Went into the Mattress Firm store to look at the Power Adjustable Beds to help my wife sleep at night. Met Christopher who was tending the store. I entered the store and was greeted immediately by Jessie who offered me to try out the Temper-adapt mattress that had the electronic adjustable head and foot levels. I wanted a new bed that elevates my head and feet plus vibrates. Sleep Expert Chris Navalta educated me to the various differences in each bed I looked at and cuddled into. My customer service rep,Justin was busy completing a sale with another customer, when I walked into the door of the Woodhaven store. He immediately greeted me, and told me to feel free to look around. After about 10 minutes, he was able to wait on me. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. I was looking for something that would give me more back support. He explained the difference between firm and support. He was thorough and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to this store for a mattress. The prices were also reasonable. I haven’t received my mattress yet, but look forward to sleeping on it, then I can report back on the comfort level later on!

I haven’t received my bed yet as I just purchased it earlier today. I can say the experience has been phenomenal up to this point. The salesman Marcellus is a great person to work with when getting the right mattress and equipment that I needed. I felt like I was at my second home. Very warm and inviting environment. I haven’t even begun with all the quality mattress and bases that I tried out. I surely feel I got what was right for me but their selection is awesome. My husband and I have been in need of a mattress for quite some time now. Every store we went to wasn’t able to provide us with a financing plan that would allow us to pay a reasonable price and take our mattress home. Would give 0 stars if possible. Kept delaying my delivery. Initially said it would take 2 weeks and now a month.

We went into Matress Firm to look at a topper for our camper, Justin greeted us when we walked in and we told him we just wanted to look and he was very polite and told us if we had ANY questions feel free to ask, at which time he let us alone and let us look. We finally did have some questions and as we layed on all the beds ( lol ) we asked about a new foam mattress for the camper, he pointed us to a matress that was well within our budget and not too much more than a topper. We received our mattress shrunk wrapped and in good condition. We have slept on it a few nights and absolutely love this matress. Justin was awesome and the matress is excellent. I am a little bothered that Fed Exp took 5 to 6 days to get it to me from Arkansas but thats not a reflection on Matress Firm. Very pleased with the purchase.
