Great store, Great shop! They have sold and serviced many bikes for me over the years and I have never been disappointed!Awesome parts dept staff, great selection of tires and other essentials.Big, beautiful store you can spend the afternoon just looking around. If you love to ride, you will love Ride Motorsports! Thanks,JDSpokane, USA
Had everything I needed for Honda and Yamaha. Parts department very helpful. They have a good selection of motorcycles on hand.
Great variety. Friendly staff. They let me take a test ride on a bike I was interested in.
Parts department, particularly Travis, knocks it out of the park everytime Im in there. Definitely my go to moto shop and I couldnt recommend them enough!
I went here on a whim to look at a motorbike that no other dealer had but it turned out they had ALL 3 models that I was considering. Mike wasnt pushy. He gave me time and space to think and he pointed out that my favorite model had a $2000 rebate. I took a week to think about it and then traded in my old bike for the new one. Quick, friendly service. Love the new ride! 👍
Steer clear. We bought a brand new, deluxe model off-road vehicle. The only difference between the Deluxe model and the regular model (besides the price) were LED headlights and specific, higher-quality tires. When we brought the vehicle home a few days later, we realized that the tires had been switched to lesser tires. When we returned to question this issue, the salesman we had been working with, Bill, gave us a shrug and It has nothing to do with us. Bill said it was a problem with the Honda assembly line and there was nothing he could do. We paid for the higher-level model and if that wasnt available, then we should have been charged for the non-Deluxe model. When asked for an invoice, Bill said there was none. No apologies. No-let me look into this for you. Nothing. Horrendous customer service. We contacted the BBB and it turns out that this company has many complaints on record with them.
Listen, the managers were nice but they sat around and didnt want to help me in the shop. The mechanics were slow at doing simple tasks. I was almost hit coming down the alley to drop off my quad by one of the parts guys who wasnt even wearing a helmet, just a flat bill hat. Going super fast. Id rather get work done from a local Friend in the moto community or at cycle barn.
Nice store, emoyees helpul
Very kind. Very informative. No hidden fees no bs Very refreshing.
Mike and the people at Ride were fantastic. I had been pestering them for some time looking at bikes when Mike pointed out a great deal that was just what I was looking for. My wife bought the bike she had been looking for as well. The finance group made it a very easy process. Would highly recommend Mike and the team at Ride.
I was interested in financing a bike with a 36 month loan and impatient commission focused salesmen Mike had me fill out some paperwork to do so. Two weeks later I receive a Honda credit card in the mail... I never signed up for a credit card! Nor did Mike say anything about a credit card! Mike was hesitant to answer any questions about the bike when I was at the store and had me sitting around waiting while he was taking other sales calls. I talked with Lauren, who was very nice, stated that Mike definitely should had told me I was signing up for a Credit Card. Now my credit card is going to take a hit because of these guys!
Fantastic shop. Ive been coming here for almost a decade. They always do a great job in the parts department, and the service guys are super helpful. Id absolutely recommend.
Went in for an oil filter and got very nice speedy help!
Havent decided if Im buying a motorcycle or not but it has nothing to do with Ride Motorsports. The service is amazing. I contacted the store a week before actually going there, talked to Bill on the phone letting him know what Im interested in. Bill gave me the run down and we scheduled an appointment. Got there, every thing was set up and ready to go. Im going back there to try more bikes but I cant recommend anything else. I had a bad experience twice with the Lake city location, avoid it if you can.
So disappointed with this dealership. I know i bought a used bike, i also bought it out of state. The salesman told me everything was top notch. When i received the bike there were about 7 places where the paint was rubbed real bad thru the finish. Now i found out reverse and the emergency hazard lights dont work. But it was sent thru their shop and everything was fine
Great people good selection and outstanding service
Went to go look at a bike, Bill was amazing never pushed to make a purchase and wonderful service. Hope to get my first bike from these gentlemen.
The service team is top tier. Helpful and full of information. Will definitely be returning for future purchases and maintenance.
