No customer service skills. The owner seems to be bothered whenever you walk in and buy something. Even by calling in for a price. He said and I quote with an attitude why are you calling me if your at home depot? I replied Im not at home depot Im on their website. First off, its obvious that people want to try and save money especially if your buying several LED bulbs for the house. Secondly shouldnt you be happy that someone is considering your company and going to purchase something from you? He sounds miserable and even looks it. Maybe he gets enough business from the local electricians who buy a lot of bulk stuff from him. Maybe hes bothered by all the price check calls he gets and no one ends up buying and its obvious why they wouldnt after having a conversation with him.

ABD employs very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous people. In my dealings with ADB over the years, I have had nothing but good experiences. Even when there were problems at my end of things, they adjusted and got the job done. I will continue to make them my go to electrical supplier

The owner quotes cheaper price over phone OR he will quote cheaper price when you visit the store. But they will charge you more when you actually purchase the item.Another problem is during your first one or two purchase, owner charges cheaper price, but you go in 3rd or 4th time and purchase the same item and you will notice that he charged you more. They dont understand the concept of building trust with repeat customers. Dont trust them.The employee who is a young guy gives very good customer service, but because he is employee he has no control over pricing and return policy.my advice: Dont trust them, go to the store when the owner is not there.
