I went to get my tire changed for my rear wheel. I payed in advance. Next day they told me I had a straight valve in the back, and for convenience they replaced it with a curved valve. Look at the picture of my old tire, you can see a curved valve. The straight valve which I already paid for would have worked on my Honda Grom but without consulting me, replaced it with a curved and actually tried to charge me $9 for it. First time going there and now the last time.

Stay away from this place at all costs as they are terrible with paperwork and bluntly lie. We bought the bike over a year ago and still no registration and no title. We called them several times and they assured every time that the documents were posted and in the mail and we are given fake tracking number yet nothing has been delivered. Trying to understand what kind of benefit they might have delaying paperwork for so long. It appears from other reviews that this is a systemic issue with this dealer.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The buying process was hassle free and a great price on the bike. They even cut me a spare key at no cost. These people are fantastic, I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle, I know I’ll be back!

The only place I will ever take my bikes for repair. The employees here are nice and they dont make you feel like theyre doing you a favor. I highly recommend you pay them a visit. Most of the time I do my own bike work, but when there something I cant handle. I can Trust that MFI will take care of me.

We drove two hours to MFI, and it was well worth the trip. They had far and away the best deal on what we were looking for. Mark Spence responded immediately to my online requests Angel helped us when we arrived, and she lived up to her name. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She very thoroughly went over ever important detail of our new vehicle, and everyone on the staff who was around that day congratulated us on our purchase and wished us well. These guys are great for service and sales. I needed a new battery for a bike they dont sell, and they didnt have it in stock, so they called two or three dealers in the area to find out if any of them had it in stock. They were willing to send me somewhere else, even at the loss of a sale to their own business. I keep going back, even if I dont need service.7 months later: Im still referring people here for service on their bikes.

Huge problem with paperwork. The prices are great and the staff was friendly, but they messed up the registration and title paperwork with the DMV. It was a huge hassle to get it fixed. I was riding for six months on a bike that wasnt registered with the State. Ouch! -- I heard that Coleman PowerSports bought them out.

Great shop. They do great work and stand by their work. My bike had an issue that I could not diagnose. After taking it in and having them take a look, we thought we had it. She started acting up and they offered to pick the bike up and dig back in at no cost. If you need work done on your bike, this is the place to come.

Always been helpful every time Ive gone there. Never had any work done on my bike there, but theyve always answered troubleshooting questions that I had. Friendly people will always get my business, and theyre the most personable bike shop in PWC.

Bought a beautiful Stateline and couldn’t be happier. Andrew in sales was excellent, a straight shooter and didnt try to sell me, just answered questions, both pro & cons, for different types of riding in a friendly manner. I was very impressed. They not only let me test ride (which the other dealership said can’t happen) but they also beat the other dealership’s price by a substantial margin. Thanks again!

Single best experience Ive had with any auto shop in the area, much less a motorcycle specialty shop. From start to finish whether it was discussing parts, service, or their incredibly competative pricing I received nothing but honest and straightforward answers from a friendly staff who really seemed to want to help and not just to make a sale. Not only was my visit here less expensive than any other local shop I had called to get a quote from, but I cannot state enough how warm and inviting yet professional the service was. I purchased the tire, had it put on and checked out within the hour. Other shops I had talked to only wanted to do service on saturdays, and for a higher price, and sounding like it was a hassle for me to even ask. I will absolutely be bringing my bike here for anymore motorcycle needs. Extremely impressed.

I bought my Nomad from MFI in 2006 and have been using them for service since 2003. They get it right and they do it right the first time. If I had any complaint, its that they are well known so service appointments fill up way in advance. A little forethought and youll be just fine.Their in-store selection isnt the largest, but Ill trade that for great customer service any day.

The last time I had my bike in for service, the service department left me with no other opinion that they are con artists. Only reason I gave them an extra star is because I used to be a satisfied customer.