Great inventory of new machines and kids machines i bought a quad for my kid last year and they were Fast and friendly I bought my kid a dirt bike this year and it was very nice easy experience 👍
Very Friendly and helpful...
Just a weird vibe in this place. Not a single person asked if I needed help until I walked out. In a couple bikes I was interested in, they were dirty as hell like they just came off the trail. No thanks.
Best motorcycle shop Ive ever been to! I highly recommend
They had a good selection of gear. I bought an off road helmet
Terrible customer service. Went in looking to buy new gloves, a jacket and new pants and was in the store for at least 25 min trying on gear. Not once did any employee acknowledge my presence and literally asked every other customer in the store twice how they were doing and if they could help them with anything. I will happily take my business to any other place because of this encounter. I had a $1000 budget and found almost exactly what I wanted too so its definitely their loss.....
Ask for Mike.Mike, and the team at Ride Motorsports, handled my internet inquiry, financing, and helped insure me and my new bike made it home, he even helped me strap the bike down on my U-Haul trailer. The only stressful part of the experience was driving back my new bike in a suspect u haul..At Ride Motorsports they have a varied showroom full of very competitively priced and excellent street, dirt, and adventure bikes and side-by-sides. Sales staff was non-intrusive which is always appreciated.Long story short, I would do business with ride again.Thank You!
Cant get the time of day from this dealership. Tried to contact about a bike a month ago, never got back to me. Tried to contact again a couple days ago, and still never got back to me.Took my business to a dealership that responded to me and acknowledged me.Go to South Bound Honda in Tacoma. Will be worth the drive.
Ive been going to Ride Motorsports for more than 20 years. Typically friendly, staff, with decent new and used inventory. Service department is good, and parts department usually has parts in stock. Plenty of riding gear to choose from.
Was overdue for my 20hr service on my 18’ Husky but was worried i wouldn’t have my bike back in time to be able to go ride this weekend. Jeremy and his whole team were simply fantastic and willing to work with despite having a full schedule. They ended up doing a full service, installed a new set of tires, and re-greased my linkage and got me out of there super quick. They were super professional and knowledgeable and ended up charging me for fewer hours than estimated. Cost was reasonable considering everything i had done and the quality of work. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Motorcycles and more motorcycles. Parts counter was very helpful they had what I needed. Thanks.
Helpful staff and a great shop.
I dont mind driving a little further for great customer service! Awesome staff!
Well stocked. Nice place
Ride Motorsports has been a pleasure to deal with. A special shout-out to Alex, who went above and beyond to help me with paperwork
Good selection of motorcycles, better than average parts in stock, very nice, helpful employees.
Great place! Travis is awesome! Always leave the place happy!👍
I gotta say these guys are top notch. Easy to work with, had exactly what I wanted, and delivered exactly what they promised. Mike is the man over there highly suggest dealing him! 10 out of 10 would recommend to all my friends and family.
I wont be back, this place doesnt doesnt care about their customers. I bought my bike july 11th and I called them Aug 26th about my license plate i hadnt received and my temp plate expired 8-25. I spoke with Tony he said he would look for the plate and call me back, I never received a call back so I waited over the weekend and I called back today 9-1 and after speaking with tony again it seemed like the plate was just now today getting sent to me.
Jeremy and his team in the service department provide the best customer service I have experienced in Washington. They are able to diagnose, repair, and get you back on your machine all while communicating each step in the process. Thanks again for genuinely caring about your customers fellas!
I have a whole lot of issues with them. But the icer. I spent 3500 for them to get my CBR up and running. Took them 7 weeks. And they didn’t even wash the bike. The couldn’t give me a clean looks like new bike. I’m in the market for a cruiser. Well I’m not buying one from them or ever going back. I have at least 10 more issues and this was for only one project.
