I come here every week for sandwiches for my family. Food is very fresh. Service is great. They have a salad bar and have great wraps, too! 😋🌯

I stopped coming here some time ago. I went in to get a bagel, muffin and coffee. The lady who was helping me poorly, was clearly on a personal call while try to take my order and was rude when I asked what muffins were left, snapping back what do you want?! She must have caught herself and attempted to rectify the attitude but too late. I just picked something and left, nice service! There are enough bagel places in town with better service and employees not taking personal phone calls on the floor with customers. Go elsewhere, like their other location where the service is very good.

Worst staff ever. Super inconsiderate of your time. I hate to drive back because my order is always wrong. I spent so much money here for there overpriced breakfast sandwiches. Food is great but service sucks. Never going back!

Love this little place. They have good bagels, and good omelettes with affordable prices. Friendly staff and good space to relax and have breakfast!

Exorbitant Prices for shoddy service and mediocre food. The Owners must think they are royalty and feel entitled to your money with the kind of place they run here. They must think they are the louie Votton of bagels, but they are not. Your $8.50 for Tuna on a bagel or your $5.00 (prob both before tax) for a vegetable CC bagel can be better served at almost any other place. If you work nearby and there are few other options, this place is experienced as a tax, a leech on your daily experience. Not to mention youre paying a sky high price for thickened fat on a slab of carbohydrate.

Great food but terrible service. They can never understand your order. Often mess it up and get it wrong. Very frustrating place.

The staff is so nice. The Bagels are top notch and lots of different variety. The sandwiches are so big. One of the best on the island if ya ask me

It doesnt seem like theres many lunch options in this area when youre on a short break looking for a quick bite. I figured Id try this place and just by their prices Ill never come back. I ordered exactly: TURKEY on a ROLL with lettuce, tomatoe, onion, American cheese and mayonnaise. Standard Turkey sandwich, no? Nothing extra, like extra Turkey or bacon. I picked up two root beers that were $1.75 each, a bag of baked lays chips, a cup of ice which is $0.50 and the sandwich. My total was $17. Lol! Why is a Roll (not hero) over $10.00? The sandwich was good, what I was expecting, nothing special.

Food is WAY overpriced. $8 for an incredibly small tuna salad wrap, $5 for a 1/4 lb of macaroni salad and $5 for a mini bagel with egg and cheese that they got wrong anyway. will not be ordering again.

Lady charges extra dollar on everything you buy. I noticed the pattern. Her made up prices and menu prices never add up. 2 eggs and small coffee for $5.72. And dont tell me 8% tax adds up to a extra two dollars. I get it for less in NYC midtown.

Really good bagels here. If youve never had Olive cream cheese give it a try.

Horrible service The Cooks never ever get any of the food correct three times I had to bring my stuff back and the owner just comes up with excuses for the people in the back I do not recommend this place

Horrible place of business. Placed a pickup order 3 times half hour in advanced and everytime i came to pick up the order it wasnt even in the grill. Horrible. Will never go there again i dont recommend you go there either.

Orderes a cheese quesadilla with a tiny side of guac. Menu price says $2.99 plus 1.75 for guac. Pick up the order and the total is $7.43???? I guess the owner/manager overheard my complaint and just said yeah thats the price. They charge whatever they feel like and are rude about it! UPDATE THE DAMN MENU PRICES!!! Never goin there again!
