Brought in some loose parts to get painted. They did a great job squeezing it into their schedule and were reasonable on price. Their painter laid that clear flat! Looks very good.

Quite happy with the Paint Job for my 1989 Ford Probe. Looks better than New.

The list is very long of horrible workmanship, however, everything on my vehicle worked when I drove it there. Now Im at $1000.00 for component repairs before they even painted it. For me they have no pride or care in their work. Wires left hanging, broken actuator in steering column, scrapes in paint, broken door lock shaft, body molding installed in wrong location to name a few. In May 10th out July 21st and it going back for major punch list items.

I set up an appointment for 8:30 am showed up 5 to 10 minutes early just in case.Once there I sat in an empty lobby for around 20 minutes without one person ever showing up to the front desk to greet or help me I won’t be ever considering or recommending this place to anyone moving forward.Go here if you would like to go to a business that doesn’t respect your time.

I had them paint the exterior and door jambs of my F-250 including the canopy, with color/clear and bed liner. Excellent paint and liner quality for the price. Minimum amount of orange peel and very few paint blemishes that I expected for a full paint job of that size and on the economical side of paint shops. The staff that I interacted with was friendly and honest with where my truck was at in the paint process and upfront with the costs involved.Only reasons for the 4 star as opposed to the 5 is the time it took to finish the job verses their initial estimate and the fitting of the doors and door panels after the job was done. I ended up having to realign my doors myself after I took the truck back. Overall I would and probably will take my business back to the Woodinville Maaco for future paint work.

Brought in an unpainted front fascia for my car. Pricing seems on the high end, charged ~$400 base coat and clear coat on just bumper, before tax. Definitely an up-charge on paint materials, labor charge looked to be overestimated, but not egregiously so. Bumper fascia was painted on spray rack, not on car, so minimal masking and no blending, the estimate did not reflect that. I did not ask for it to be blended to existing color, but perhaps should have requested it be done since the color match is off slightly, and is noticeable. Additionally, since I brought in my own part to be painted rather than pay Maaco to source it, and up-charge for sourcing, they will not warranty the paint job, which I find troubling. Overall, the painter himself did a good job, and the final finish of the part looks nice, but the holistic service received was not very satisfactory, and I don’t know that I will use them again. FYI I’m not a professional automotive HVLP painter, but I’m a professional airless sprayer with architectural coatings, so I have a decent idea of my criticisms of their charges, as I have a good idea how long it takes to spray out a bumper like this on a spray rack. Labor seems like they charge for every hour it spends on the rack, my only guess as to why it’s as high as it is.

Woodinville Maaco did an outstanding job painting my 96 Cherokee. I just wanted a simple, cost effective paint job - no body work done and single stage paint applied.Clayton and his crew did an incredible job for what they charged. I was really surprised at the quality of prep work and talent (by Josh) laying up the enamel. No runs, very acceptable orange peel, and next to nothing for debris in the paint.These guys work hard, pay attention to detail, and deserve your business! I wont hesitate to go back with my garage princess chevy and expect show quality work done.. of course for some more money, but these guys have the skills.

I recently went in to Maaco to repair a large scratch along the right side of my Subaru. Since dropping the car off to be serviced, I had to return three times to find that there were significant quality problems with the work. The following is what I found each time I returned to the shop to pick up my car:1st Return:  Bubbling of the clear coat across the whole right side, glue mound on the lower part of the car, missing protector film, and unknown car body part (presumably from somewhere inside my car) left inside the car.2nd Return: Bubbles were sanded down into divits across the whole right side of the car, glue/paint mound remaining on the lower part of the car, protector film still missing.3rd Return: Divits still remain on roughly 20-30% of the right side. The glue/paint mound was removed but there is now paint along the edge of the rear driver side door trim. The protector film was replaced but it has debris and bubbles under the surface. Portions of the clear coat have a faded sanded look across the side of the car.4th Return: Divits remain in a few places along the worked ares. The faded/sanded look remains on portions of the clearcoat. Section of rear panel was not blended well and a sharp divide in the paint is clearly visible when in the sun. Rubber around the windows has sanding marks. Sprays of clearcoat are now along the window seal.The people there were very friendly and seemed to own the mistakes. However, the repeated returns were a problem, and the quality of the work was not great.

These folks are hard workers and try their very best to make your vehicle as good as possible. I really appreciate that a lot.

Was lied to on multiple occasions that my truck would be pulled in to be prepared for paint. Would drive by and see my truck still sitting outside. Was told it would take a month at the very maximum. So 2 and a half months later its finally done. Then the owner who Im not gonna say his name wanted to charge me more than agreed price. Oh and my truck was covered everywhere in dust in my interior and engine bay. Good price for what they did but I was very unhappy with the lying.

