I was using the app on an almost daily pickup to place orders for drive up pickup. There’s a check in feature to let them know you’re coming. The staff is quick, efficient, and friendly. It was a must have feature for me because I couldn’t leave my dogs unattended for the first couple of weeks being here until they adjusted to the move.
This 2 star review is for the call in phone system. Ive been calling for about 20 minutes and neither Guest Services or the department I call will pick up. Phone rings, then sound cuts and after that the call ends. No one picks up, and as such I cant get the information I need from them.

Store Pickup after ordering online is the best!We had looked for Colman propane canisters in the store earlier because they were said to be in stock (E31). Nothing on the shelves! A store employee looked in the back room could not find them either. We just ordered them online for pickup and they miraculously appeared at the pickup counter. A lower price than Safeway or Bartells which did not have them on their shelves either. No reason to actually go into the store.
Not always stocked on items but pretty fast service with drive up. Clean location.

I had an extremely lengthy return (30~ mins) and the girl at the guest service desk was so patient with me the entire time. I love this Target
I just had the most horrible experience with the manager Robert in Woodinville, WA. Our family decided to come in and shop for the program toys for tots where children in need are gifted new presents at Christmas. We chose target because we usually experience good service and they almost always honor coupons and sales without question. That was not the case today. We saw that they were doing $25 off a purchase of $100 or more, great! So we got in line, loaded up our toys that greatly exceeded the $100 and the coupon did not apply. The snarky cashier called Robert over. They whispered about it for 5 minutes. He didn’t even look in our bags at our items. Robert didn’t have anything to say until I asked. He basically said “not all of these toys qualify for the $25 off, certain brands don’t qualify.” I told him we were there for toys for tots and that the signs were not clear about that at all. I asked if he could please honor it. He refused. We asked to speak to his superior and he said that he was not in today. We asked if he could write his superiors name down, instead he took our receipt and “signed it” as he said. He just did a big scribble that was illegible. I wrote it down instead. I expressed my frustration completely calm and said I was disappointed. As we were leaving they said nothing to us after we paid full price. My dad turned and said “your not even going to thank us for coming in” Robert answered with a very rude tone and said “Thanks? Thanks...I guess.”He was so incredibly rude. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a target. The holidays truly bring the worst out in some people.
Been a customer for years and have to say this store has gone down hill . I always come in and shop here and notice nothing is ever in stock like it says there’s really no help around the store and their employees don’t seem happy. The manager never seems really there at some days and when asked a question just seems to say ok to whatever it is to get you out his face . Also all the do is clean carts due to Covid but not around the store like they did in the beginning? Over heard this store has had 16 COVID CASES! Luckily I’m vaccinated but that is crazy ! And they are open ! I hope soon the manager treats there customers and or employees better so it will be how it used to be and not such a sad place to shop at .
This target is much more stocked, cleaner, and modern than my local one, the Redmond location.
The older white man running the self-checkout has no customer service training and treats guests like thieves, or maybe just brown people like me.
Huge Shout Out to Robert at the Target in Woodinville! Not only was he super friendly and helpful as I was checking out, but as we’re gabbing, he tells me he used to be a Starbucks barista and won an award for a self made concoction called “hug in a mug”. I said oh my gosh that sounds delicious and he says “girl let me make it for you” and proceeds to walk me over to Starbucks and make the most delicious drink I have ever had! Sooooo goooood!! Thank you Robert for making my day so huggable and special!! You rock!! Anyone who sees Robert, ask him about his “hug in a mug”!
Best target ever, so clean and organized
Tried to return airpods purchased at the store. Youd think you were returning a million dollar purchase because its an Apple product. A 16 year old telling me that the serial number on the box and the receipt were not the same insinuating something fishy. The 1st 4 of the serial number and the last 4 are the same. 3 letters in the middle were admittedly different. The odds of that combination are 1 in a billion. One would think that probably the scanner misread because of the plastic covering. Never buy electronics at this store unless you make sure to read the serial number on the box and your receipt.

Really hit or miss. Do not go on Sunday evenings because they will be out of every single product. Many prices are miss labeled. I saw a the same bottle of wine located on both an end cap and in the isle, both with different prices. When I took it to a price check there was a different price that came up...very unorganized.
The website inventory routinely shows items in stock (xmas lights, Switch accessories, rye bread, dog bones, and on and on). They are routinely out of stock. When we asked the kid in electronics about it today, he got an attitude stating yeah, well the website is RARELY correct. Then why offer it Target? Then he quips is there something I can actually help you with?. No. Indeed there isnt. Both GameSpot and Amazon had them in stock for the same price. Should have just ordered them in for tomorrow instead of wasting time at Target. Lesson finally learned.