I bought a 2020 Yamaha YZ 250 FX on September 5th. Mike was my salesman and he did a great job, but they have not sent out my registration for my motorcycle and it is now November 2nd. I’ve called in three times regarding not receiving my registration yet and every time I get a hold of someone they say they will call me back and never do. Seems like the only thing they care about is making a sale to get their bikes out of the store but make no attempt to ensure customer satisfaction after. My new motorcycle has four hours on it and now is not operable because of an issue with the ECU. My temporary registration is now expired and I have received no communication from them whatsoever. If you are going to buy anything motorsport related, do not spend your money here. Look at all the negative reviews, then look to see if they even care to respond to make things right with the customers they have upset. That is enough reason in itself to not want to spend your money here.
Waste of time, and dont like to sell. Spoke with Austin on the phone and was told he would price match Tacoma motorsports for 500$ off on a 2018 700r se. So I take care of financing and show up ready to sign. Now he says its not advertised so hes gotta check if he can do 500 off. Wasted an hour with my 5yr old, 1 year old and wife for a NO. THANKS. UPDATE!!! Anthony called me today and explained there was a misunderstanding. Bikes at home and Im happy
So many issues with the service. Got a set of wheels. One would go flat right when I rode right after I purchased it. So I called and they did what they could to fix it... I got home to out the wheel back on and they put it on the WRONG way so my rim is going one way and the tire is going another. Funny because when I dropped the tire off to get fixed they boasted about having the best tire guy!!! Cant even put the tire and rim on correctly... so very angry and frustrated.
Got what I needed. Do wish the counter guy that was working with me told my about the elevator🥴..
Very mixed results with Ride. They have a good selection and most of their prices seem fair. Mike was nice to work with. My problem comes with the my purchase of a new Yamaha. The battery has died twice now in two weeks and the new bike has two scuffs on it already. Kind of feel that a new bike shouldnt have problems even if its a dead battery. Too much to ask?
Purchased a brand new quad. Zero room to negotiate, wouldn’t even change a tire as part of the deal. Not happy. $9500 and couldn’t figure out a $50 dollar service charge. Won’t be coming back.
Good service.
Sales people left me waiting for a long time while taking other sales calls.
I got my 2018 GSXR-750 in August 2019. Dale, sales man was very helpful and honest right from the start. Vary Knowledgeable shop. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back for gear for sure. Life time 10% off!
Great place for some motorcycle accessories. They have a littlevif this and that.
Have been in several times for different accessories or riding gear. Friendly, helpful staff and fair prices. I like that I can browse without a pushy salesman following me around but when I have a question I have their attention.
Nothing to complain about at this place. I called to ask about a bike and promptly scheduled a test ride. Mike took a quick look at my documents, asked me if I knew how to ride, then handed me the keys and said Have fun, Ill be inside if you have any questions. Let me know if you want it!I left on the bike I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay. Mike didnt try to upsell me on a fancier bike or push any products on me that I didnt need. The showroom is huge and packed with almost every model from all their brands. They are even dog friendly and offered my pup some water. It was my first experience buying a new vehicle and I was very happy with the level of professional service I received.
Great parts guys Sean and Travis very knowledgeable
Big boy toys, lotsa fun for my little boys.
Best prices on new motorcycles around good selection. I really like the parts guys. I also really like Bill the sales guy very helpful not pushy at all.
Kind people. Good selection.
Have never found a better dealer in my 46 years of motorcycling. Excellent experience when buying my new bike, honest information & prices no underhanded tactics whatsoever. Since then the service department has been excellent in handling service, installing accessories, major repair after an accident and 1 factory safety recall. This is my dealer for life.
I go here when I need whatever. So far I always left with what I needed at a reasonable price. All the staff were helpful and knew what they were talking about. On my way out I enjoy walking through the used bikes upstairs. They have quite a variety of very nice machines.Ron
I purchased a 2020 Husqvarna TE300i from Ride Motorsports last fall and did not have a positive experience. They forgot to remove the ECU lockout on the bike during the final prep which I discovered well into my ride at Walker Valley. I understand that mistakes happen but they only offered a free oil and filter change (for my 2 stroke motorcycle) for my trouble and damage to the bike towing it out of the woods.I plan on finding a different dealer in the future that is more careful with the prep and delivery.
