I recently worked with Joe to order materials for a paver patio that Im attempting to DIY. Joe was not only extremely nice, but he even took the time to help me determine exact measurements for sand and pavers. He also referred me to use my local hardware store for select materials when it didnt make sense financially to purchase those from him. I did not need the material delivered for a few weeks after purchase, so he said he would call me the week of to schedule delivery. He called as promised, and then followed up via text notifying me of delivery. His drivers were prompt and arrived exactly as he said. My experience with him and this company could not have been any better. What a delight to have great customer service on a project that could prove very stressful.
