Purchased my first firearm ever online and had it transferred here. It was a long gun. Easy 15 minute process and wouldve been faster if there werent other customers being attended to (they were all taken care of and out of the shop very quickly). Didnt get any suspicious eye, didnt get asked any uncomfortable questions, was a totally comfortable and seamless process despite me buying a huge weapon first time. Had a problem assembling it back home (theyre packaged disassembled) and had to take it apart because of a mistake I made. Couldnt reassemble it, texted the shop number and he responded promptly and was nice enough to take it back next day and fix the mistake for very cheap (initially offered free of charge, until they realized I wanted to be a regular amateur expert and remove the trigger guard) despite him not having even sold me the weapon. Frank went out of his way for a $40 first time customer, people remember stuff like that. If I want another weapon, a transfer or help with my weapon again Ill be trying this shop first.

Liberty Tactical Solutions service was excellent. Frank called as soon as my firearm was received and very accommodating to my schedule. His hours for transfer was in the afternoon but due to my work schedule, he arranged an appointment for me to pick it up in the morning. The lady in the was so nice and helped me with the transfer that was flawless and got me in and out within 15-20 min. Thanks for the exceptional service from both of you. I will be doing business with you in the future.

I drove a little ways to only arrive and hear that the guy that sales the guns are only there certain days and times . I would definitely update the business hours online or else it would lose customer due to a lot of confusion!

Due to scarcity, they could have charged whatever prices they wanted for these items. Instead, they kept their prices fair and Frank patiently assisted me with all my needs.
