Sadly won’t be coming here anymore. The rude “manager lady” denied my Amazon price match. I’ve been going there for years and never had issues with the other people. The lady needs a mental check up and be fired from here. She yelled at me too saying “ I’m the manager and I know what I’m saying and you are wrong and the previous employees were wrong in giving you discounts.” She just caused vitamin shoppers thousands of dollars I used to spend through years. Please fire this lady. As a reference I was there Monday evening at 8:30 November 8th, 2021Amazon it is!

I usually bought my vitamin c and others from Amazon even though theyre made by the vitamin shoppe. Now I can go get them cheaper at the store. Staff was very friendly and professional, the store itself was very nice parking a small issue but I like saving time and money here at the shoppe. Woodbridge VA store

There was one employee there, others having called in late. She was delightful! She helped me find two vitamin supplements and handled about four other shoppers, answering questions and offering suggestions, with grace and aplomb.

I walked in at 8:56 pm today knowing exactly what I needed and wanted, my transaction on receipt states 8:58pm I was done and out the door. When I walked in the middle aged lady working didn’t say hello! I GOT, WE AREN’T TAKING CASH THE REST OF THE NIGHT! THE GUY LOOKED AT HIS WATCH! Lol..... THE WERE COMPLETELY RUDEEEEW😂. That’s why I’m leaving this review. Customer service, I understand it’s closing time and you are getting off, it’s no excuse for that poor of customer service. She wouldn’t even price match saying it had to be the exact same flavor, lol. That maybe the policy but I HAVE NEVER HAD AND OTHER REP SAY THAT L, AND I’VE BOUGHT PLENTY PREWORKOUT! Get another job or take another shift, idk!This isn’t the first time she’s been rude it’s been several time in the few months! I would never ask her for any advice regarding products in the store for several reasons and I’ve heard the same from other customers! It’s a shame! I’m SMH

I came here for some Goli apple cider vinegar gummies and theres look like they had been on the shelf for quite some time like they were melted in the container. The store was clean the staff didnt speak to you when you came in the door but the second time I went in there for some oregano oil there was a gentleman named there who did speak to me

They sell a liquid vitamin call Miracle 2000, and I have been taking these things for over 10 years. Yes I know that liquid vitamins are not for everyone, but if you are ok with taken them, it will be the best choice youll ever make. Plus they give you mad energy. I normally take them in the morning before I go to the gym, and I am sweating like crazy when I get done. So check them out!

The light skin bald head guy didn’t even help me was on his tablet playing mind craft or whatever and I got the wrong item such an inconvenience he moves super slow at that.

Very expensive found same vitamins 10 cheaper somewhere else. Unfortunately they mark up because its convenient stop for vitamins

The worst of the worst .... Manager has no clue of what customer service is . Still dealing with a refund that was supposed to be on my bank account and she is blaming the bank ... made me call the vitamin shoppe customer service nobody called me back instead of her calling for a customer and trying to resolve issueNot only that told me she was going to call me on Monday which was yesterday and I call the store and is her day off... why the lies ? I need my money back

Be careful where you place your items on their counter or all your efforts will be placed back on the shelf while you still shop or ask a question of another! Very efficient! ; )

The big lady with glasses is very very ignorant and rude, I walked in and she didn’t even acknowledge me, 7:55 pm store was quite dead. I looked around no approach and when walked out she didn’t even acknowledged either. From next time going to Costco.

Great place to buy a wide variety of supplement from vitamuns to minerals, shampoo to energy drinks and snacks. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of parking.

The expertise my mother and I received was horrible. Being a manager, I know how to handle a complain but apparently this manager did not. He asked my mom to get the price for an item she was requesting the price for. He also told her where to stand while she was asking for help. This is a worst experience Ive had in a store in years.Ps. Your job is to take the item at face value, find an alternative, and take the hit even if there is a difference because at the end of the fiscal year they will come back. Thank you.
