Never go here, very unprofessional. I asked about a new water pump for my Audi and he said “I don’t know, we are booked for three weeks any.” I said that’s okay, is there an estimated price and he said “no, I don’t know.” I asked her his name, said he “doesn’t have time for this” hung up and blocked my number. very disgusting and sickening. I will be telling everyone I come in contact with to never come here, starting with those who live near by there. I asked two questions and an employee acted like this. The person who recommended me is a regular, they said that they won’t be going back.Update: they call me back and apologized for the employee. Damage is already done.

My mom and sister go to Cesares and he ALWAYS gives A1 service for close to 40 years. Ive known Cesare for over 40 years. He is honest, fair, and very capable. I send my family there. I have since moved far away to Cali, or I would STILL be going there. (and hes a nice guy too)

Despite it being a busy shop the business does a daily turnaround that will make your mind spin. If you dont hear back its probably because they are working on your car. Love these guys!

This shop is open until 6pm and when I called this morning regarding a blown head light & inquired about the price I was told he has to see my car to make an accurate estimate. I arrive at 5pm with lights I purchased prior for this shop to install. The service took 10 minutes and the owner didnt want payment. The owner is genuine and thats hard to find in people nowadays. I insisted he take my tip. I highly recommend this shop and will patronize them based on this first experience. They didnt take advantage of this woman and I truly appreciate it more than words can express! ❤

All about customer service & getting the job done and done right!

Ive used Cesares four times since moving to the area. Twice for an ignition issue, once for inspection, and then for a thermostat problem. Let me tell you a little about this place...My ignition problems started last summer. The job was done quickly, and was a reasonable price (I did some cost comparisons since it was the first time with a new mechanic). Recently (9 months later) the same issue started up. We took it back and were told that theres no way this issue should be happening this quickly. That part should be good for years, not months. The faulty part was replaced free of charge.For that alone I give 5 stars because the chances of finding an honest mechanic who doesnt try to capitalize by saying that its something different, or trying to charge for something that should still be usable, is practically impossible these days.Ive never once felt the need to question what I was being told, never felt I was being upcharged or ripped off; overall this is the best experience Ive had with a mechanic (and believe me, Ive gone to MANY!) in the 12 years that Ive owned cars.

I love this place. Cesare runs an outstanding shop. Not only do they know what theyre doing, but Cesare is an honest businessman and a genuinely nice guy. I go out of my way to have my cars serviced here because I dont trust anyone else with them like I trust Cesare. I have given Cesare every chance to load me up with unnecessary and expensive repairs, but he never has.Update: Still a huge fan of Cesares.

Honda Dealer wanted to charge me $917 for a strut replacement. Cesares did it for $212. Always been blessed by this guy.
