This is wonderful small distillery specializing in rum, rum, more rum, and vodka. I liked the vodka, but I really loved their rum that was aged in oak barrels which had been used to age bourbon. That was nice, surprising find.

This facility was the original Woodinville Whiskey operation, before it moved to a larger facility. SeaSpirits focus is on vodka and rum. The Coconut Rum is so good. The Barrel Aged Rum is also is also good (barrel from Woodinville Whiskey).
