Hi! I would like to say how beyond annoyed I am! I ordered an arrangement which costed me $80 for my aunts 85th birthday and what I ordered is NOT what she got, I called to complain and keep getting told the right amount of fruit was put in based on their sheet that tells them how much they are supposed to put in BUT its like a mini version of what was advertised. They offered me a $20 refund which to be honest is kind of laughable. I will never be ordering from edible arrangements again. What they advertise and what they have the workers put into bouquets are not the same at all. Ive worked in the service industry for years and this is absolutely unacceptable.

What a wonderful gift! These were sent for my mothers birthday and she absolutely loved them. Not only were the treats fantastic and adorable, but the box was delivered with care by an associate who was wearing her mask and social distancing 💙 Thank you. You are appreciated.

The customer service is amazing, I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years and have never had a bad experience. The girls here are always so helpful and do great work!

Excellent customer service from the store manager, Allie. She was able to resolve our order issue very quickly and was helpful regarding delivery suggestions.

Fruit and display were good, but the delivery and customer service are terrible. I received an email that my order was delivered, but it was not at my house. I called the Woodhaven location, advised that the order was not at my house. The employee advised they had picture proof that it was delivered. I had her send me a picture of the delivery and it was not my house. I advised it was delivered to the wrong house and that I walked down the block to get it. She was not apologetic in the least, and blew me off. Her response was sorry about that. Have a great day. I asked for a Manager to call me back so I could address the lack of caring from the employee, and the who cares attitude about the delivery going to the wrong house.

Horrible business management. This morning on Mothers Day, came here to pick up my order that I placed online day before. There was a line of 15 people outside. It was taking about 15 mins for one person to be served. Cant even call the business to ask them to bring the order outside; phone line is not working.. sad for a business.

My hubby had some awesome tasty things delivered to my work for our anniversary. They look and taste amazing. Very fresh fruit. Very happy with my gift. I am passing the word. And isnt it worth having a gift sent to perfection? ❤☺

Wanted to buy a “sorry for your loss” gift and was told that they are only doing valentines gifts which is ridiculous. That’s like a flower shop saying they only haves roses and can’t get any other flowers. Terrible business model in my opinion.

I’d give 0 stars if I could! The Trenton location has horrible service!! My husband placed an order to be delivered to my place of employment for Thursday 02/13/2020 as I don’t work on Friday’s. The order NEVER arrived, so I called that same day and canceled everything. I was told that my refund was successful and we ended the call. So....Friday comes and the order was delivered to my place of employment, after being canceled the prior evening. I decide to call them again to make sure I don’t get charged for the canceled order and I’m told “you were only refunded for the Strawberries, did you want a refund on the shipping too”? Well, duh! They were never shipped on the delivery date! I can’t even believe it! They have not only ruined my Valentines Day this year, but my husband will never go back to the convenient location behind his workplace, so all of my Valentines in the future as well! I wasn’t even offered anything for my trouble...not even a coupon! They acted as if it was a fault of my own that they didn’t deliver! We will never go back there, I DO NOT recommend!

Teresa was so wonderful today, as I was very concerned I couldn’t get what I needed in time. Thanks to her kindness, she went out of her way to be sure I not only something, but that it was also the something that I actually wanted as well! It’s a very busy day for this location being a holiday, and she still took the time to be sure I was taken care of. As last-minute as it was. Thanks again, it’s nice to know I can count on this location in the future☺️

Curbside pickup was easy but my order was not made correctly.

It should be “horrible arrangements”! I did my order this morning of swizzle Berries and when I got home and I open it “OMG” the swizzle are AWFUL!!As you can see on the pictures I uploaded.Just the first and last time I will have my arrangements made to this location.Just saying my 4 years old can do much better.I open at least it will be good.

The website offers same day delivery but more often than not, you will not get same day delivery for one reason or the other

The arrangement was beautiful, however they did forget the balloons that were supposed to come with. Im glad I had it sent to my house because I noticed the error. The driver made it right and several hours later brought the balloons. The arrangement itself was breathtaking and tasted amazing.

It says walk in and pick up your Valentines boxes. Went there afterwork for 50 different types of strawberries only to be told there not taking anymore orders. Well that was just just great to know. I drove from the Woodhaven location and went to a nice pastry shop in royal oak. They didnt have 50 since I didnt place an order, But they gave me all they had. Edible Arrangements of Woodhaven you should have known alot of people where going to order and come in.

Went to the 1 in woodhaven, they had no shakes, smoothies, I odered the only thing was a fruit cup big chucks. I was there at 530pm door said open till 8pm. Guess they didnt want the business 9/20, not satisfied .

I spent 72.00 on an arrangement for my mothers retirement and I ended up feeling embarrassed by my gift. It contained about 5.00 worth of fruit and the pineapple leaves where cut from the core of the pineapple and practically inedible. I am a return customer and will never purchase from this location again.

Great smoothies. Everything else is expensive. Had a coupon for free chocolate dipped fruit, they denied it because they said it was an add on item. The email coupon said nothing about an add on item, just free. Contacted the corporate office and they never got back with me. Customer lost.

HORRIBLE! I paid a high fee to get my edible arrangements deliver on May 10, 2017 and did not get deliver makes a customer super upset. To top it off I called this morning May 11, 2017 to let them know that my purchase was not deliver the day I wanted it and wanted my money back they come back with saying we cant refund you back till the item sell. Like really you just had one task to do and couldnt even deliver it the day I wanted it to be deliver and now asking me to go pick it up. UNPROFESSIONAL ! NEVER AGAIN! - Marla Marquez.

I had difficulty placing the order on-line so I called the store directly and was quickly assisted in placing my order which was delivered that day! The recipients of the Edible Arrangement told me that it was delicious!

If I could give them a -10, I would. What was supposed to be a suprise for my best friend. Turned in to such a hassle, that the moment is gone.First, while shes sleeping, the delivery guy is calling her repeatedly. Then, he brings her someone elses arrangement. For someone grieving the loss of someone. How sad for this woman as well!Then, he tells her to wait on the porch, AFTER, she had to call and tell them she got the weong order and by then, this was born surprise.Shes now been waiting 4 hours, and he still hasnt had the decency to even call her and tell her hes not concom.You wonder why there are only a few locations left open.The service is deplorable! You ruined what was surprise to brighten someones day and turned it in to a sad experience. Shame on you for your lack of class and professionalism!

I live in Va, I sent my mom an arrangment to monroe and it was awful. For $63.48 I exspected more. I ordered a large and Im pretty sure they gave her the small, it didnt even come with all of the chocolate covered pinapple flowers that it was suppose to. When I called they said they must of forgot and it was on the smaller side ? if it was on the smaller side why did I pay 63 for a LARGE.Im assuming and I hope Im wrong. But I think they purposly gave lower quality then what was purchased because they seen it was coming from a different state and no sender name.I surly hope Im wrong.The lady did how ever offer to refund me $6.Im not mad, I just wont buy from them again.
