Service issue

Friendly people, I was unloaded pretty quick.

Went to check out materials with wife...no one acknowledged us or said Hi

They make it incredibly easy for anyone to do there own project. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I find them very patient and thorough when helping understand the full scope of work.Update: 7/20I am back again, and I just got off another phone call with John Hale to get another roof ordered. Ill be damned if he did not exceed my expectations once again. I can not appreciate enough the level of service when calling. As I stumbled through my list, John had me pulled up already. He verified and ensured I had everything I needed, and was clear on specifics.Thanks dudes, I appreciate your level of service.
