I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my experience was stellar. I had a horrible experience with a different dealership a few days prior and when I shared about it with friends and family I was told that it sounded pretty standard for car salesman/car dealership interactions. I had such a good experience with Platinum Autos, especially John who helped us out. We were looking to buy a car that was stick and also wanted to get it inspected but no one was able to drive it to inspection. John offered to take the car to inspection and back to the dealership, which just goes to show how they care about customers knowing what theyre getting, and not trying to sell vehicles with prior issues. Honest previously owned car dealership! Robert (dealer) was a down to earth, chill salesman with professionalism and a no hassle/no hanggling required, attitude. I felt as if I was important and worth his time. I’ve had this car since early March and have experienced absolutely NO issues. They were honest and upfront about the few minor issues that needed to be fixed, that being a headlight bulb and a turn signal switch. I paid cash for the car and repaired both on my own with the help of YouTube because British cars are definitely unique. 😃 I seriously appreciate the honesty from this dealership after being screwed over by a Tacoma dealer and another dealer in Kirkland. I’ve seen an ad online for a car I was interested in for a long time. Went to the car lot there weren’t anyone to greet us. Went inside the business saw a few sales people who didn’t even acknowledge I was looking for someone to talk to about the car. Finally two of them came outside I had to wait 5 minutes for them to be done with their conversation. Then without introducing himself he said can I help you? I told him I was here to look at the car I saw online. He replied oh yeah that car sold last night. 4 days later the car is still posted online as I write this. Super unprofessional and rude! I would stay away from this place if you like decent customer service.

I went here and test drove a car and told the guy that I was really interested. He then told me that he would talk to his buyer about a trade-in call me back. Nearly the whole next day goes by without a callback. I didn’t call them and the guys not available and I’m told I’ll get a call back. 45 minutes passes and I still haven’t gotten a call back. I then called them again I told them I was waiting. He told me he was talking to his vehicle specific guy and will call me back. Here we are and they close in half an hour and I still haven’t got a callback.... on top of this, When I got there the guy didn’t even introduce himself to me and was just talking on the phone the whole time and never actually tried to sell anything to me. He just flat I wasn’t available to really talk about the car. I was the only customer there

Best buying experience I have ever had at a dealer. Found a 2014 with low miles. Brian let us take it to the dealer to get checked out. Even the dealer was impressed with the vehicle and low miles. Only said it would need tires within a year. Brian took off an extra $200 for tires. Low pressure sales. Brian held the car for us for a week with a low deposit even though he had others interested in it. Honest dealer!

Used car lots can be tough. This one is a bit better. But its still a used car lot. Lower cost cars on average. No real pressure, helpful sales person helped us, left us alone but was available as we needed. So if you are on a budget, this could be a good place to look.

I needed to sell my car and did not want to deal with posting it online and the back and forth of people contacting me and then flaking out, so I contacted Platinum Wholesale. Brian responded to my email quickly and I brought my car down that day. The owner looked over it and offered me more than what the Kelly Book was suggesting. It all went super quick ...30 minutes at the most! Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and very helpful. If you need to sell your car and dont want to deal with the hassle of selling it online, this is the way to go!

Tough place to do business with if you’re not local. Guessing they stay busy and time is on their side, so the hassle of out-of-state sales gets you ghosted. Car sales are definitely healthy, no dealer is desperate for business, but it’s a strange approach to customer experience during times of covid and civil unrest. Internet sales and “delivery” are the life-blood keeping most businesses afloat. But again, I’m not from Washington, so screw me. Boo.

Bought an Escalade here about a month and a half ago. We love the truck, but now all of the sudden, the ac has quit working, I believe the fuel pump is going out and it’s hard to start, and it’s leaking oil all over my driveway. Austin called me a couple of weeks ago and said there was an issue with my address and to text him the correct address to send my plates. I sent it right away as the temp plates expired 7/30. I sent him another text prior to them expiring and got no response. Included in that text was the list of issues with the vehicle. I called him on 7/28 and asked if I needed to come get another temp plate and was told “ the cops rarely look at them anyway, it’s not worth another $30. While I was on the phone with him, I asked about the list of issues and if they could help in any way. He said he’d talk to Robert when he was back in the office and get back to me. Still no response. I’ve called and asked to talk to Robert and keep getting told he’s not in. He also told me the refund check for licensing was with the plates. Haven’t seen it yet either. I get that the vehicle was as is, but for almost $9,000, you’d think they’d be willing to help with it being such a new purchase.

Great Place to Buy Your Car - Just recently purchased a 2012 Aston Martin Virage from Platinum Auto. My salesman was Robert. I live in Grays Harbor County and have never purchased a car sight unseen. Robert promised he would be my eyes and inspect the car as if it was his. Even though I saw pictures and videos, when the car arrived it exceeded all my expectations - it was gorgeous. It looked brand new and the few cosmetic issues that Jon had mentioned had all been repaired as promised. The paper work was completed by Austin and sent to me via FedEx just for signatures. I have been looking for low milage G35x on the west coast for a while, I put a deposit down on it from out of state and got it inspected by a mechanic before planning to purchase. Came back needing a pretty expensive timing chain replacement. Robert refunded me of my deposit and had said he would call me back if the owners of the vehicle got it fixed(consignment car). So I was in a bit of a pickle and my car broke down right after my vacation in December. I didnt have funds prepared for this emergency so I just needed to get back on the road ASAP. I found the vehicle I wanted through my credit unions webpage, called and spoke with Austin, let him know I would be there at a certain time and arrived. I saw the car, test drove it, asked Austin the history on this item. he let me know this vehicle was tip-top so I decided to move forward and purchase the vehicle As-Is. What do you know, a check engine light lit up on day 2, called Austin he advised me to bring the car back. Since it was X-Mas Eve, I pretty much knew that I wasnt going to get that vehicle back on that day. Austin did provide a loaner to drive to cover me until after X-Mas. I pick the vehicle up about 4 days after once I got the call from Austin. He let me know it was a bad spark plug and/or coil, which he told me he replaced. Well, 2 days later I once again get the check engine light. I took it to an indie shop and notified me that the coils did not match up and one spark plug was loose and was causing cylinder 3 to misfire. I had to pay an additional 450 to cover the cost of replacing all coils and spark plugs. I can appreciate Austin saving me money with the loan he setup for me due to my credit union giving me a sour deal with my APR, but me having to pay for repairs that the vehicle had on the lot... unacceptable!

Robert was great to deal with. He had the car Id been searching for for about 3 months advertised on the web. I went and looked at it, and it was a clean as the ad showed (not my normal experience over the past 3 months at other dealerships). This thing was mint. I proudly drove it home that night and the check engine light came on. I called up Robert, he sent me to a mechanic, met me there with a loaner car and took care of the repair with no charge to me.
