I walked into the beauty supply for the first time and was immediately greeted with kindness..The atmosphere was peaceful . The owner was very helpful and patient with me as I had no idea what kind of wig to buy. This will be my place of business for my hair needs. I dont usually review things but this one I have to review on!!! when I say I love the way they do braid hair, and the customer service is so outstanding here, I would not ask anybody to go any other place but to this beauty supply store. Nana is great! she braided my daughters hair and my daughter loves her shes very soft with her hair and she is super super neat and I just want to say thank you!

Great customer service here, very polite, professional, helpful, and caring of the issues I was having to locate a certain product. She showed what they did have to offer,made some suggestions of other alternatives to help, and offered their other services of a braiding hair technician with a card, if ever I needed further assistance. She also gave me directions to her beauty supply shop and made sure I didnt get lost by staying on the line with me. I really appreciated the compassion she showed me, since I was tired, and that had been my fourth shop visiting today for a specific brand and braiding hair color. I certainly will be back and glad to find this place, that I didnt even know it was in my neighborhood close to me.

I absolutely love this beauty supply store. I love the its black owned. The owner and her mother has given me the best experience everytime I come in. Also, if you are looking for a product that they dont have you can just let them know and they would try to see about getting it. Awesome place.

Asia is fantastic and so helpful. I was nearly ripped off by a competitor store and went to legacy. Asia helped me pick out my clip in extensions and it was way more reasonably priced. Definitely go here and support them ☺️💗

They have a variety of products whether youre crocheting or doing a sew in. They are on the higher end for pricing however they will be my go to shop. Everyone in there has a great attitude. They are black owned also (why I stopped in the first place)

Immediately when I walked in everyone spoke...including the vendors. What a nice and friendly environment. I originally was only going in to purchase exactly what I needed but when the owners are that helpful and kind I don’t mind spending more to try some other items I would have typically purchased on amazon! The staff is very nice. But they never have anything in stock. Even basic things. If you need anything you should call first, don’t even waist gas. I’m surprised they have basic nail glue. There almost out tho. I always support “black owned” but this is ridiculous.

This is the fifth time I’ve drove across to come to this “black” owned store for them to be out of stock of something then she uses the same excuse I just ordered the items. Not sure how their customer service is so good when they rarely have people in there that know what anything about hair. It’s just embarrassing trying to support your own and they can’t even have products in stock.

I am giving this location a five star just off of a simple phone call. I called in search of xpressions braid hair and Kerissa answered the phone with such enthusiasm and joy! She informed me that the Willowbrook location may be closer to me and offered to text me both addresses for me to see. She also inquired about what color I needed just to make sure it was in stock. You do not come across such great customer service these days. I will be shopping with Legacy off of this alone. Thank you Kerissa!
