I dont usually write reviews, but I just had to comment on the experience at Mattress Savvy. I was impressed with the customer services and the quality of the merchandise. I was impressed with the knowledge the sales person has about their merchandise. Even thou I did not intend to buy anything that day, but because of his professionalism, knowledge and the fair pricing I couldnt help but say yes. I didn’t know what I was looking for coming into the store and he showed me what I could buy. I got a very good deal and would recommend buying from this store to anyone. Everyone needs to go see Wayne Chen. He definitely gave me an excellent price for our mattress. I literally robbed this guy. My strategy was to leave the store and come back at another time and he kept lowering the price and the mattress that I came to get. All jokes aside Waynes attitude was extraordinary and wanted me to leave his store happy. My God that was a very nice and pleasant experience Mr Wayne is very familiar with his products. did a beautiful job showing me just the right mattress Id need, with some of the best payment options Ive ever seen. When I arrived, I had no idea what I was looking for and what I wanted. Wayne took me around the store, testing different types of mattresses. The store had many options for us to try and we never felt rushed or pressured to try any one specific brand or model. I Purchased my daughters first big bed here and I could not be happier with the level of service and the fun atmosphere of the staff here. I did not feel pressurized even when I told them I was going to still shop around. This was the best mattress purchasing experience Ive ever had. The salesperson wasnt pushy. He even sat me down at is computer to show me competitors pricing. The only thing is delivery took about 9 days (which is much slower than others). But, they warned me of that ahead of time and its because they dont have a large inventory in house. If you dont want to deal with intense haggling, headache and want great customer service, waiting a little longer for your mattress will be well worth it!

My husband talked with Wayne to try and resolve a multitude of issues we have had since delivery, but instead of addressing the issue, he likes to use car analogies. Based on lemon laws and Mattress savvy being unble to solve the issue within the three attempts, does that make Mattress Savvy a lemon?Also, if I could post without ANY stars, I would.

I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame from Mattress Savvy in Woodbridge, and I am very pleased with it. Wayne patiently walked me through choosing the right mattress and has a lot of expertise in the features and builds of all mattresses. I ended up purchasing the Serta Blue Fusion 300 plush pillow top mattress. It has a medium firmness to it and is comfortable at the same time. The adjustable bed frame with a wireless controller is great for reading in bed, watching TV, or using your laptop computer. Its especially great for releasing pressure from your lower back while lying on your back in bed. The installation service was terrific. The technicians were very friendly and setup was done professionally. The bed and frame looked great when they were done and worked perfectly. If youre looking to replace your old and worn out mattress, be sure to visit this store before making your final purchase - you wont regret it.

I looked at mattresses for about a month or so. What a headache! Every store has different named mattresses but the same as another name. Then all the rubber and foam mattresses. Which one do you buy. Went to all the local stores looking. Came into mattress saavy and met Charm. Their prices were the best! No pressure and Charm was very honest! I bought a serta blue fusion 300 mattress. It did take 10 days to get. Worth the wait. My mattress was made 4 days after I bought it per the manufacturer tag on the mattress. I like that! I know Im not getting a 2 or 3 year old mattress thats been sitting in a warehouse or a returned one. So big THANKS to Charm and mattress saavy for a great and professional experience!! I now sleep on a cloud and have not had back pain since it was delivered.

If you need a mattress, STOP HERE FIRST!!! Don’t go to a place that feels like a car dealership - here it’s personal.I’ve been all over town plopping my butt on different mattresses. I fell for a Stearns and Fosters at Macy’s but the price was too steep. The sales associate advised I return when they have a bigger later in the year. That does not nothing to help me today. One random weekday I stopped at this unknown shop of the parkway — Mattress Savvy. The place had a nice showroom floor, wide selection, and energetic salesman. I fell in love with a Kingsdown with eurotop and price was not an obstacle this time. There was definitely reluctance to accept the king at queen price offer because it was still a high retail price. He brought the price down to make it affordable. We’re so glad to be finally getting a bed - a luxurious one at that. Thanks Wayne for your patience, stellar selection, sharing your product knowledge and willingness to have every customer leave happy.

Buyer beware!Before purchasing anything from this store, review their return/exchange policy. I recently purchased a tempurpedic mattress from Wayne and he went on and on about the great service he provides and about the 90-day trial for that line. If you purchase your mattress at this store, you cannot get your money back - period - even within the 90-day trial period (in my case, less than 30 days). Furthermore, if you decide you want to exchange it for another mattress that is cheaper, they will not refund the difference but only give you store credit.I want to let other potential mattress shoppers know about our total experience dealing with Wayne and Mattress Savvy. Like other reviewers have said, Wayne is pushy, but is very knowledgeable about the products. However, he will not be very informative when it comes to store policies, such as returns, and if you experience issues - as we have had from day of delivery - he will do the bare minimum to resolve it. All you will get are excuses.First day of delivery, the drivers showed up almost 2 hours late. However, that was just the start to this nightmare. The mattress got marks on it when being brought into the house, the adjustable base was broken, and to top that all off, the way they tried to fix it was comical. Wayne, at this point, said he will replace the broken part. Thus, when they came back to the house yet again as their second attempt, they came with the wrong part, and was unable to fix it. At this point, Wayne decided to replace the whole base. Then, during the third visit, my wife asked the two delivery guys to remove their shoes when entering the home. While the previous delivery team accommodated this request, these men said that it was against “policy” and that my wife and I would be held liable should anything happen while hauling the base upstairs. In lieu of Mattress Savvy’s website stating they provide “professional delivery”, neither team had the appropriate supplies (such as booties) to even accommodate such requests. After that abrupt encounter, they proceeded upstairs to set up the working base and left the house before allowing my wife to check if everything was done to our satisfaction. Needless to say, when my wife went upstairs to check the setup, the top of the mattress was sitting about a foot off the base and the bottom of the mattress was sitting on our bed frame, rather than flush on the base. How were either of us supposed to sleep on a mattress that was partially hanging in mid-air? So when I got home and got off the phone with Wayne about the horrid “professional delivery” and service, we took it upon ourselves to adjust the mattress and base so that it sat properly against our bed frame. Upon doing so, we noticed that the top of the mattress was still hanging off the frame.Moreover, the base does not fit the bed we purchased and when I brought it to Wayne’s attention, his response is that it is the right size and is normal. We were told that he would “throw in a free adjustable base” while showing us how much a tempurpedic base would normally cost and how much we would be saving if we purchased the mattress that same day. So know that if he offers you an adjustable base, just know you are getting some super cheap, poorly made base that may not fit your mattress properly.Still not resolved

Best price in the northern parts of va,on time delivery, no pressure and a very pleasing, attentive,calm, patient manager who will work with you through all your needs,and still get you the best deal, the best price, better than all the big chain stores.

I drove half an hour further to get my mattress from mattress savy so I wouldnt have to deal with the used car salesman types around. (we really appreciate the extra pillows thrown in)
