One of the worst places i had to deliver toI had their own product from their own factory and they were just as unhelpful as possible. This guy Tony or whatever his name was thinks hes the right hand of God when in fact hes just a pos behind a glass feeling invisible. If you get a load coming here make sure you check what your appointment is on your paperwork because thats what it will be as for the broker Chariot lol dont get me started these guys ar all playing a game on the drivers loading 44k instead of 5k, not paying extra, no detention for having you wait an extra day at this God forsaken place ! Never again!!!

Graham chooses to use shady Truckload Brokers who tell Drivers that Graham is FCFS when actually Graham Shipping/Receiving is by appointment only. A 70yr old ten year employee there told me this is a normal occurrence hes seen repeatedly. Employee also told me it was my fault that Id not checked my paperwork fir times which did state appointment times below. I advised him that Im obligated to what the Broker says (FCFS) to ensure I receive agreed compensation. We debated his analogies until he warned me that if I continue to debate the issue he would not unload me. I heeded his warning and let the issue go along with saying Thank you. Its a shame that mediocrity goes unpunished and/or uncorrected in this industry. We are told to shut up and except it.The Broker I got the load from is RPM LOGISTICS, Royal Oak, Michigan

Don’t deliver to this company stay away please, going keep on dock forever ...

If you’re picking up or dropping off don’t depend on MARIA to get a dock. Let someone else know you’re there because she will make you wait outside till the end of her shift and leave without letting anyone else know you’re outside waiting.

Its always a drop and hook for me but super friendly people. Can be a hassle to make appointments with Chicago traffic but thats pretty much any place over there.

Its a horrible horrible place to work. The female supervisor is a JOKE!!! Makes women look incapable of performing a simple minded job!! She’s a joke and should be fired!!

Drivers avoid pic ups and drop offs, by apptn only and it takes 4-5 hours to get loaded

Hour and half to load half a trailer of cardboard with no other trucks other than me. Shipping/receiving office southwest corner of the building.
