The store associate (bigger guy with longer dark hair and tats - I missed his name) at the Woodstock branch was incredible. He installed my truck battery and gave me a quick lesson on maintenance to keep it living a long life. This guys has helped me before and he is absolutely a credit to your store and your brand. They also have all varieties, which is very helpful if you are struggling to find a very specific battery. I struggled and went to 6 diff stores and found nothing. Absolutely disrespectful of customers time. visited first time, bo phone repair guy. came back the next day with an appointment, no battery. he told me to come back again same appointment tomorrow. came back today for the 3rd time, and was told the guy was gone. i give up. absolutely horrible service...

They had the small battery I needed for my grandmas key fob, but charged a ridiculous amount to install it for her. It took him less than one minute to swap the batteries. Come on, guys. be better!

Devin / Joshua did a great job in replacing (2) cell phone batteries for us!These are the newer, sealed cell phones which require that you use a heat gun and other special tools to open it. Neither phone are having any damage or issues. We are enjoying the extended battery life again. The online scheduling made it easy, but I was impressed with the reasonable costs and quality of work too.

My iPhone 6 Plus is an older phone and nothing wrong so why just because my battery was no keeping a charge get a new phone nope just called them and they had the battery in stock. Stopped in and got it changed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them if you need a new battery.

Guy wouldn’t bring out the charger to the car like your website indicates. When he finally did, after I told him that my wife sees patients and I don’t want to go inside, he sat it on the curb and said “curbside”. He then flipped me off as he walked back inside. Obviously not giving him my business after that so I had to go inside to return it. He wouldn’t return it before I didn’t have my card. I left it there and he said “see. You came inside anyway.” I left it on the counter as he said “you should be home anyway”. I said words as I left. This guy shouldn’t be in customer service. What a weird thing to be an a-hole about right now. Anyway, shop somewhere else. This guy really sucks.

I go there to recycle batteries and flourescent bulbs, but they have a lot of neat gadgets.

I made an appointment online - when I got to the store - they found my name and honored the $10 coupon with a friendly yet professional response. I left my phone and went to my next stop on my list. When I returned, my phone was ready and again your staff was friendly and professional.

I used these guys to replace a broke screen on my Galaxy S8+ and was very happy so I went back when my battery was dying. I was in an out quickly both dropping it off and picking it up.Very happy with the service!

Sanitized outside my car, then th battery pack sanitized at home, and I wore a mask I side the store. I person working out front, and plenty of distance between us... All good

I needed my iPhone battery changed. Sam was very helpful. I called ahead and he gave me guidance on when to come in and setting up an appointment and what the process would be. Everything went as planned and the new battery is a lifesaver.

I came in looking for a new key and fob for my car! I talked to Joshua, he was super genuine and nice, yes there was a little error in the transaction but it was handled, and a little difficulty that was out of their control! Ultimately they are really respectful, genuine, and professional! Plus Joshua said that the song “We don’t Care” from The College Dropout is one of the best songs of all time and that deserves a 5 star review alone

I purchased a replacement battery for my car from Batteries Plus. After doing my research on Consumer Reports, I found one of their recommended batteries, a Duracell AGM auto battery, was at Batteries Plus. I went to the Batteries Plus website and found that the Duracell auto battery I wanted was available online for 20% off, and I could buy it online and go to the store to pickup the battery AND have it installed there for free. I did make the purchase. The time it took from when I bought it online until I drove to the store and had it installed was a little more than an hour total. That was pretty cool. Devin did a great job on the installation. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs.

I bought a flashlight there and it broke. I took it back to them to see if could get the broken plastic part replaced. It turned out it was under a lifetime warranty so they tried to replace it. Went there Saturday to get batteries for two key fobs. Very nice man took them and went behind counter. I told him I thought they were 1632 batteries. He opened them and confirmed. I had already priced the batteries and it was 8 bucks for two. He brought my fobs back and rang me up. It was $25.00. When I asked why so much he said it was for installation. $8.50 x 2 for less than5 minutes to install the batteries. I said had you told me up front I would not have let you put them in. He admitted he should have told me but charged me any way. You would have thought he would have at the least he would have offered a discount. Will never be back

Do not bring keys in to have batteries replaced. I could tell that they did not know what they were doing after the third time of saying something to them the older gentleman insisted on pursuing and breaking the key fob. then the manager instead of making sure I had proper documentation to get the key fob fixed just told me to go to another store and then have the manager call him for payment doesnt make sense there should be policies and procedures in place . After the key fob was broken the manager said he shouldnt let car keys over 10 years have the battery replaced. Note to manager telling someone about your made up policy after your employee broke the item has no consequences for this situation.

Love that I can order the battery I needed online and get updates as too where the item is and if its ready for pick-up. Turns out in was ready for pick-up the following day!

I went there to get a battery for my motorcycle then drove 30 miles to where my bike was stored only to find out that the store did not include the hardware that was supposed to come with the battery (a plastic package with special nuts, spacers, and adapters). As a result I could not install the battery and had to make another trip back to get the hardware. This was a tremendous inconvenience for me due to their error.

Thank goodness someplace recycles batteries and florescent light tubes safely!
