I took my tuba to this store after it got dented, and Matt the tuba repair guy got the bell back in shape and cleaned it for a really low price. It took a bit longer than expected so he gave me a really nice discount. The employees were all friendly and theyve got some really cool instruments in the store. Overall, we were pretty happy with our experience here, but be prepared for an attitude if youre not a known pro. Also, call the day before to make sure they actually have in the store what they list on their website. We got an excellent C trumpet at a great price, new. Know that they can give discounts at the store that they cannot advertise due to manufacturers constraints. We were given about a 20% discount on the list price for a new high end C trumpet - it was far better than any price online, and only a little more than the price for a used model online. There were very few used C trumpets in stock, and none of them were high-end. They did NOT have in stock many of the new C trumpets that were reported as in stock on their website - not a single Yamaha. We did not receive good customer service initially - they seemed to not believe that we were there to try out and potentially buy an expensive, high-end new trumpet for a 14 year old kid who looked like a 12 year old, unaccompanied by a pro trumpet teacher. Honestly, the salesmans attitude toward us would have made me walk out the door, had it not been for the fact that wed driven over two and a half hours to get there. But the guy behind the register treated us right, and we wound up with a great new C trumpet at an excellent price. Kids pro teachers both said they loved it.

Great service, friendly staff. The person who normally repairs saxophones wasnt in, so another staff member fixed our instrument on the spot.No parking lot, though. Expect to park on the street. (Fortunately, parking spots were easy to find.)

Here you can find everything you need. If its not here, you dont need it. New instruments, used instruments, mouthpieces, other accessories. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do great repairs too. They dont carry every new manufacturer listed on their web page, but whats in stock can be test-played, including the used instruments. They had a nice Sovereign 995 in silver i should have grabbed right then. It was gone shortly after :( Highly recommend Dillons.

This place was awesome, to sum it up this is a brass players paradise. Here I bought two straight mutes(Silver, and brass) for my trumpet. Also I was allowed to use my mouthpiece to try out a used Flugelhorn that was really cool. Even though the whole selection of instruments were used, they all were great quality.

Very helpful in getting trombone mouthpieces. I was indecisive for a while with the mouthpieces I had ordered, and they were understanding the whole time. They gave me full refunds according to their policy on the ones I didnt like, which helped in my decision making process.