Theres a reason why this particular Maaco has such a high rating, and thats because it shows in the end result. Clayton and his crew truly listen and meet the customers needs on a budget. Better yet, the outcome exceeds your expectations. Youd think this was a higher end body shop and not a Maaco. I was even surprised to learn they do metal fab work as well. If you are not happy with a result, Clayton will work with you to meet it so that you are satisfied or offer alternative options. I have now had two vehicles painted by them and look forward to working with them in the future.

I was apprehensive at first but dear lord this is the best experience I could have hoped for. Ian gave me a good fair price and was always willing to call when things came up. The price did end up going up so just be prepared that that’s a possibility. This wasn’t some cheap unprofessional job. This was artwork. My car looks better than when I bought it lightly used. I learned to drive in my car and that meant I got into some minor accidents that left some extensive body damage. They replaced all the broken parts and painted them beautifully. I love my car so much and I’m so glad I went here to fix it. It was worth every penny I spent to get my perfect car back the way it was. They even did a lovely job detailing the interior. I’d come back in a heartbeat if I needed more work done.

Have been here two different times for paint, happy with both experiences.

I visited Clayton about six months ago for a quote to fix some damage I caused myself, not through insurance. He met us promptly and gave us a quote. For whatever reason we didn’t do the work right away, but last week, when I decided to do it I hit him up asking for availability. He was able to get me in the next week, stuck to his original quote and got the work done in 4 days as promised. Car looks great, price was great. Side note- my car is metallic silver, which is extremely difficult to match and they nailed it. Thanks so much!

I had great experience with Maaco to replace the front bumper cover of my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Very quick respond, very reasonable price, and scheduled the appointment very next morning. the people are super friendly and very professional! I will certainly bring my Jeep to them again for any body work!!

They did a good job on the paint Ill give them that. Service is excellent. Just that when I dropped it off they told me 2 weeks. But ended waiting 5 weeks. It was a challenge to take off the paint but they should at least called or something. But in total food service. Proud of what they did!

If I could give more stars I would.I took my Mercedes to 2 other repair shops & was given a ridiculous quote for a scratch 6 long something about the 3 stage paint costing SO MUCH MORE and it wouldnt match without repainting a huge swath of my car.Not a problem for Clayton & Ian, scheduled me in almost immediately did the work inexpensively & its like it never happened. They even detailed my car before they returned it. utter sweethearts.

Was quoted a very fair and reasonable price for the service I wanted to repair a dent on the back quarter panel of my car and to repair my rear door not closing properly. Repair was done quickly, was very well done, and they did not try to up-charge me for anything. Clayton was very professional, I will definitely take my car back here if it ever needs more work.

Clayton is a true professional. I came to his business at the direction of our company mechanic who uses them for our fleet vehicles and his personal vehicles. My truck had paint peeling and rust where the windshield meets the top of the cab. I felt Clayton was straight forward with me when discussing the situation, letting me know that it appeared to not be too bad but that he would not know for sure until they got the window out and started sanding (they also replaced my windshield because the old one was severely cracked). I let him know the budget I had to work with and he assured me that it was doable within that budget. They were very flexible in letting me drop my vehicle off a couple days early and finished the work head of schedule. They also painted the entire top of the cab and it looked brand new. When I came into pay the bill it was exactly what we had discussed (including tax). I wasnt able to pick up the vehicle when I paid the bill and Clayton said he was glad because it wasnt quite in the shape that they like to have the vehicles in when they give them back to customers. When I came back after hours to pick up the truck it looked like it had been fully detailed inside and out. The inside of that truck has never smelled as good as is does today since I have owned. I am beyond impressed and pleased with the experience I have had with this business.

Really pricey. Not at all what I was expecting. They are nice but they need to come way down. There are too many other body shop places that do not charge as much and give good service.

Repair Order # 2255I got my AUDI Q5 work done here for a collision repair. The shop had kept the vehicle for nearly 2 months as they lack expertise in fixing the electrical wiring . Overall quality of job done is OK. Took delivery of the vehicle, because I was so done with waiting and paying out of pocket for rental carAfter few months, I had noticed during car wash, that they had missed a bracket which holds the front bumper in positionI had visited the shop.Shop declined to own the mistakeInstead pushed it on Insurance, that they had not paid for the partI had to call up insurance and the insurance company had provided documentation showing that they had paid for the part and labourAfter understanding that there is no point in fighting with someone, who doesnt want to acknowledge their mistake, I got it done at a different shop paying out of pocketOverall, very disappointing experience

My comments apply only to Maaco Woodinville - not applicable to any other Maaco shop. Ive used this Woodinville shop twice. It is a small shop located in a quiet industrial park - unlike many of the high volume repair shops. In my experience, their price always beats any other shop in the area partly because they seem to have more options to get to the same result. They managed to repair the damage using the existing door after trying to locate a replacement door - other shops I talked to wont do that. Workmanship is superb - somehow they got the contours to match and the finish to match exactly to the existing faded tint from a previous 10+ year paint job. They even repaired a slight color difference on a previous job, fixed other parts of the door, and cleaned the car inside and out before delivery. Only one small complaint - delivery date was later than predicted, which fortunately I could deal with. Otherwise, very professional team. Highly recommended.