I really love target. I like the wide range of all the products they have and how sweet and helpful the workers are. The store has basically everything you could need from room decor, food, to school supplies and storage. So I would totally recommend Target to everyone.
Holy cow, I was impressed! This target was SO busy when I went because there was a huge makeup clearance sale going on. I still had several workers stop and take the time to make sure I was doing okay. I really appreciated all the workers who did that. They were all the sweetest people and were super knowledgeable.
Repeatedly cancel my orders! What don’t you figure out what is IN STOCK before pedaling it on your website! Instead, I get an email hours later that my order has been mysteriously canceled!!! Great way to win business from Amazon... NOT

It was a quick, pleasant, easy pick-up! On Christmas Eve I realized I needed two more gifts. I ordered them at Target for in-store pick up (having not found them on any other websites) and they were ready in less than 2 hours. I went in and someone immediately found my order and I was done in less than 2 minutes! Amazing!

Great prices, extremely competent and helpful staff. Checkout lines are usually a breeze. Love their selection of clothing and shoes for the whole family. They have lovely home decor . The target app always helps me save money with the cartwheel . They are wonderful at price matching . I consider Target my second home 😁
No one answers the phone. I’ve called a dozen times today between 7 and 4 and no one ever picked up. Very confusing.
I appreciate how the employees are wearing masks and requiring customers to wear masks as well . Also I thank the employees for disinfecting the store and self check outs right after each use .
Store layout is good and well marked. Can find departments easily. Cashier very helpful when there was a missing tag from garment.

We had been shopping at Best Buy, Fred Meyer and T Mobile to buy a charger for our older phone. The other places couldnt help us worth a bean. The T Mobile though we should upgrade just to get a charger that fit. Our lives changed for the better when we met Danny at the Target in Woodinville. He was SO NICE to the people he had just sold a TV set to, I wanted to talk to him. We couldnt find what we were looking for so he made a recommendation on a different kind of cord. We plugged it in and it worked GREAT. Not only that, he told us how we could use another type of cord to transfer pictures after we asked. He wrote it down so we would not forget. We are so impressed with his service that we will come to Target and specifically him for future electronic needs like a TV set we plan on buying soon. He was more than knowledgeable. I wish he could be cloned for all the other stores. What a pleasant wonderful experience having him help us. He is the best. Thank you.
I was picking up an online order and the staff was really nice and quick with bringing out my order to my car.
I learned this morning not to visit Target on a Monday morning. I understand that restocking needs to take place, especially after a weekend; however, there was no considerations taken by employees for customers visiting the store. Several isles were blocked with boxes and carts, with no accessibility left for several isles. The employees were not watching out for customers as they pushed carts of boxes or were unloading boxes. Not only was this a huge aggravation as I was unable to move around the store but also unsafe as I had to squeeze through stacks of boxes or move carts out of the way to get to the product I needed.
The Woodenville Target has always been special to me. When I first began traveling up from California to see my daughter and family here, this is where I would do my Target run. If I were feeling a little homesick, it always helped to set things right. Now that I live here in Washington, its still my favorite Target. The people that work at Woodenville Target are polite and the store is managed well. Today, with our pick up at curbside order, the employee that brought our things out was very aware and signed for us, etc. My concern is these folks should have more protection - face masks and gloves?? My daughter said she was a real professional - and may I add very brave. They all are. I pray they all stay well and are rewarded for their service in this crises. Thank you.
Merchandise is as expected from Target and the staff at this location’s customer service desk were refreshingly knowledgeable about software and processes and resolved my issue while maintaining genuine courtesy. I had a better outcome than expected. She did the right thing without me asking and that is very much appreciated.
Because your order is ready in a timely manner, the customer service rep who brings your purchase to you are very pleasant an act like the customer matters and thats a plus for me and would make me want to continue using the drive up for service.

I tried to return a internet modem here in late March. I was told to come back later in April. I came back later in April, they told me to come back after the 26th of April. I came back on May 4th. They tell me I cannot return the item anymore because it has been over 30 days. I do not recommend shopping here. I went to the target in Redmond and was able to return it in 5 minutes.

Nice customer service and they have a very easy self-check out. Target is a good lazy Sunday activity. You can find almost anything at target from toys to food to electronics to Starbucks. This place constantly has sales and this place is just really wonderful.
A nice selection of items and friendly staff. They had the items I was looking for an was able to get them on sale through the Cartwheel app which I downloaded while in the store.

