Had a flat yesterday and the guys at Firestone were able to get me into a new tire and on the road again in under an hour on a SUNDAY. Amazing job!

My go to car shop. I always go here for anything wrong with my vehicle. Nice cheap service, they may not be the best or the cheapest but theyre there, good, cheap, and most importantly reliable.

I wish that I could give this team more than 5 stars. A few weeks back, I was in a rental car and my tire popped. It was early evening and I wanted to get back on the road. Gary immediately said his team could look at the tire and patch it that night without issue. For other reasons, they weren’t able to fix it. However, Gary helped me call numerous other Firestone’s, giving them the information they needed to book me a new appointment. His customer service was above and beyond, and was overall a great person for helping me in such an unfortunate situation.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the gentlemen working at this location. I have been going through a lay off and hard time so when my plugged tire was on its way out they patiently put air into it for free for two mornings in a row the gentlemen at the desk was very kind and did not bat an eyelash or look down upon me. The mechanic who assisted me both mornings was the very same infact he went above and beyond to teach me things he felt I might not know and that I was grateful for. I was treated badly at a non affiliated shop and informed them on the situation I walked away from it all with dignity, a restored faith, and a new tire. The other three will be purchased here as soon as Im caught up and can do so. I just from the bottom of my heart thank everyone at this location. Please keep up the great work and fantastic customer service.

I normally go to the Southgate location and have always been pleased 😃 by their work and friendly service. Eric and Dave are very customer service orientated. When I called early Saturday morning for an appointment, and described the problem I was experiencing with my car 🚙, Eric recommended I call the Woodhaven location and talk to Jeff and they had the staff to repair the problem I was experiencing!I called Jeff made an appointment and went there. Jeff got me in with in 10 minutes, gave me estimates to repair after a 30 minute Diagnostics Test and had my car 🚙 repaired by 🕛 noon!!I’m Very Grateful to Both Locations, They Both Made Me Feel Like Family! 👍👌😃! What A Great 👍 Experience and Feeling! Thank You 😊!

They told me they had the tier on stock and I drove out and they couldnt help me went to custom performance racing they helped me out!!! Half the price half the time!!!!

I was not too happy about the issue I had when I first came in, but a gentlemen who was nicer than the other.. took care of me and made it a lot easier for me, idk if it was fair price for the stuff I needed fixed because if I knew it all I could have done it myself, but I was stuck there anyways so I appreciate the man who was nicer to me about my first time going to a place for my car issues.

Excellent experience. I drive an older vehicle and the air conditioning was blowing warm. The Allen Park location which is closer to where I live had no availability but I called Woodhaven and they were able to get me in. My car was done sooner than I anticipated, costed exactly what I was estimated and my air conditioning is now blowing ice cold. I would absolutely recommend this location.

I came in for my free tire rotation, and it was noticed my tires were worn unevenly due to alignment.They warranteed the tires, and gave me a fair decent deal.Knowledgeable, up front, and honest. I had an excellent experience at this Firestone. I called about my battery and the guy said shouldnt be much of a wait. I arrived and they tested and replaced my battery within one half hour!! This was on a Saturday too; very impressive!!!

He is very knowledgeable and will work with you on any problems you might have. I have used Firestone for my vehicles for years and have no complaints about them at all.

New customer. Went in to have an alignment done, after i replaced upper and lower A arms on my suv. A sway bar link broke and i cannot remove.Service Manager got belligerent as i told him new sway bar link was on the drivers seat. Kept repeating no customer parts Told him i didnt want them to provide any warranty just cut the old one off and install the new.So head manager guy just lost a customer, for life.Mom and pop shop around the corner from them will do the repair and alignment

After Our Interstate battery needed a jump to get it started, My Wife and I headed over to Firestone to see if they would give us any credit for the one We had installed back in December of 2015. They looked up Our file and explained that We were just one month over the 100% replacement agreement.The service writer did give a Us $52.50 off for the battery core charge and the partial warranty replacement. They even gave Us $30.00 rebate. We were taken care of promptly and professionally. The new Interstate battery has a 3 year total replacement warranty. The new battery works like a Champ. I would recommend this business to Anyone. .I hope that this helps.

The only place I go for my automotive needs. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of bays to get people in and out as quick as possible. Coffee and a TV available while you wait. Close walking distance to various restaurants if your service will take some time.

Ive been taking my car here for all my general repair needs, I have not had a bad experience yet. Usually theres not a long wait and the sales guys are friendly and honest.Check their website, sometimes you can find coupons for a good discount on your repair or parts.

I got there at 6p.m. they didnt close till 7 p.m they asked me what I needed I said oil change and told me no problem after fifteen minutes go by he told me oh were not going to be able to do your oil change. Compassionate, and accommodating even when I had to bring a friends young son with me. I am blown away by the professionalism and customer service.

I do not personally enjoy leaving bad reviews; however, it seems I am left with no choice. My experience started with car troubles, specifically my car not starting very well. I took my vehicle in, and I discovered the repair was unreasonably expensive- hundreds of dollars. Additionally, I went to pay the bill, and the first day, I discovered that I couldnt pay with a credit card. Fine, I went back the next day. I discovered that I couldnt pay an excess of $500 per day. These rules were not explained to me ahead of time, and I cannot convey how livid I was to deal with this customer service relationship. I would not recommend this location for any reason.

There for a simple oil change waited an hour half with only one car being worked on and the other guy just taking his time on his phone walking around taking his good old time. Asked the office guys some simple questions and the couldnt answer me....like how long before I should get another oil change. We originally go to Amen Oil Change in Flat Rock but I wanted to Xbox compare the 2 places. Well there is NO COMPARISON. I will never ho to Firestone again Amen Oil Change will be our place from now on. Worst service ever i am just disappointed.

I needed brake work done and I felt maybe they tried to take advantage of me because I was 2 hours from home with bad brakes. What they wanted almost $800 for I got done for $340 a mile down the road at Top Value Auto Care.

My low tire light came on. So I went to firestone. They were quick and friendly. Ill go back again

Had to bring back the vehicle that had the whole ac fixed for $800+. Two days later it wasnt working and you could hear a very loud leak inside and outside the car. Upon bringing it back said we would have to wait 3 hours before they would look at it. Now had to leave it because they didnt get to it during the day. First fix took 2 days so this is 3 days now without a car due to them not fixing the issue they said would take less than a day. In the end they said another part went wrong that should have been fixed originally. (This part wasnt broke until after they fixed it). So are charging another 100 for the part but nothing for labor. Overall dont think I will be going back here for anything.

Had rear brakes replaced I was quoted $455 but with discount it came to $374. Now I need to replace the front brakes also quoted in the $400 range🤔

1 star only because there is no other option. Gary is the worst. Set up an appointment for tire rotation and balancing. Made my appt on time, 30min later recieved a call saying I can come pick up my car. I thanked them for being timely, I got in the car and decided to check the tire pressure before I left the parking lot, so glad I did. They didnt do the balancing.... what?? So I park and go back in and recieved the worst customer service EVER! I was told I did not ask for a balancing at the said time of my appointment, but I did. When I called I asked if it was included, and was told yes, because I had purchased the tires from firestone rotation and balancing free for the life time of the tires. Gary needs to realize WOMEN are not stupid. He just lost an entire account of 14 vechiles. He never apologized. West road location.
