I called here because I thought they were the manufacturer of a window I was trying to replace the glass of. The woman who answered my call was one of the most genuine people I have ever encountered in a situation like this and actually helped me with the issue I was having even though they aren’t a manufacturer. Thank you whoever you are.

What a terrible company! I supplied this company with a detailed sketch describing scope of work and they came out and then sent me a quote. I said I wanted to proceed then they said they had to come out again and measure (a second time). After waiting a week this person named Lance sent me an unprofessional message saying to find another company. He apparently was trying to blame me for not getting access to the building but he was allowed access to wherever he wanted to go and he made no attempt to contact me with any issue. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. All they do is waste your time and act in an unprofessional manner.