I made an appointment weeks ahead of time. I dropped my motorcycle off Tuesday evening, for a Wednesday appointment to have the carbeurators cleaned and tuned. At drop off, the service manager said he forgot to order the rebuild kit ahead of time. I called at the end of the week and nothing had been done yet-they had a big sale event and the service manager had been sick.. Two weeks later, nothing had been done yet and they even tried to claim I never had an appointment! The only reason the bike was finished when it was is because I got fed up and called them out on the delay.They never once called me to say there would be a delay, it took them 2 weeks to work on my bike, the final bill was higher than their estimate and after all that, they had the audacity to say that they would like the opportunity to work on my bike again soon!

Called Motorcycle Factory about getting a tune up on a 1977 Kawasaki 650 to include checking valve clearances. They put me through to the service department. I asked the service tech how much the tune up would cost and was told about $500 just for labor before parts were added. When I started to ask a question, the service guy raised his voice cutting me off in a snapy way and said if I can finish talking and then continued on. I quite listening at that point and waited until he was done talking. I asked if he was finished talking. He said, yes sir...and then I hung up. There is no way Im calling them back with attitudes like that, my business and money will go elsewhere.

MOTORCYCLE FACTORY (WOODBRIDGE, VA) IS THE BEST!!!I was having some tuning done to my Mazdaspeed 3 at CP-E in MD. After having my car in their shop for a couple of months, trying to dyno tune the 1,000 hp engine they sold me, they STILL have not fixed my car. I was forced to purchase another form of transportation and decided on a motorcycle. After shopping around at many motorcycle shops in the area, I decided on a beautiful custom SUZUKI HAYABUSA at MOTORCYCLE FACTORY in Woodbridge, VA. Long story short…Angel made an incredible deal on my new bike! She is awesome and her no-nonsense manner smooths out the sales process! She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase…above and beyond the norm! Then, when I got the bike home and noticed a problem after driving it a few days, I called Angel and without hesitation, she said they would pick up the bike and check it out, NO PROBLEM! Shane drove to Alexandria on a Saturday to tow the bike back to the shop. Turns out it needed a fuel pump, which Shane replaced AT NO COST TO US!!! I drive/ride from Washington DC because I have had nothing but good experiences with MFI. They have worked on my 2005 ZX12R a few times and I have been pleased every time. Shane and his staff treat me with respect and make me feel good about spending my money with them.One time I asked to have my plugs changed and was advised that it was not needed. This showed honesty because they could have did the work I requested without informing me and changed me for it all the same.Another time they gave me a consultation over the phone for an issue I was having with my bike.They recently diagnosed and fixed an issue of my oil light being on. My stator and voltage regulator were also replaced. I spoke with several people during the time that my bike was there and all treated me as a valued customer.There are several places closer but I chose to go to MFI because I value their service.

I attempted to buy my third motorcycle from MFI but I refuse to be raped on a trade-in that is in good condition and has under 1300 miles. They have just made me a loyal Coleman Powersport consumer! I called and got quoted for 400 to get my ninja 250 carbs cleaned. I knew my jets were clogged. I took it in and got a call I needed more work and ended up paying almost 800. I paid it and Bike started up for 2 weeks and then it stopped. I took it back within a month and was told I need to pay more for them to clean the carbs again. I just paid 800 and 2 weeks later bike is not starting. Worst service ever.

My son races motocross at a high level and I have purchased all of his bikes from MFI. The purchase experience has always been smooth and the prices are outstanding! Motocross demands a lot of maintenance and repair and I rely on MFIs service department to keep my sons bikes race ready and we have never missed a race. One weekend my sons ktm 65 broke a power valve during Saturday practice and MFI had the bike fixed and ready for Sundays race!

Great service for repairing or servicing your bike or atv

While Sales and Parts are fine here - I bought a Honda ATV from them - the Service Department leaves much to be desired. They kept my KTM 690 Enduro for 6 weeks and returned it to me with work done and charged for that I didnt authorize or want, installed a Power Commander with no map loaded onto it, and the bike didnt run right afterwards. I eventually fixed the KTM myself by removing the Power Commander and reverting back to a stock map, and was $ 1,165 poor-er for the experience. Why the bike was there 6 weeks is anyones guess, they failed to account for that or keep me updated on progress. They have lost a customer because of this incident and I will not patronize them further.
