One of my favorite locations. Theyre slowly getting more n more healthy food options. They actually have an entire vegan section, its small. But growing! Healthy eating is on the rise and this Publix is helping us get there!2 of the cashiers know me from regular coming in, its amazing how they actually remember me over 100s they see a day likely.Staff has always been very friendly, I have had issues with product in the past and the management went above and beyond to make it better, and dang good customer service just hooks me for life.

Ashley in the bakery is very helpful and cordial. We ordered a cake recently and she gave us amazing service. Publix should be glad to have her!

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a certain brand of low-sugar ice cream in a particular flavor, and the employee I asked was familiar with the ice cream section and walked over there with me. He pointed out that the Publix store brand was healthier than the brand I was looking for in the first place, so I bought that instead. Good salesman, and Im a happy customer. Ive also received excellent service at the butcher and the deli counter many times. Definitely recommended.

Deli ask randi in sandwich to help because but randi just couldnt find it in him to see that there was a line even though he had no one in sandwich and he had a helper. Randi needs training or go and a stockerShpoing at 7.15pm 11.5

Yep. Thats definitely a Publix. Its clean, its safe, its got wide aisles that make for easy movement. A little pricey, but thats every Publix. No complaints.

I love Publix. I like a clean pleasant atmosphere and the workers there know the place really good. They treat me like family. Always have great conversations. Sometimes I have a hard time leaving because I know so many of the employees. It really is a great place to shop, WHERE SHOPPING IS A PLEASURE.

I have been in many grocery stores in my life but have never experienced the customer service they have in this store. Each time I go in there Ashley C. has gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need upon checking out. She is not only friendly but very customer orientated. I’ve noticed the same girl (Ashley)there at the checkout line each and every time I go. I even took it upon myself to ask her if she gets a day off. Lol…She is absolutely amazing and I hope the managers there appreciate her as much as we do!! TEAMASHLEY!!!

I love this location! The employees are so amazing!!I just don’t understand EVERY time I come here for lunch, why is the sandwich line wait so long with only 1 person making the orders and the other personnel making the online requests. Right now there has only been 3 people and I’ve been waiting going on 25min with only an hour lunch break. I dread coming here especially during lunch time. It’s been like this for a very long time and why won’t they put at least 3 people!!! Management needs to correct this.. please!!🙏🙏🙏

Everyone was very nice. I just got out of the hospital that day. Pharmacy went out of their way. One of my prescriptions was not on insurance plan. They found a discount card for me. Also I always get your tuna fish by Seafood Dept. They have no problems to divide in half for me. They he put the item in my card. Over in Bakery Department split my favorite bread in half and also put in my card as well. I am always pleased with Publix Super Market Thank you very much.

I go out of my way to shop at this Publix! It seems so spacious and fresh compared to stores closer to me. Staff are always super friendly and helpful and they stock British food in their international isle- WIN!

They have a good selection of vegan options. The store is clean and they have the mushrooms we like that we can never find anywhere else.

Noah in the Deli is a special employee. He helped me with a sandwich selection for the young boy I was treating. This Publix location has a good-sized dining area. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Sean at the Deli is awesome. Placed a to-go order for the family, all ordered whole subs, and he was very courtesy and respectful on the phone. It was about 30-45 minutes before they closed, and he still had a positive attitude and great customer service. He deserves a raise.

Going beyond their job requirements, that is Mr. Craig at this location which after having issues with the payment card while talking to the people in charge of that card he took our groceries that needed to be refrigerated at put them away. That is going way above and beyond Kudos for him and kudos for Publix for having such an excellent costumer service.

I LOVE shopping at this Publix, but my boyfriend works there and I overheard a conversation with Jerry in the customer service department that was very upsetting to hear. My boyfriend started to get severe panic attacks in his department and called to see if he could transfer to another department. A man named Jerry (customer service MANAGER) told him to “toughen up” and that he won’t be transferred right away. Seeing how this weekend is a holiday (4th of July), it makes sense that he would not be transferred right away, but to get told to “toughen up” is a slap in the face. Usually I am not one to ever write complaints, but there is no reason for anyone to disrespect their employees like this. He suffers from extreme anxiety and to be told to “toughen up” is so insensitive. After hearing this interaction I don’t think I will shop here again. I hope this review gets looked into and something gets done about it.

Everything is way to expensive, rather go to Walmart which is 3m away.Small store and is great for finding things on the fly. Only for emergency s or if you are in a rush!

No rotisserie chickens. Every. Single. Time. Without fail, every time I walk into this store, the chickens, still need about 35 minutes to cook.

I just want to tell JEFF in the Deli thank you for always makeing sure he provideds Customers with a smile, great energy no matter how busy he is and the biggest part is he listens to how I want my food. I get a sub sand or a salad weekly from publix and I have encounterted many people who dont always listen or are willing to show Exceptional Customer Service and I have found myself educating customers about the expectations for example getting what you want cut even if it is not precut. I have been getting a subs made into a saled long before it became a menu item or selecting my own bread from the bakery. I call the Salad. Amys PUB SUB SALAD!!!! Thank you to the entire pharmacy staff! My parents received their COVID vaccines this week and the organization and efficiency of the staff was wonderful. My parents got right in and out and didn’t have to wait. Thank you Publix for getting the vaccines, organizing the administration in such a convenient manner and helping to keep my parents and all of our elderly population safer from contracting COVID!

