I came in on a Friday afternoon, with no appointment, with what felt like a bit of an emergency and these guys took amazing care of me. They promptly got everything looked at and kept me in the loop, and gave me peace of mind! An awesome shop, I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else.

This shop was amazing! I went on Sunday afternoon and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I just needed an oil change, they explained that it may take some time. It only took about 30 minutes. Very nice people working there! I will definitely go back to them in the future!

I brought in my truck with a screw in the tire. The manager told me it would take a couple of hours to patch as well as perform the oil change and rotation I needed. He called me back in 45 minutes and said it was ready to go. Awesome service!

My sister and I brought in our cars today since we both had our lights on our dash from low tire pressure. It turns out my sister had a nail in her tire, and my tires were fine, but my breaks and suspension need to be repaired. Sebastian was very attentive and explained to me thoroughly what would be the best thing to do in my situation. He was very accommodating, and I was thankful that he showed me what exactly was wrong and why it was best to fix it. In my experience, most auto shops just list a bunch of things and don’t show you or explain to you why you need to get something repaired. Sebastian is AMAZING! Stopped by on my way home from work today in a panic because my (essentially) brand new car was losing pressure in my back left tire. Turns out it was a nail in my tire and I needed a patch+plug to fix it. He reassured me that the job would be easy and made me feel less stressed about it all. To top it all off, he didn’t even charge me for the repair! Mavis tire will have my business from now on, no question!

Sabastian really helped us with a last minute tire repair when Costco could not. Our road warranty with Costco doesnt seem very special when Mavis is so much more responsive and helpful. Our next tire purchase will be with Mavis.

I had an amazing experience with Mavis Tire late last Friday. I needed 2 tires patched and didnt know if I was too late in the day But the manger, Kaumi took care of my tire leaks right away. He was very pleasant, had a nice smile and showed a genuine desire to help. And the kicker is, this cost less than expected.

Ran into an issue with a tire running low while out of town and thankfully Mavis was close. The guys at this location are exceptional. Professional staff, they go above and beyond to get you in and out and on your way. Very friendly and beyond reasonable!!!!

I probably have not had a nail or anything in my tire for at least 10 years…and of course, I had two instances in the last two weeks. Sebastian, Location Manager, at the Towne Lake location (next to Aldi) was amazing. I really had no extra time to deal with this. He got me in right away, and out before I knew it. I should note, I called another tire shop who said they could get me in…in two days. Sebastian and Mavis Tire won a new client by simply treating me like a priority and understanding my time crunch. This is the only location I will EVER bring my vehicle to! I haven’t been in Woodstock very long but I have been to this specific location multiple times and they are always honest, professional, discuss price and options before ever working on my car, and the office and waiting area is always clean and well-kept! As a young woman who doesn’t know that much about cars, I feel confident knowing I will not be taken advantage of because I’m not a mechanic myself. I have even referred multiple of my female friends to this location because they are that trustworthy! Also, Devon up front is a STAR employee!! He deserves all the accolades and a raise ASAP!!

My glove compartment was left open with its contents jumbled from them trying to find the custom lug key for my truck wheels, but they notified me of the difficulty at pickup. After a 16 month-long medical journey took us away from home, I returned to find two of our vehicles needing serious TLC. At a minimum, they both needed new batteries and tires due to the lengthily exposure sitting in the driveway. The service technicians and store manager were wonderful helping me to understand what was needed to get them safely back on the road without worry. They came up with service plans that I could live with, and my second car was ready for pickup yesterday. It was great to get back into my Scion XB (Box-Car Willie) and know I’ll be getting 31 miles per gallon again! This was my first time going to this Mavis location. I was greeted by Devon who was professional, curious, polite and very informative. He immediately reassured me that the tires I purchased online were going to be installed properly without any additional scratches to my wheels (rims) and that he would personally see that my concerns were addressed. I couldnt have been more pleased when I picked up my car. The installer Louis also came out and explained how he took extra care in addressing my concerns and answered any questions I had regarding the handling, wear on the tires and camber. I will continue to use this particular Mavis location and tell friends/family to visit this location as long as Devon and Louis are employed there! I hope their manager as well as corporate recognize their efforts and awesome customer service! 5 Stars for those two employees!!

Called mavis in Woodstock for an oil change, usually go to a quick change so I went on google last minute, spoke with Keith (super friendly) they were fully booked, he gave me the 2010 eagle drive Woodstock location # and told me to ask for Sebastian.