I had a great experience at Ride when I brought my Honda in for a routine service. When I first called, they let me know that they were booked pretty heavily this summer, and that I would have to schedule several weeks out. If I wanted to leave the bike with them, though, they could try to fit me in. Even though this was a bit of a bummer, I appreciated the honesty. I decided to leave the bike, and they finished the work in an unexpectedly short turnaround time. The price was about what I expected, and I had an idea of what it would cost when I dropped it off. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions with specific answers that indicated to me they knew about the specific service intervals for my bike. Ill definitely take my bike back to Ride if I have experiences like this in the future.
Called in to see if bike was available. Dealt with Bill. Asked for more in depth pics. Had 8 pics within 5 minutes and he didn’t try to hide anything. Showed all pertinent views. I showed up an hour later. He was in front waiting to greet me. Showed me bike, offered alternatives of higher and lower price. I made fair offer and was given more than fair counteroffer within 3 minutes. Finance was quick and painless. There was no funny business or surprises. These guys are there to serve honest and fairly. I am a former car salesman and this is first rate behavior and service. I will not use another shop or salesmen in the future and I have 6 shops closer to where I live. One being 3 miles away. I referred a friend and he was impressed with the the experience as well. Great prices on apparel and gear and bikes as well as a very healthy in stock inventory. This is a great place to do business.
Walked in no one confronted me asked if I needed help was in there for over 30mins sitting on bikes upstairs and downstairs. Ended up buying my bike from adventure Motorsport in Monroe. 👍
Had to have a recall part replaced and the service here was amazing! It was done really quickly and the people working there were polite and professional. It could be easy to brush off a recall part customer, as I wasnt paying for anything, but it didnt feel like that at all. The storefront was clean and well set up and they had lots of gear and accessories along with a solid inventory of new and used motorcycles.
Absolutely flawless! Bought a canam x3 max from them, zero b.s. what they told me over the phone is what happened when I made the 2+ hour drive to get there. Jerked around by 1/2 dozen dealers but these guys have been true to word. Highly recommend them. Have dealt with guys in parts, service and sales and every visit has been spot on. Will buy the next toy here.
Went in today to look at a sand buggies and the guy that came out was a complete $%#^ He told us we couldnt look at it unless we bought it on the spot and then they would bring it out front for us to take home.. yah who in there right mind buys something they cant look at or touch, NO ONE THATS WHO.. well Mike you just lost a sale cause you suck .
No regrets with 3 purchases over a decade and some service work.
I bought one motorcycle from them. Their sales people are 50/50 dismissive/attentive, and were somewhat deceptive about the bike I was interested in buying - it has a slight off-idly tumble when it is cold as it runs too lean as many newer bikes do, and they wouldnt let me on the bike until it was completely warmed up and the ECU refreshed. It was an issue I was aware of before I went in to test the bike, but it is still something that makes me not trust them as much. I was buying new, so I figured there was nothing drastic they could hide as id researched my choice a lot ahead of time. 2.5/5 for sales. The parts guys are mostly awesome and seem to be really relaxed and ready to talk bikes and be helpful. They have a few younger kids working there who want to talk dirt, while others are interested in track day talk. Good people who will help you find what you need, even if its at another shop. 5/5 for them. Service guys helped me with a flat I had a while back, but also havent called me in months about a warranty claim. 3/5 for them. 4/5 overall because of the Parts guys.
We felt extremely unwelcome in this dealership as we have been other times that we have stopped in... I talked my wife into giving it one more chance and the salesman just seemed put out by us... I will never buy anything from this dealer.
Awesome place and staff. Bill, Mike and Tony made buying a bike fast, easy and FUN! Thanks guys
I gave them notice I was planning to come in to test ride a bike. They said theyd have it all checked and ready to go. I arrived promptly and was asked politely to wait. After 45min, Bill showed me the bike I came in to test ride. The chain was resting on the chain guard/frame and looked dangerous to ride! After another 15mins, they said the bike was ready. It seemed okay, though I worried it had not been maintained. I had to pull over after a few blocks to tighten the clutch lever as it wasnt engaging until almost the whole way out. They also left my drivers license in their copy machine accidentally and I still havent gotten it back a week and a half later due to mail issues. They just sent me a tracking number and say its on the way. Heres hoping!I hope others have better luck with this place!
