get the rhodium redone and have the new diamond placed in my setting. To our surprise, we received a call two days later and everything was finished because Andrew had rushed the order for us. To say he went above and beyond to provide quality customer service would be an understatement. He made the process memorable and in the end got us the ultimate diamond! When I had trouble with several jewelers not having what I liked or trying to talk me into much more expensive options I emailed the owner and he told me “I’ll take care of you.” He was true to his word, not only did he beautifully reset my grandmothers diamond into a perfect setting of my choice, him and his staff took their time and helped me find the perfect band to go with my engagement ring. What amazing customer service!!! I came in at closing to have a necklace clasp replaced, and the jeweler fixed it on the spot with such care!! The staff was extremely kind and welcoming to my two small children and complemented them on their good behavior! I researched several jewelers in the area to repair my engagement ring. my center stone had fallen out and I was a little skeptical about who to trust with the repair. After a few days and several reviews later, i took a leap of faith and visited Chrysella. The atmosphere was inviting and the customer service was top notch. Andrew introduced himself, inspected and complimented my ring and assured us he could handle the repair. i picked up my ring yesterday and for a piece thats eighteen years old, it looks brand new! I discovered Chrysella after doing a bit of research for reputable jewelry stores that perform jewelry repairs, and I’m so glad I did! I needed a number of rings re-sized, and upon entering the shop and talking to Andrew I could tell he was a professional craftsman. He and Nathan, who dealt with the financial aspects, were informative and professional from start to finish. The work was completed well within the projected time, and the rings not only were re-sized but beautifully shined up. I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend this shop!

My sister shops here and led me on to this place. All I can say is WOW. What an experience! The jewelry is absolutely incredible and the customer service is exceptional. My only complaint is the parking. We had to park next to old navy and walk halfway across the center. There was not a single parking space available! Barring that the experience once we arrived was worth it!

This place is the best hands down! I only went in to ask about separating my bridal set that had been previously mended together by another company. I work in the ER and wanted my single band back. Andrew did not hesitate to help me. He assured me that he could separate it, as well as polish it up like new. WELL LET ME TELL YOU I feel like I have a new piece. He got it back before my next shift. I can only imagine the service you will get if you are looking for that special token of love. I went into Chrysella to look at engagement rings in October of 2020, and was a bit apprehensive about lookin for a new ring. Andrew and his mother listened to all of my requests, and offered many different options that were in my price range. I am so happy with the ring that we ended up choosing. We went back in December and Andrew was kind enough to offer to resize our ring and adjust it to my fiancés liking free of charge. I was completely at ease throughout the entirety of the shopping process, and am so happy that I chose to get my fiance her ring at Chrysella.

I would give more stars if that were possible. From the moment We walked into the store and throughout the whole process they made us feel valued. I had old rings that had stones that were in a bad setting and we wanted to see about getting a custom ring made. Andrew showed me different options until I found the one I liked.Anyone could have made me a ring, but having it made by such neat people with so much care and attention to detail means so much more to me. The selection of rings here are just beautiful. My boyfriend and I stopped by one day after dinner to just browse. I ended up trying a few on and mentioned how I had a ring that belonged to my mom that I some how wanted to incorporate into a piece of jewelry. Andrew told us how they do a lot of custom made things in the store. A few days later we came back with the ring to just see what could be done but I ended up falling in love with a ring. Andrew explained the process for what they do in this shop to make everything one of a kind for your special someone. The ring is all designed on the computer and then 3d printed, so you can see what youre getting before anything. Andrew was very helpful at explaining the cut, quality, clarity, all those fancy jeweler terms so we can get exactly what we wanted. We never felt pressured into buying anything and that felt great. In the 3 shops we looked at this one was by far the cleanest, best customer service, nicest and just best place to go. My ring is currently being made, but below is a picture of what it is going to kinda look like. I cant wait to get it. THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED ANDREW!!!

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and knowledge. I wanted to appraise a ring my grandmother gave me 40 years ago before passing it on to my son to use as an engagement ring. I was expecting the appraisal to happen in a back room while I waited. Instead, Andrew invited me to the appraisal room (socially distanced!) and talked to me about the ring as he examined it. Andrew also cleaned and polished the ring so it would look amazing for the proposal. His superior customer service was matched by his jewelry knowledge and professionalism. The store may not be large like other big name chain stores, but their jewelry selection was clearly superior and I will take knowledge, trust and confidence any day. I came to Chrysella to get the clasp on my necklace fixed. They were able to fix it right on the spot. Andrew steamed cleaned my necklace before returning it back to me and made it look like new. Nathan and Andrew were both extremely helpful and wonderful. I will definitely be back!!!
