Came in with a simple design just 2 plain words nothing fancy; pricing was kinda expensive I would say for just like 10 character I was rung up $25 because it was in two different spots of the hoodie. Overall, their service was fine, I cant complain a lot. Only negative I would say was that it felt like they werent attending to me for a while. They were off doing something else for what felt like an eternity. Pro: they did the job very quick (within 1 day).

A very happy customer here! Definitely worth to visit! Okay, I needed last minute birthday gift and had something in mind. They were so professional to put everything in place and create the design I wanted. They explained and showed me how is it going to look like and everything was so quick. I noticed there are lots of different kind apparels like hoodies, shirts, hats with different colors available in store for embroidery or heat transfer. Pretty sure Ill be visiting them again soon.

This place has the absolute worst customer service and work. I came to get a shirt done for my nephews birthday the next day the shirt was cracked and peeling. I came back to tell themI needed a new one and they accused me of ruining it. Also the guy called the guy who took my order and started talking in another language laughing and being very rude while I was standing there. He starred at the shirt for 10 minutes trying to draw his own conclusion instead of just making a new one ! TERRIBLE !

MAJOR lack of customer service and UNPROFESSIONAL. My 13 year old daughter and her friend went in and ordered embroidered ski masks. The lazy employee named Yeliz (as we walked out he denied that being his name) embroidered the names on the ski mask backwards. When approached by an adult he blamed the mistake on the kids. Then he wouldnt even honor his error and requested they pay again for the same service he failed to give the first time. After agreeing to pay again he once again was going to make the same mistake. Keep away from this store they will rob you. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 🐀👎👎👎

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yeliz if thats his real name asked him for his name and on the way out he said that wasnt his name. Got 2 hats embroidered he puts the names on them upside down and says thats the way we wanted them. Why would I want hats with their names upside down. WHAT AN IDOIT!!!🐽🐽🐖

Extremely prompt service, took them 20 minutes to create 6 pieces with vinyl imprint.The staff is very laid back, knowledgeable and understanding.Previously visited a similar business that needed an hour to do this same job, I appreciate the quick service and reasonable price, while shopping.

Dont even deserve 1 star. I had an important meeting and as I was in rush, I dropped my shirt for a simple embroidery, 30 minutes later when I came back to pickup my shirt. the guy messed it up, he handed it to me and said. This is not on us read the policy. I was like... Are you serious!! He responded, your shirt cost $12.99 thats why i didnt tell you anything before placing your order... He just acted like anything happened. I was calm while he was giving attitude. Hope he read my comments and as you mentioned to me you are the owner. Let me give you a kind advice. Know how to treat people. Stat presentable and show respect, never ever tried to blame a customer for your own mistake and learn how to communicate... Still get confused on that... Giving you a shirt or an items that cost $ 250 or more and you mess it up will be on the customer risk...Is that make any sense ?

I was looking for the place in NJ where I could do the logo of my company embroidered on the plain polo shirt and I didnt know where to go since all the embroidery services have minimum quantity from 6 to 10 pieces. But where can I go if I only need one or two shirts for myself? Luckily Ive found this place today. Logos were neatly embroidered and I am satisfied with the result. Place is highly recommended!

Got my company logo and name printed on my chef jacket and logo on 2 baseball caps. COULDNT BE HAPPIER!!! Took about an hour and cost me about $50 for EVERYTHING!!! Highly recommend!!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. They do not give you a refund when they make mistakes They are completely unprofessional and they do not record their transactions. Nothing is documented. In turn when they make mistakes there is no way to prove what you provided them to embroider on an item.