Ive had my jet ski serviced here several times...First time was okay but they left a connection unplugged and had to go back.Went back again last fall as craft wouldnt start and needed to be winterized. They said it was fixed as an electrical issue.I take it out first thing this summer after driving it home 3 miles, put in a new battery to start it for the summer, same issue... nothing.. Its not fixed. I understand things happen. However when I call to ask if theyd look at it same day they said I could get it in the week after. This is inexcusable. I only asked if I could bring it down, have them looked to see if its something simple again. But no... have to wait. I told them its got to be the same issue... no interest in looking at it at all.Absolutely no rationale why they dont want to help a customer whos been loyal. Never going back. All they had to do was look at it for 10 minutes. I understand folks are busy at this time of year but please.I feel stupid here... they guy I bought it from had very poor service experiences with them as well.... but they are so close. Pick someone else, I should have listened.Oh and the comments here that they have the best prices is not true... their service rates are all at book and buying new is the same if you go anywhere else.
Great service, Bill & Mike in sales; & Jeromy & Mike in service department especially helpful. Answered all questions, patient & knowledgeable. Known for over 3 yrs now & consistently available for help & good advice. Highly recommended! See Travist in parts & Tony in finance departments: excellent.
The shop itself seemed well stocked with plenty of options. The salesman, an older man with glasses, was HORRIBLE though. We made an offer, and he told us no before even checking with the owner. He told us how we made a terrible choice coming in today, a Saturday. He made us sit and wait for him multiple times. Worst of all, he basically told us off while we were leaving. He didnt seem at all interested in actually making a sale. Avoid this guy at all costs.
Have bought two bikes from them and had a great experience. Ask for Mike hes been awesome getting us onto the bikes we want.
Ride Motorsports has an OK selection of ATVs, snowmobiles and street bikes. A good place to order replacement parts or purchase a new off road toy. The one complaint that I would have is the service department. In 2006 I took a new snowmobile there for scheduled service. I was charged a few hundred dollars. I didnt think anything had been done. I took my sled to another Ski-Doo authorized dealer/service department, and they verified that no service had taken place. The owner of Ride Motorsports did make it right by refunding my money and a little extra for the hassle. Then last year I took a quad that wasnt running there to be repaired. They couldnt figure out what was wrong and charged me over $700. I asked the service manager if I could talk to the mechanic that worked on my quad to ask him some questions. He told me the mechanic was too busy to come out of the shop and talk to me. Spending $700 for not getting my quad fixed and not being able to talk to the mechanic, I would recommend steering clear the service department.
Would not even consider matching a competitors quote. Its a shame but Ill drive 20 miles to not pay a set up fee and destination charges on a honda 50. Hard to support local businesses when they wont work with you and be fair. Ive since spent almost 30k at a different dealership. Next time your one word answer of NO! Should have a little more forethought.
Good store, lots of bikes with very good prices, if you are looking for a good deal this could be the place. A selection of clothing, gloves, boots and parts. Two levels in the store lots to look at new and used.
I brought my bike here a couple of times because its close to home. The last time I paid for tire replacement at lunch time because but had to come back around 7:00 to pick it up. When I got home I realized the dent in my gas tank. I went back the next day and had the Service Manager look into it, his response …..”that’s unfortunate” He went on to say “my guy who worked on it is pretty honest” and “you never know what happens to things out here after you pick up your bike.” I don’t think people should have to perform a 50 point inspection after picking up there motorcycle from service. Furthermore, I highly doubt someone is going to climb on my bike after hours and scuff up and dent someone motorcycle without knocking it over. Also, fuel tanks are pressurized so to think that some kid sat on a fuel tank and put a dent in it is just down right stupid!
