Derek and Adam are extremely knowledgeable and courteous! They were not pushy and allowed us to look around peacefully answering the random questions that we had. From the moment that we walked in the door (totally confused bout Spas), Derek assessed our needs / wants and helped us select the perfect Spa. His customer service / sales skills are impeccable. I have had to call twice months after our installation and when I told Derek my name, he replied, how are you enjoying that Cancun II. He seems to remember every customer. I visited the store a few times before our purchase and each time he remembered us. I was referred by a friend, and when i gave her first name only, he knew who she was instantly. These guys have the patience of saints. We had no idea what we wanted because we’ve never owned a spa before. They answered a billion questions and when we decided we were too impatient to wait for delivery, they got it ready for us to load on our truck. Since then we’ve been back for more questions and water testing and they treat us like valued customers each time. When shopping, We started here, went to 4 other retailers, were shown a bunch of stuff we didn’t need for 3x the price to deliver in November, and ended back here with exactly what we needed in a couple days. 10/10 recommend.

They were super helpful, explained in detail all of the features, the maintenance, the delivery/instal, etc answering all questions we had as first time hot tub buyers. We were able to purchase one in the store and schedule a delivery within a week’s time.

Having spent countless hours researching what we wanted vs. what we could afford we finally visited location A who which had us asking more questions than could be answered along with a few red flags along the way. My wife and I decided to stop in to Basements and Backyards (Woodstock) and it was the best decision we could have made. We were greeted by Derek who listened to what we wanted, provided suggestions all while educating us. At no point did we feel like we were being pressured or received any of the usual sales gimmicks. Please please go to a reputable pool company who will give you correct information regarding coding, installation, etc. It is a beautiful pool but customer service to be desired. The no pressure sales that lured me in turned out to be we dont care what happens once you buy this pool.Derek, when I called the other store last fall, I spoke with Roberto (I believe was his name) abt some of my concerns not wanting to deal with Adam again. After hearing my issues, he said he would have you call me. Idk if you ever got the message, but thats what happened. At this point, there is nothing to talk about as far as Im concerned. It was a rough process and Im so happy its over! I just realized I hadnt left my review and wanted to do so for a $14,000 purchase. We are finally enjoying the pool thanks to some help from our local pool company, Browns Pools. But thanks for replying and trying now.

We bought a fiberglass hottub and a 4 person sauna. The sales process was smooth, and the installers came when they were supposed to.Thats where the positive experience ended.They brought the wrong lift for the hottub cover.They brought the wrong sauna. They had to come in the middle of my weekend after Id already taken a day off from work to in order to bring the right sauna.They left enough trash (boxes and packing materials) to literally cool a 200 square for room to a height of 4 feet...They had the best prices around for a reasonable product. But, they must be saving a ton of money on installs.

First hot tub purchase. Derek answered a million questions I had with a smile on his face. Walked me through everything i needed to do for set up. And told me to call him when I did set it up so we could walk through it again. Highly recommend.

Also there after sales products cannot be beaten on price. Compare with Amazon and others and you find that are extremely competitive across the board. A really good experience for us.

After having our questioned ignored on a Facebook marketplace ad we went to the store. We met with a salesman who basically said here is what we have the price is marked. We didnt stay long.Update. Its amazing how willing you are to help here on Google where everyone can see but on Facebook you could care less (John Bejin). We made our purchase that very day at Georgia Spa who actually took the time to help us.

Came in to shop hot tubs for our new home. I guess the sales person didnt think we were serious buyers because he just disappeared. The other sales person started helping a customer that came in after us all while we were left standing there with questions. I guess we will purchase from a store that wants our business.

I called to see if they had some accessories for my pool.. i was given great advise and the accessories came in the same day.. wow.. prices and good .. support is great.. i never felt that I was being pushed or being sold stuff not needed. Basement and Backyard had Hot tub pillows for the head in the size needed to fit. Shipped the pillows to me in two days. Also they were cheaper than what I could get from another store online. I was not disappointed everything was intact. Highly recommend this company.

They spent months to do the installation so we are thinking about to return the pool.PLEASE WHEN YOU BUY PAY ATTENTION ON THAT PART. BE AWARE YOUR POOL WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO BE INSTALLED.The pool guys are wonderful but they need more than one guy to install. They should to have at least 2 or 3 companies to install....

It is what is, an above ground pool store except they offer a great buyers experience. Every question you need answered and even save ya a bit of $$$$. I even wanted a $100 upgrade that the owner talked me out of. Every other upgrade I requested was on me and not pushed and they even held a 24 ft pool for me for 4 days with no down payment or deposit. Easy honest dealings and everything was on the up and up. Highly recommend them for all of North Georgia!

We had 2 liners that had rips in them and basement and backyard came and Delivered the replacement liners. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the purchase and install.

I purchased a new hot tub may 9th. It was delivered June 8th. The installers scratched it all up, the straps for the cover were all broken... and when the installers left, they left with water filling it, and the bottom covered in mud from there shoes. Also, no one showed my wife how to operate it, how to put chemicals in it, clean filter... nothing. They hooked it up and left without saying a word.I have called multiple times regarding the scratches and broken latches for the cover and was told at first that they would send a new cover and see what could be done about the scratches. Now, no one will answer or return my calls.I am going to contact the BBB and see about getting my money returned.I would NEVER recommend this business
