I did aligment on my trailer after 2 weeks trailer was again out of the alignment. I bring my trailer back to the shop they are replaced bushings on 1 year old trailer to make alignment again with out of any authorization .... When I send pictures of old bushings to warranty department they laughed at me.....

We had a the drive axel suspension welded on our RV that we live in. The welder has twenty years with Botts so we took his word that he could do the work at the RV Park and were told yes they do mobile welding. After two days, we paid over $2,000. But arriving at our destination just over two weeks later, my husband discovered that the weld work was broken! He called Mr Botts but he didnt have compassion or concern for our situation. I called him back to ask him what I could do to convince him to reimburse us? He told me to email him before and after pics and the new invoice with description of new work done. I emailed everything he asked of me in September. He has yet to respond to any emails, texts or calls. I am praying and hoping he changes his mind and does whats right!
