They had such a great response time when I emailed them and called them to ask about quotes. They were so helpful in explaining what the causes may be and giving me a rough rough estimates. You can’t beat their turnaround time when you need something fixed! I’ve gone here twice and will probably continue going here for anything else I need! Highly recommend this place!!

They FAR exceeded expectations on a repair which the dealer has me very frightened and prepared to get rid of my vehicle. Woodinville Import Auto Repair worked their way through the fault codes and found two separate problems that were fighting with the car computer and by working intelligently through the codes and repairs, was able to save me a lot of money from red Herron fault codes!!! The mechanic told me his methodology and how he found what to repair and this was appreciated greatly. I have total faith and trust in this place. Ethical, honest and worthy of their high rating. I am happy to have a mechanic I can work with so easily!!! Thanks so much!

Excellent staff and service. Reasonably priced service, they are friendly and easy to schedule. After an inspection, I guarantee you they will advise only on work that absolutely needs to be done. I have them work on our 2 import cars, a domestic truck and a classic car. I have NEVER had a problem with them. It is refreshing to find a repair shop that does not try to gouge the customer. They have a very fair labor rate compared to most shops that Ive seen around here.

Be careful of the diagnostic fees they will kill you. Even with a wrong diagnosis of my battery, they charge. Check my brakes, yep that will cost you. I even tell them were the problem was they charge. I had power steering fluid spilling out that you can see as soon as you open the hood. I knew what the problem was and was told to bring it in for a mechanic to put it in. I even had a car that they did a engine swap on. the car didnt last as long as expected. Get pas the fees and you may get a reasonable price. I would recommend going down the street 1/2 mile either direction.My other cars steering still working. Beware

Not only do they have a GREAT sense of humor for us Subaru drivers, they do incredible work. Had my wheel bearing done here and they got it done so dang quick and their prices are way LOWER compared to most shops. They even offered to show me my old wheel bearing, what was wrong with it and how it works. Great piece of mind. Will be back again if ever need be. Thanks. - Silver Subaru guy.

Was calling around to see about getting my serpentine belt replaced before i went across state. Not only was this place the cheapest but the guy made a mistake by not including tax when i asked for the whole price including tax, so they said well what you were quoted over the phone is what you will pay and dropped the price to what i was quoted. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days.

I just want people to know that I rarely write reviews on places but this place should be praised for the great work and service that it provides. I had a whole bunch of things that needed to be fixed on my Denali and took it into Buick/GMC of Kirkland and they gave me a ridiculous estimate of 2,300 so I had it shipped over to these guys and they did all of the work for 1,000 total. They fixed everything and the car runs great! Couldnt be happier with their work. Talk to Scott

Nothing but good things to say about these folks. My Subaru needed some front end work, and their price was hundreds less than the dealer had quoted. My car was in and out within one day, even though Scott found some other items that needed fixing (and fixed them). They were able to get the parts and got everything done quickly. They even gave me a free loaner car (first come first served). My only gripe is that they close at 5 PM and arent open on weekends, but thats the breaks. Will not hesitate to use them again.