This place is very honest and provide good quality of work. They not just fixed my front bumper on time but also vacuum and wash my car. On top of that, they bring the price down to match the actual price of the parts when I pick up my car. I highly recommend this place, high value and low cost!

My 1989 Toyota pick up was old and had its factory paint job. It needed so much help and all I had was 1200. They did an awesome job three base coats three clear codes and they fixed up so many things for free, doing the mirrors, doorhandles, behind the cab and cleaned every inch! It looks like a 3000 or $4000 paint job! Thank you so much guys you are awesome!

The Woodinville Maaco did an excellent job of painting our 22 year old, but reliable Toyota. It looks like new again! I highly recommend them.

The Woodinville location is definitely deserving of 5 stars (haven’t gone to the other locations)! My friends boyfriend hit my car and to help him out cost wise I got 3 quotes. One from CarStar, Fix Auto, and Maaco. Out of the three quotes Maaco’s was the most affordable and I read great reviews about their work. The reviews weren’t the only reason I decided to go with them. I also had a friend that owned a cherry red Subaru that he wanted to be painted black. The results of his car definitely made it clear who I should choose to fix the scratch on the side of the body of my 2014 Scion tC and door. I was recently in another accident and of course the first people I turned to for help was Maaco. Boy am I glad I did because they were kind enough to even fix small scratches that was ruining the look of the car. Now a days it’s so difficult to find companies that are mainly focused on customer experience and not just taking there money and I am impressed with how much they prioritize my experience first. Not to mention that the day I went to drop the car off I had scheduled for Enterprise to pick me up so I could get a rental to go to an appointment and they were 30mins late to pick me up so the wonderful guy at the front desk named Ian offered to drive me to the appointment and ended up just letting me take my car back to go to the appointment. Literally the most kindest and hardworking auto body I’ve come across. You won’t be disappointed! :)

I would love to write a good review right now but my truck is still in the shop after leaving it there a month ago. They keep telling me it will be another week, that they are having problems with employees not showing up and disappearing... Im pretty understanding, the first delay was understandable, the second was annoying, now after the third Im pretty angry, I use my truck for my work and this is getting very inconvenient. I hope the finished product is turns out good, and if it does I will follow up with a positive review.

Fantastic job for fraction of the cost we were quoted elsewhere!!Our Nissan Murano needed few body parts to be repainted - as it got some bad scratches. They done excellent job and actually painted one or two body parts more than what we initially asked for. The painter probably realized it would look much nicer that way. This was done for no extra charge to us!The paint look beautiful - one almost cant recognize which part was newly painted and which body parts have the original paint - except for the missing scratches...They know their job well and want their customers to be happy!

So far so good. Early check in experience very courteous thorough kind friendly and quick. I will have more once truck is picked back up 🙂

We had the Woodinville, Wa shop paint a newly acquired Alfa Romeo spider we were restoring. Ian was super easy to work with and has a real love of cars. We worked on a game plan for what we needed out of a paintjob. He made some suggestions I had not considered, but made sense. From there it was just waiting. I stopped in to see progress and snap pictures for my records to keep with the car and they did not mind. I was not there to interfere, but just to appreciate the process. 6 weeks later the car was ready and wearing a gleaming new coat of red paint. The car looks as good or better than new in its modern shade of Alfa Red cloaked around its classic shape. When it comes time to do our other Alfa, there is no question where I will go.

I had a diffuser painted for the back of my car, the diffuser paint job turned out good.Unlike other Maacos that might be part of a big sub-franchise, this is Claytons livelihood and he treats it as such. If there is a problem, you can be sure he will make it right.Not all paint shops are the same, and no all Maacos are the same.

Initially I was reluctant to get my vehicle body work done at Maaco woodenville.. But Clayton was excellent and provided reasonable quote and did a great job in doing the paint work..

I got a pretty nasty scratch and dent down the right side of my vehicle (3 panels). Maaco Bellevue claimed it went straight through the clearcoat, quoted $2600 to remove every panel and repaint. Millen Autobody quoted $1600 to repaint all panels without removal. Clayton at Maaco Woodinville quoted $900. He even called halfway through and stated some of the work wouldnt even be needed and did the whole job for less. Flawless work, looks brand new. Totally honest, was realistic and accurate about timing, and willingly reduced their pay based on unecessary work. I can only say good things about this place.