I had to check my own items, even after I asked “the checker” for help! If you want me to work at Target, you need to pay me. I can do my own check out at home on my couch with Amazon!
I love coming to this Target, it is never that busy, that staff is super friendly and the store setup is great and easy to get around.
I like the store and layout but the cashier experience is always a hit and miss when it comes to customer service. Todays cashier was not nice to me and my girls but seemed pretty nice with the customers she attended before us. Makes you wonder if they are trained to put their biases aside to provide a standardized experience to all customers.
As a family, we love shopping at Target! All of us can find what we need there, which makes it fun for the entire family! :)

This is an okay Target. The layout isnt very customer friendly and on a Saturday morning they really shouldnt completely block the large walking area in sections with item restock, in three separate areas.... Not smart. However, they have a good selection and variety of items and the one worker who I did have any interaction with (thats not good considering I was browsing the shoes, apparel and accessories section for a good 45 minutes) at the self checkout line that she was running, was extremely nice and very attentive and on top of things. Not sure of her name - she was about 55, brown hair - she should get a gold 🌟 for being the only good employee that I saw that day!
Bad customer service. I called before coming in to make sure the item I needed was there, before driving over. I requested the grocery department. I received confirmation the item I was looking for is there. After driving over and not finding it I went to customer service to double check about the item. I was overlooked by Donni, I was also rudely informed by Donni their closing in a half hour instead of being greeted and offered assistance.

Terrible checker! Older woman, I got a reusable bag after she had already scanned 2 of my items and at the end I consolidated into my reusable bag so she can save the plastic for the next user and what she do instead? THROW IT IN THE TRASH. Seriously. Wasteful.
Its a clean and organized store. Easy to find prices and labels. Clean bathrooms. Pharmacy staff always helpful. Looks to me that they could always use more cashiers, although there is self-checkout
Target is my preferred department store. Its good to know that there is at least one place to shop where Im not supporting a CEO who bullies cities to avoid paying taxes, yet likes to use their money to influence local politics.

They dont sell rapid Chargers for the car for Android phones. They have the kind with two ports and 2.4 amps, but they are not fast charge compatible. Also the employee I asked had no idea the difference. He was like yeah we mostly just sell lightning and USB C Chargers. Which is hilarious because 99% of all phones dont use those chargers. Whoever is the inventory manager at this store is a real genius. Found an actual rapid charger for the car at the AT&T Wireless store in Totem Lake Mall for $35. The Sprint store attached to the side also didnt have them.

The Target store in Woodinville Wa. Is well stocked with most anything one would want with the exception of two area’s. Men’s clothing is almost nonexistent and the second area is camping, or outdoor products to include tents, lanterns etc etc .Also I could not find shoe care products as in Kiwi shoe polish, brushes and neutral leather care or suede spray protectant. It’s like these particular areas mean nothing, or have little value to the store manager...
Its easy to shop at Target and I can always find what Im looking for.

The lack of customer service in the stores in East King County of Washington, particularly the Woodinville location, it is the second time I have had trouble with floor employees of Target at this location. I recently relocated from Florida to Target, the customer service in Florida is impeccable. Today, I asked an employee if an item was in stock in the back, she said she didnt know and ignored me. All employees have a scanner on them, not once did she scan the bar code to see if in fact the item was sold out. I had to get additional help from another employee.

I’ve been going to this target for a very long time and everyone has always been helpful. But today was just the push I needed to write a review (I never write reviews for anything good or bad). However, I was at the self checkout today (12/8/17), And this lovely lady that was in charge of selfcheckout told me about the target app, so I could download it and save money! It ended up saving me a little less than $20 which was the cost of one of the shirts i was buying. She was so sweet and happy, and just made my day! I wish i would’ve gotten her name to tell her managers how great she is.
Um, I feel like I got racially profiled here. I didnt open anything but the guy was checking the boxes to see if I had taken anything out. They had the testers sitting out so thats what I was looking at. He kept following me the whole time thinking I was there to shoplift. He made it very clear and was being very obvious. Not every Hispanic person steals, but thanks. Ive never felt so offended at a target before. Excuse my presence I guess.
Ive noticed that all Target bathrooms are the same kind of mediocre. Old and beat up but mostly clean in the sense of everything is wiped down and smells like bleach. I walked into see the seat was clean but stained with bathroom cleaner so before I could use it I had to polish off the residue so I didnt get a chemical burn on my behind. Very ambient design, theres a leaking water faucet and the positioning in the store seems to keep you supplied with the sound of crying babies. Its an interesting combination of sounds to drop a 2 to. TP was acceptable and worth noting that some people just come in, fart, and leave. Would poo again.

Target is one of those stores where you walk in expecting to purchase a list of things, and come out w/ nearly half of the store. It is so fun to walk in and grab a coffee from the Starbucks and shop for hours. 7/10 for Christmas shopping and for groceries.

Target is my one stop for everything I need. The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked and clean. Im especially impressed with the grocery section and healthy food selections.

I really like Target and they usually have what I need. But the last few times Ive visited there are many shelves that are completely bare or VERY sparsely stocked. Im not talking about seasonal or very popular items; Im talking about things like toddler socks or underwear. Then there are sssooo many stocking carts and employees working to stock, they arent able to help, and you cant navigate the aisles! It seems that stocking in the middle of the day on a busy Saturday or Sunday is not the wisest time. It makes much more sense to do merchandise resets early morning or late at night. While not always convenient for employees, customers need to be able to shop the items.
