Builders Interiors was an outstanding company to work with, for what turned into a whole house remodel. Andy was our contact there, and he helped us every step of the way. We started out just wanting to do hardwood floors, which grew into also doing the kitchen, bathroom, woodwork and doors, basically new surfaces throughout. Since the scope of the work grew and we unintentionally became our own general contractor, we needed help with scheduling and making it all work. Andy’s communication was thorough, immediate, he always answered every question we had, and he came back out to the house after the initial estimate to help us figure out odd details because we have an old quirky house that had a lot of issues. All of the installers Andy sent were excellent as well – for hardwoods, countertops, kitchen and fireplace backsplash, woodwork and trim, plumbing, tile work, shower doors, all the many elements of the project. We will go back to Andy and Builders Interiors for future projects at other properties and will highly recommend them to family and friends. We are extremely happy with our home.

Up until a week ago, I owned a house in north Seattle for 22-years. It had been a rental for the past 16-years and when I decided last year to sell it my realtor and I talked it over and decided that it would be worthwhile to remodel the old kitchen given the very dated condition of the kitchen and strong market conditions. I mentioned remodeling the kitchen to a friend of mine and he recommended Andy Anderson & Builders Interiors in Woodinville for countertops and flooring.I reached out to Andy and started working with him right away. I had a great experience working with Andy and all his crews, which is saying a lot b/c not all of the contractors working on the project would I want to work with again. Andy really knows his stuff and was able to help me and my wife make good, economical decisions around countertops, backsplash and flooring for a kitchen that was original circa 1946. Fortunately, Andy and his team were flexible for scheduling the phases of work b/c it simply took much longer than I originally anticipated (like that never happens!) and Andy and his project manager were able to adjust to meet my schedule. All of the teams that came in to install each piece were very good, fast and did their work beautifully and correctly on the first trip.Best of all, the prices for each element (countertops, backsplash, flooring) were quite reasonable. I attribute their work, my work and the impeccable staging to having received 11 offers one week after we put it on the market! Andy was very helpful in the process of picking out and installing new floors for our home. He was patient with us as we went back and forth trying to decide which color, and he even showed us what he had installed in his own home (which is what we ultimately went with). The installers that he sent out were also very professional and patient. You could tell they had real talent and took pride in what they did. These guys are definitely worth calling when you need floors.

The quality of work was not good but even worse was the customer service. The install on my stairs was really bad. Im still waiting for them to rectify this. They were up to two hours late and sometimes didnt even show up at all for appointment times. Its inexcusable.

They were very nice but our bathroom tile was installed on a slant and our luxury vinyl plank sounds like there is sand under the whole floor. I would not go with this company again because I don’t think their installers know what they are doing.

We had damage to our hardwood floors repaired and all of our hardwood floors refinished, as well as having all of the carpets in our house replaced. Builders Interiors did a wonderful job all the way around. We have already referred people and will happily continue to do so.

I live in a condo and needed a lot of assistance getting my flooring needs met (think sound issues, specific materials, etc.). Kody was an huge support through the entire process. He was always helpful and really went the extra mile throughput the remodel process. The formerly really ugly condo is now my home due in large part to his help. My brief interactions with other Building Interiors staff was also excellent. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best. Not only smart advice in their showroom, but they were fast, professional and came in at half the price of everyone else. The carpets and floors look amazing.I posted this review two years ago after they carpeted our rental house. We just had them come out to the house we live in and carpet everything. Once again - a great experience. Andy and Bereniece were flexible and helpful when it took us a month to decide which direction to go. The installers were creative craftsmen who tackled difficult parts of the job (like this staircase) with hard work, skill and a cheerful attitude. They went above and beyond, even carpeting parts of the closet that a previous company had left bare. We are above and beyond happy with Builders Interiors and recommend them to everyone we know.

We had an excellent experience. Jenny was super nice and helpful, and helped us put together a job on a tight time schedule. The result was beautiful, and theyre our go-to place for future carpeting needs.

