I purchased a bed here and was told it would be delivered Wednesday (4 days after purchasing it). On Tuesday they called and said it was not in and that it would be Sunday. I never received a time window so after calling several times they informed me it was still not in and it would be the following week.First, I had kept my day open to be available but then they pushed it out another week. I expressed my concern and frustration and asked if they could give me realistic time frame so I could decide to keep it, or cancel and shop elsewhere. I received a call back from the manager that they cancelled it and that it might be a month before it is in.They cancelled without even talking to me. And now, 2 weeks later, I still do not have my refund. How is it legal for them to take my money immediately but take 2+ weeks to refund my money.Most companies bill/charge your card when the product is in stock and ready to ship.I would NOT Recommend this company. I was excited that they were so optimistic that they would have it in a few days that I went ahead and purchased immediately. Now I have to start the shopping process all over again... but it will be with a different company. I would not trust this company at all.

My sells man, William C, was great. He was patient with my husband and I while we tried out several mattress and various bases to go with the mattress. He was knowledgeable about all the products, the manufacturer, the design of the mattresses, watt entry etc. once I decided on 2 options he totals them out and looked at the time frame in getting both. He was up front and honest about anything that might take a little longer to get. Kn the end we choose the Purple 4 mattress and I am excited about it. He also took the time to show me the products that the Purple company sells (which came with my purchase). I also feel in love with the pillow but they didn’t have any in stock and he provided me the name so I could order it. To begin with I called twice. I asked about a certain mattress and got prices but neither salesman asked my name which was odd because I said I would be in the next day.I was also made to feel the mattress that I wanted would not be available for at least three weeks or not at all.I went in the next day and talked to Angela the asst. manager and was able to purchase the mattress I wanted and in the time frame I wanted. She was the associate that turned a bad buying experience in to a happy experience.

We were very pleased with the service we received when purchasing our two mattresses from Mattress Firm. The staff were helpful concerned and accommodating. When we found that one of the mattresses was not suitable for our comfort level we went to one of the stores to see about exchanging it. The staff were very helpful presented no resistance and expressed only a wish to ensure we were happy. They handled everything including contacting the store we bought from and doing all the paper work. They even ensured that we could get the new replacement mattress within days. Walked in Rich greeted me with a smile I kind of knew what I wanted which was memory foam because its the only thing that helps my back and he showed me the perfect bed I slept 12 hours my second night on it I am so happy to finally be on a bed and not a bean bag chair. Best Customer Service...We have been overwhelmed with the Service of Rich at this location. We were to have had a delivery in Dec that was botched (not the stores fault). We called our location and our sales person, Mgr. Anthony was on vacation and we were referred to Rich. who provided the customer service experience we needed. We were needing the mattress we bought quickly and it (Stearns & Foster) was now not in stock...so, Rich recommended a Kingsdown for us with the option to exchange it if it wasnt a fit for us. It again has been unbelievable how Rich ironed all this out considering Covid-19 had delayed mattress deliveries with a lot of retailers. If you need a mattress, pls take time to go by this location and see Rich. Mattress Firm has been a great buying experience for our family. By the way, we are sleeping on a Kingsdown and it is the BEST!!!

I wish I could remember the name of our sales associate. I wasn’t sure what to expect with COVID going on but we moved and needed a mattress. So I called got an appointment same day. My boyfriend and I went into mattress firm in woodstock ga today to purchase a mattress. We didn’t really know what we wanted, since we have been in student apartments and haven’t needed to purchase a mattress yet. This was my first ever mattress shopping experience. I have been in furniture stores before and usually get bombarded. That was not the case here. My friend and I went in to look for a new mattress and base. We were greeted promptly and kindly by Lee, the store manager. We told him this was our first time looking for a mattress and we needed some direction.Lee was gracious and very helpful pointing out different levels of firmness and different styles of mattress. He his time with us and showed us samples and bases. He had other customers come in but never made us feel unwanted or ignored even when we told him we were just looking.We had to leave and we thanked him for his time. First off, Lee was absolutely amazing. We went in not really knowing what we could get that would meet both of our needs as a couple and Lee gave us the honest truth about each brand. I am beyond pleased with the mattress we ended up with and even more pleased with the vibrating adjustable bases. We are both sleeping like heaven. I am sincerely impressed with both George Couch and Richard Besant. Here’s the story- originally went in back in February. Having back and shoulder surgeries I had previously extensively researched Purple. I fully expected my original salesman, Mr. Besant to be, well, a salesman and just try to sell us anything. Instead I found he was extremely knowledgeable and there wasn’t any high pressure sales pitch involved. We decided on the purple 4. Everything arrived on timeand service was great. I knew I would have to take time to break the bed in but still felt early on this wasn’t going to work for me- my husband had no issues adjusting and slept well. Next thing- we are in quarantine and my husband wasn’t terribly comfortable having people in to exchange our mattress. I decided to ride it out. Over 100 days into our trial and I was too afraid to go into the store and tell them I wasn’t happy with the Purple-I made my husband tag along - although he doesn’t care what we sleep on. Mr. Couch was there and true to everything Mattress Firm told me originally-no hassles- no worries - no hard sales pitch - just super friendly and ready to help. He gave me several options and ultimately I decided to stay at Mattress Firm and find a bed there to replace the Purple. He gave me all the time I needed and made the exchange process super easy -so much more pleasant than I ever expected. As long as they continue to hire such knowledgeable, customer oriented sales people, I will continue to shop there! Ended up with Tempur btw. I originally had a memory foam prior to the Purple and found I wasn’t able to go back to the coils- although The Purple isn’t exactly a coil bed; it’s a great bed it just didn’t fit me. Oh My Gosh! I love them all so much! The gentlemen that sold me the bed got me an amazing deal and then a couple of months later the manager Melissa gave me a call to let me know that she wanted to give me an even bigger discount! I am in shock and disbelief that a company would do something like this for me. Not only did she call me personally to see if I wanted the discount she remembered who I was and what I did for a living. They are all so kind and thoughtful.
