Great for kids and adults alike.For a moderate price you select a bear, stuff it, add a heart and pick up some cool clothes and accessories for your new friend.Super fun, awesome staff and overall worth the trip. Great gifts for children and (some) adults. The store has a fun atmosphere and the staff is so friendly. Their prices are fair and oh so cute!

This is one of the worst experience i ever have had here. I have never felt so ignored and neglected. I drove two hours to go to this location and honestly i am so disappointed and it ruined my daughter’s birthday. I spent over 160 for two dolla ( which is to be expected) but the customer service was terrible. Emily and star had such a nasty attitude. I only knew what to do because i been here several times. Nobody directed us, nobody showed us how to put sound in the dolls or made any suggestions about the process or buying clothes. Like everybody here was miserable. I can honestly see why alot of these stores are closing now. I spoke to jeff afterwards and he tried to give alittle bit more customer service and offer us a birthday crown and sticker but the damage has already been done, my daughter doesn’t ever want to come back here again. I suggest people to spend their money elsewhere. A place where the kids will really enjoy their experience

Great experience, made my Christmas shopping very enjoyable. Got a bear for my grandma that has Alzheimer’s with personalized messages from her great granddaughters . Cathy and her staff were very compassionate and made the experience worth it. Store was clean and staff were courteous.

Friendly, helpful staff. Whether youre buying an animal or having it repaired, theyre always happy to help.

Ive been here a couple of times and I always have similar experiences. Warm staff greetings and a unique environment to explore. Children always love it.

My kids had the store to themselves and had a great time getting their bear some clothes to wear and naming them. The 2 ladies working were very nice and helpful.

The staff was nice and as an adult, they still asked if I wanted to do the heart ceremony. It was cute and I had fun.

Gabby in the other gentlemen were very nice very helpful and do a very good job with the kids would recommend to any parents getting a teddy bear for them

GREAT costumer service. Came in to fix up a bear and ended up getting a whole lot more. I would recommend coming here to get a Stuffed toy to anyone.

Not sure those whom work there, understand the experience of there visiting people. There not the best I have visited.

Staff is friendly and enthusiastic and always willing to put up with the excited antics of little kids getting new plushies.