I couldnt be happier with the service my project received! Carpet and vinyl flooring was removed and Acacia hardwood was installed in approximately 1,000 sq. foot job. Andys material estimate was under the competition (because the installers take the time to figure out how to not waste) so that along with better pricing for quality product saved me money. The installation crew was fast, efficient and did a super job and a great job of cleanup. I was so happy with the results that I had them come back to do an additional room in hardwood and will soon be ordering the new carpet for the remaining bedrooms.

This place has a huge selection of tile, carpet, hardwood and laminate. Teresa and Ty bring a level of experience most people dont have. Tys install experience comes in very handy and Teresas design input is very helpful when selecting a color scheme for your project. Andy is great at following up with you on whatever needs to be done. Overall great team of people to work with. I keep coming back every time I have a project Im working on. These guys came highly recommended by a contractor friend, and we used them to do a carpet purchase and install at our rental house. Their estimate came in below the discount places we checked, but with higher quality product, and they gave me excellent advice about which style to choose.

These guys saved our bacon when we ran out of tiles before we’d finished our project. Reeves was a huge help and made it possible for us to pick up our tiles directly from the warehouse that same day. Great customer service!

The people were friendly and helpful. However, the flooring I ordered ended up coming 2 days later than promised, which was a problem as I had taken off work to do it. To add to that, I had a bundle of flooring extra after the job was done. When I took it back 35 days after I had picked it up, they said they werent able to refund any money as it had to be returned within 30 days- something not told to me upfront. I do like the flooring and it seems like the price is competitive.

I was looking for Boen hardwood floor and I got two quotes, one from Builders Interiors, one from another Seattle dealer. Builder Interiors totally beated the other quote and the outcome is nice as well.

Their showroom is nice...after the showroom its all downhill.Ty and his crew DELAYED PROJECT BY WEEKS, sometimes by bringing the wrong parts, sometimes with questionable design decisions other times well who knows :)Within a few months of finish we started noticing cracking we TRIED FOR 6 MONTHS TO GET THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT...THEY NEVER DIDTys playbook is to ignore emails and texts for a few weeks, then reply saying sorry somebody will fix it this week. Nothing happens and the cycle of ignoring begins again.Builders Interior is not a company that stands by their work - avoid hiring them and make sure your contractor does not use them for your project.Good luck on your project - youll have much better luck if you avoid Builders Interiors all together

If you are reading reviews for Builders Interiors in Woodinville, I am here to save you a large amount of frustration. It has been 5 weeks since I first contacted them: still no floor and they never even made it to give an estimate. They couldnt even help me pick a laminate.I called them 5 weeks ago to ask about doing my main stairs and possibly my entire lower floor in the same laminate I have upstairs. I spoke with Theresa. I gave her the style of the laminate and she said she would call their supplier and see if they can get it. She called me back 3 days later and left a message saying that the style must be wrong. I called back and got her secretary and left all of the details from the sticker on the box of laminate I have.2 weeks of waiting and I hear nothing. So I decided to go in with a sample and the label from the box. Theresa was there and we talked. She remembered who I was and said I couldnt find the style so I didnt know what to do. Seriously? I should have walked out right then. Let me help: you either a) call and tell me that or b) help me match it as best possible. But anyways, for some reason I decided to stick with it and see if they could match it. She took a copy of the style sticker, and she took the sample and said they would give it to their supplier to match it up. She even said thanks for not giving up on us.Here we are, 3 weeks later and NOT A PEEP. No calls, no nothing.They do not want your business. They dont want to lift a finger for it. Its customer service at its absolute worst. I did everything to give them my business and they didnt want it. Its amazing in this day in age!This is not the only review of this type for Builders Interiors. Do your homework. There are some that say awesome!!!! Great!!!! So nice!!!. Take the time to read the ones that put time and effort into what they wrote. That is where the accurate reviews are.