I just wanted to say how amazing the catering department is at this publix. Not only was the cake they made for my sons three year old party amazing but the whole process was so easy and they were helpful even with other things like blowing up balloons and stuff!! 100% recommend!

Good overall experience

Store was out of stock on multiple items. People not wearing masks and not following the directions. Coke was buy 3 get one free. I was charged for all 3. Mission tortilla shells were buy one get one free was charged for that. Not very friendly. We usually go that the one at East Cherokee which is much more enjoyable.

Their deli department is lacking. Other Publix stores I have never once had an issue but the Towne Lake location, pretty much always an issue. They don’t seem “happy to help” it’s like you are bothering them when you are ordering. For example they offer fried catfish as a deli option. One occasion I called ahead and had a time set to pick up but when I arrived they hadn’t even started my order and I had to wait about 45 minutes. I had called another time to order ahead, I called at 7:20 and the guy told me “uhhhh um it’s gonna be like 30 or 40 minutes and right at closing before it’s done” I asked so is that yes you can do the order or no? He then told me no. Catfish takes less than 10 minutes to cook. It’s a shame, other Publix no problem.

Always love Publix! Especially the Townelake Publix on Rose Creek. Friendly, fast service. The butcher is always willing to see if they have a fresh cut of meat in back, if one is not out front. The produce department will cut up my pineapple. They are a class above the rest.

Great grocery store in my neighborhood. Super clean and will kept. They only hire polite, friendly people so its always a pleasant experience. Can be a bit expensive and doesnt carry a lot of the things we shop for.

Our special order cake was exceptional. It was the most delicious Publix cake I have ever had and the guests were surprised such a beautiful professionally decorated cake came from the grocery store. Highly recommended for specialty cakes.

I went to this Publix because it is next door to family traditions restaurant. Publix lines were fast. The prices at Publix was about 30% higher than a Kroger around the corner, but Publix has convenience foods that surpass Kroger. I had a little trouble finding someone to help me locate items. But generally a great experience.

Never enough cashiers or baggers. Even before COVID related shortages they were frequently out of stock on popular items.

I was able to find all my shopping items and quickly checked all my list. While approaching the cashiers, there was only 2 open, and few other customers started making lines stand out. The 2 MODs quickly took some of us to a different till register and everyone was helped in a very good timely fashion. Good job!

My favorite grocery store even though theyre a bit more expensive than Krogers. Their deli is amazing. The staff is always so incredibly friendly and helpful. The pharmacy, however, is the worst I have ever used in the country. They have lost one of my prescriptions and miscounted another. Theyre all extremely rude and are always running late. Save yourself the agony and use a different pharmacy!!

Frozen department has looked better in the past couple of years. I am not sold on this new guy. Dairy clerk is amazingly fast and accurate with orders.

Brought my small service dog in just to pick up soup from the deli that i had already called in 45 mins prior. Manger came up to me saying i cant have a dog in there. I was explaining that he was a service dog and the manager was just plain out rude saying its the law that they cant have animals in there. I just left at that point.

Great service and Great all around establishment with the ability to ask for whatever may not be on the shelf. This is the type of service we all need to incorporate into our own .

Publix is one of my favorite places ever. They have some amazing cookies and deli meat snacks to grab while you are doing your tiring shopping. The people are very kind there and they make you feel at home.when you go to the deli counter dont forget to ask for a free cookie cause those are good

Very friendly staff and good selection! Shoutout to the awesome bakery department, they made a cake for my sons first birthday party and did a SUPERB job! I showed them a photo from online and they made it look exactly how we wanted for a very reasonable price.

I came into the store with the expectation of being served in the SUNTRUST Bank department of the store. The black front desk customer service man had a Very Good Attitude, and had a warm smile, but when lady was looking at me pretty nasty for the beginning, so when he asked her a question about me opening an account with them so I’m able to cash a check that’s a business cashiers check in my name, the lady automatically turned me down from possibly opening an account and referred me to the store’s cashiers check cashing in the front, but “Jennifer”(the Publix cashier) was listening and turned me down as if it was a collective decision not to serve ME(a well casual dressed black man with a “do rag” and a top hat, dress shoes, with a briefcase). The Black SunTrust foot desk man kept waving to wish me a good day like he wanted me to comeback but the situation made me feel unwanted, and indifferent like a bad taste in my mouth.

I like this store because it is open, airy, and de cluttered. I hate not being able to move through the aisles due to floor displays, and this store has fewer than most. Everything is neat and tidy, clean, and the employees are the friendliest, nicest people. I love being able to pre order from the deli, walk in, and pick up my order with no hassle, as it is near the front of the store. No flies in the deli! Yes, flies in the deli are GROSS, and I see this all the time in other local stores. I gave it a 4 star mainly because they never have enough sourdough on the bakery shelf( its popular I guess), and it is more expensive than other stores. But, the shopping experience is superb.

Clean, nice store. Its the speed the employees move at the registers thats the biggest nuisance. I almost think I could drive 2mi. up the road to Kroger and speed through self-checkout and drive the 2mi. back in the time it takes the register line to move at Publix. Too bad the Kroger up the road doesnt carry all of the products we purchase otherwise wed solely shop there.

Clean, well stocked and not too busy

While the store itself is great and rates a 5, the deli part of the store is suffering badly. Publix has always had the best subs and especially the cheese steak sub in the area, they are now all but inedible. I got one the other day, my first since the installed the oven and used it instead of the grill that they used to use. I was disappointed to say the least and threw the second half away. not only that, I had to wait 20 minutes for that sandwich to be made.
