Looked on google and found Mar Auto repair, with good reviews, and Im from Visalia, Ca and have a rental car company and I had a truck overheating. He said he wanted to do a diagnostic and it would cost $180.00 I gave the go ahead and they came back and said that they needed to pull both heads off, I couldnt believe that this truck had this kind of problem so I sent a tow truck from Visalia, Ca to Woodland, Ca to pick the truck up and bring it back to Visalia, I then took it to the mechanics shop I use and found nothing wrong with the truck, said it runs great. So my point is that Mar Auto Repair tried to screw me because I was out of town. Makes no difference to me if you want to use this guy or not, I just thought everyone should know my experience

These guys do everything. Engine, transmission, suspension, etc. And theyll even install your own aftermarket parts.

Everything went well, got right in and did a great job repairing my car.

This shop is awesome. Came here when my check engine light came on. They were quick to diagnose (no wait), trustworthy and honest. They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. Simply recommended I get a new gas tank cap from a shop and replace it. Highly recommend them, they are amazing!

I cannot recommend this place enough. They fixed out cracked head gasket for a very reasonable price, in good time, and left the car running as well as ever.

Recently took my vehicle into this repair shop and found the experience to be excellent. After calling multiple shops in the Woodland area none could come close to the quote given and the quality of the work done was very good.

Came in just looking to reset my check engine and the service provided was excellent! Helped me walk through my problem I was having turned out to be a blown fuse not a faulty code reader, they gave me a new fuse and when I asked how much I owed he said oh no problem have a good day.

They took forever to find the problem and they didnt even fix my car, finally took my car from there because they were taking forever very unprofessional.

Ive found them to be very honest, fair and affordable. Mar Auto has also saved me money on several occasions. For example, I recently had a skid control warning. The dealer would have charged $100 for diagnostics and another $350 to replace the sensor. For a much smaller fee, Mar Auto cleaned the rust from underneath the faulty sensor.I recommended Mar Auto to my business partner and now she brings all of her vehicles there.

I took in my 95 k1500 for a intake manifold gasket replacement & also had issues with my steering wheel having too much play! Everything was replaced in a timely manner and a reasonable price.

My car needed a cv joint replaced and a break flush. They did a great job and at a reasonable price. Thank you Alex for taking good care of my baby. Mar Auto is my go to auto repair shop from now on.

This is the worst mechanic I have ever been to. They put a dead battery into my car and they refused to refund my money. Dont trust this mechanic.