My experience was great. They advertized a ridiculously low price on a brand new 2016 Goldwing. I figured it could be a bait and switch to get me in the door and may not be there. Well, it was there. Freight and doc fees were slightly annoying but I still got a great deal. Mike was the kind of salesman I like to deal with; friendly, informative but not pushy or hovering. He knows his products. Lauren worked tirelessly to secure me the best financing deal. She was a genuine pleasure to work with. Great showroom!
1 star is very generous for this place. I recently bought a 2019 Ryker from them and I will NEVER step foot in there again. The salesman Bill obviously only cares about making that sale. Thats fine, its his job. I knew far more about the 3-wheeler than any of the salespeople or service people. I had them install a new seat, grips, and windshield. They used so much super glue that they glued my throttle shut, and got glue on my new seat and all over the grips and bike. They had to use a file to get all the glue off the throttle, leaving bare metal which we now need to paint so it does not rust. During this time they closed the rolling door in their service shop so we would not see what was happening. We waited for over an hour before my husband went up to the service manager to ask what in the heck was going on. Super shady. Hopefully I dont have throttle issues down the road. They were nice and waived the install fee for this issue. Upon getting home all of my tires were 15 PSI lower than they should be (we asked them before we left if they were filled correctly). The alignment is out of whack, so we need to get that fixed. They also installed a clip that holds the wires to the fog lights upside down, which caused the brake line and light wires to get rubbed down by the tires. BUYER BEWARE this place is sketchy and they have no value of customers or safety.
I am 20 and this was my first time buying a bike. My salesman was Mike and he was absolutely amazing. I will forever return to this dealership. Mike was extremely helpful and gave it to to me straight. I didnt know if I was going to be able to make this purchase, he made it happen for me. The way he spoke to me about it was so comforting and he really took care of me. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful. I even still keep in touch with Mike over text to let him know how things are going.
No wiggle room on the price as usual. If you dont want to price match your going to lose a lot of business.Wont be back to this place.
Nice crew, decent work. These guys are quick and I appreciate their patience!
If they can find any inkling of a reason to not help you, they will use it. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from a company. As a business owner myself, I strive to provide the best customer experience. It appears that Ride Motorsports wants to sell you their machines and not take care of you afterwards.Seeing all these other 1 star reviews makes me wish I read them before I spent money with them.I intend to get another jet ski in the future - but not from them.Avoid.
Pretty good selection of bikes and gear. The parts counter was easy to work with. Friendly, and helpful. Although they didnt have the part I needed, they offered to order in, as well as searching around for other locations that had my hard to find light bulb in stock.
I interact with Ride Motorsports in Woodinville, WA on a regular basis and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They have a nice showroom, friendly staff, and a huge selection of bikes at great prices.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends looking for a bike, sled, atv, parts, or service.Tim,Huntington Beach Hauling
First rate experience. I really like to do my homework before making a large purchase and most dealers get annoyed when I wont commit to something after the 2nd or 3rd visit. Bill was great to deal with, very friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me time to decide what I wanted to buy. And the price I paid was better than anyone else.
Really friendly people. Good amount of new and used inventory. Took 3 hours to secure financial assistance from the bank. Was there for some time. I recommend getting pre financed as to cut time down. And try to go in on a weekday, Saturdays are crazy busy.
The parts are a plenty, and the stock they have for dirt bikes to scooters to even snow mobiles is incredible. They also have a repair shop, can be pricey. And their repairs arent always quality done
My experience over here was amazing Bill help me choose a bike that work well with me and in my budget this is the guy you wanna talk too and Lauren with finance is incredible honestly I wasnt expecting to even be approve but shell definitely in everything in her power get in the bike plus even give you good options and now I am riding out in a new motorcycle that I used to dream doing now reality is kick in and wake up to 11k rpms can never be so good
Brought my bike in for an annual service and new tires. They did a great job and my bike was done a day earlier than I was quoted. Service department explained all the services that were performed and reminded me of what the next service will be.
Typical dealer. Kind of odd though. Usually the sales staff are shady and the service is top notch. Quite the opposite here. Id say buy a bike here but have the servicing done elsewhere.
