The sales person was so nice, he said he was getting a promotional deal on my phones - after I got home and read through the paperwork I realized the guy lied right to my face and I was charged full price for both. He gave me screen cleaners, slipped them in my bag and said here are some lens cleaners for you. I thought he was giving them to me because of the phone purchase - No lol he charged me for them without telling me. I found all these charges on my bill after the fact. I will be returning my device this week. I do blame myself for not reading everything before leaving. These guys are slick they seem so nice, watch yourself and read EVERYTHING before you sign or pay for anything. :)

Unhelpful staff and was incredibly rude about helping with a business account with Verizon. Not a good experience and do not recommend going there.

I bought a new phone to replace my old one, and it was George who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, informative and not pushy. He helped me to select the right phone for me, plus - this is the best part - he helped me to transfer over all of my old photos, contacts, and emails! I could never have done this on my own. George also helped me to set up my new phone so that it works well for me! I highly recommend this store and, most especially, George! Great customer service!

When I walked in, I had no idea what I wanted. I only knew I had to replace my phone. George was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and keep me in the price range I wanted. The fact that he was personable and had a sense of humor was a bonus.

Went in expecting to get jerked around and spend all day trying to figure out what I was paying for. A typical cell phone retailer visit. However, Travis was INCREDIBLY helpful, honest, understanding and fair. I left the store and was 100% satisfied with every aspect of the interaction. I will only go to this location from now on. I went to the Woodhaven Verizon store to purchase a new phone and was assisted by Travis. Travis was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional, and his customer service skills were exemplary. The store was quite busy and Travis addressed every person who entered the store with a hello, asked what they were coming into the store for, and indicated how soon one of the staff memberd would be able to assist them. Please never buy anything from this place, the GoAdvantage program is a rip off. They just buy .99c screen protectors and sell them for $80. They charge $20 to transfer your stuff even if you get a phone from them. They offer discounts for Google reviews which is against the google terms of service. They constantly lie about activation fees and upgrade fees. They lie to people about free tablets when they really cost $10 - $20 a month and you still have to pay an activation fee. Please people I beg you never to shop at a GoWireless store. Just go to the Verizon store in southgate on fort street, or go to the corporate store on Eureka in Taylor.

Travis is the genie of the cell phone. He did what many others could not. Owner tried. I tried. My computer wizard tried. Three other Verizon techs tried. Some told us the problem was permanent and uncorrectable by any means. Travis found the problem and corrected it in 30 seconds or less. Genius Genie!

Very good people to deal with! Wife and I had Justin as a sales rep and was very honest, knowledgeable and when we had issue with our Sprint numbers transferring over to verizon. We had to go back there and the manager along with the assistant manager took care of the problem and were very helpful and caring! Thanks a lot guys! We will be dealing with them again for sure!

George and Evan were very nice, but they didnt tell us about the $19.95 charge per phone for setting it up which you could do on your own. When i called questioned about it he lied and said we told you about it. There were 3 of us there at checkout and none of us heard them say anything about the charge!Please ask what you are being charged for.They would have gotten a 5 star review had they been honest!!

The employees here are amazing! I came in a few days ago to buy a new phone, and not only were they extremely helpful in finding me the right phone, they were VERY polite! I think the dude who sold me the phone was named George (I think, I didnt really get a good look at his name tag), he was knowledgeable on the phones I was looking at, and helped me figure out the pros and cons of the Google Pixel 2 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy S9. Then less than one week later I broke my screen protector, and went back in, and once again they were all very helpful. Great experience! I definitely recommend this location!

Matt was absolutely wonderful. He could tell the amount of stress I was in after being on the phone with Apple support all morning, with no resolution what so ever. He started to look into other options for me. Going the extra mile. Long story short he was able to manage to get me a brand new Android phone, and ease my mind of any further aggravation with Apple ever again! I am beyond ecstatic with the outcome! I am walking out the store with a brand new phone in hand after Apple had told me I could not doing anything with my previous device, Matt proved them wrong!Nick was awesome with assistance to any questions for Matt and I as we got the process moving along.Awesome!!!

Go to the actual Verizon store instead. This place charges extra for unnecessary services and misrepresents available plans and deals.All they are really doing is filling out the online application for you. Fortunately they were so incompetent at that that after 2 hours I didnt wind up buying anything through their store.

I went into this location because I was having difficulty transferring my information from my old phone to my new one. Only half information transferred, they wanted to charge 19.99 to help with the transfer when I was told it was a free service. I will never use this location again, and will advice others about extra charges.

After 15 years I dumped Verizon today FINALLY! The manager at this store behaved as if he just didnt have the time for customers. His female employee was rolling her eyes 2 minutes after I walked in. After that I said I wanted to cancel my account but she couldnt even pull up my info lol. I drove across the street and got 2 new phones and more data for half of what Ive been paying. They also diagnosed the problem with the Verizon phone in 2 minutes flat -corrupt SIM card. All I needed was politeness but you cant find it at this location.

One star is being generous. There is not one associate working at this store who is properly trained to diagnose and/or solve issues... No privacy...they require your password to gain access to your account, asking for it with others standing around. They do not verify your ID. Very!!! Unprofessional!!! Run away....very fast.

I recently went to the Woodhaven Verizon store to ask about an upgrade for my jetpack. The man behind the counter asked for my phone # and then my 4 digit code. Even though I use a 3 digit code, I gave him whatever 4 digit codes I usually use, and what I had in my cell phone and paper records. He said he couldnt access my account without that for security reasons. I later learned from my phone call to Verizon that there are other ways to access my account. There were four people behind the counter there and no one helped in accessing my account. I was furious! I have a Business Account and spend a lot of money with Verizon and I left feeling like they thought I was trying to scam them. Shame on them! When I called Verizon tech support, the gentleman helped me, got into my account right away, apologized for the Verizon employees treatment of me, and I ordered my upgraded jetpack through them. I will NEVER step foot in the Woodhaven Verizon store again!

Still paying for a tablet thats failing. No battery replacement available. This is the second tablet Ive gotten since the purchace. First had shot ty speakers in the first 10 days.
