This store is absolutely terrible. I was excited when they opened because it’s closer to home than Salon Centric, but I will tell you the drive to Salon Centric is WORTH IT! These employees at Cosmo Pror are rude and very unwelcoming. They are always standing behind the counter with their arms crossed. They’re less than helpful. They are also highly uneducated in hair!

Love love my cosmo prof store in woodhaven!Esp. Since you got the new manager she is the very best you have ever had. Kudos to who hired her! I am in love and her smiles and helpful attitude is a plus thank you !

Overheard Stephanie say some horrible things. She also spoke bad about the Taylor location but, I always have a good experience there. Will not ever return to this location.
