My car buying experience was GREAT. My salesman Bill was awesome, funny, and very personable. The sakes manager I met with to finalize the deal was also great. They werent pushy at all. Just good conversation and a relaxed environment. I have already recommended them to a few friends.
I was met right away when I drove my car into the Service area, which was clean and bright. Mr. Etters, the service technician, was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He checked me in for my scheduled service, and told me about how long the 15,000 mile service would take. It actually took a bit less than the 1.5 hours. My car was clean and ready to go when it was brought back to me at completion.The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and bright, and all of the staff members with whom I dealt during this appointment were great.
Sadly I was excited until I left and realized I was so dead tired after the whole “buying” process, which we know is games of the money and how much they can push, that I didn’t realize I got played. The amount the sales person wrote down and we agreed to was not the final amount. The finance guy Kyle tried to clean it up with a lot of finance auto sales talk, I honestly was too tired to care. I was tired, my children was tired, we had been there over 4hrs. We were hungry, pressured on borrowed time with the rental and they knew that. My advice, make sure you go when you’re not tired. And make the sales person write down that amount on paper, show it to the finance people (swindlers, we call them) and make sure it matches BEFORE you sign. Don’t listen to all the fancy talk. Find out what they’re adding to your car as there may be some things that are not included like mats, tinting, camera’s, etc. If you want those things make sure that’s included in your final price. Don’t take your children as their frustration& irritation can make you just hurry it all up. Please learn from my grave mistake. The only thing I am happy with is I got the car I wanted, to bad I woke up with buyer’s regrets when I saw the financial numbers game and realized I was too tired the night before to spot it then. BE ALERT AND IF YOU CAN HAVE someone with you who knows how to swim with sharks. Sadly, I didn’t.

Went in to see about getting my wife into a CR-V. She’s been driving Corollas for about 10 years now and we were ready to upgrade her car. Vincent was our sales guy and Michael was the sales manager. They were AMAZING in showing us two different CR-V models and explaining all their features. They ended up giving us a fantastic deal on not only the one we wanted, but also on my wife’s trade-in. In fact, everything was so easy and amazing that I ended up buying a car for myself too! We are so happy we went there; can’t recommend the dealer, and those two guys in particular, enough!
We purchased a new Odyssey from Hennessy Honda and had a great experience! I had my two toddlers with me and they were so kind and patient. There was a playroom stocked with a train table and books and tv with a movie for the kids while we worked out a great deal. Mark was awesome and they go out of their way to help you! I purchased a brand-new Honda HR-V in July 2021. Julie was my sales associate. It was a pleasure working with her; there was no haggling, the process was very straightforward and went as fast as buying a new car can. Julie was very helpful and kind; I felt that she was trustworthy. She also followed up with me shortly after purchasing my vehicle. I also felt like the finance manager, while having an agenda as that is his job, was overall honest and not pushy. Overall I had a good experience at Hennessy Honda and would recommend this location to someone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Inventory was low at the time so I didnt have much choice as far as color of my vehicle, but I was happy with the white HR-V I was able to purchase that day.

I drove 2 hours to come find a CR-V Hybrid that have been selling out everywhere. When I arrived the car was already being looked out but Alex told me the people had gone to lunch first to think about buying it. I told him it was the only car I wanted and he said be right back. Alex came back with the keys and said lets go drive it!! Alex Ocasio was the best salesman! Super nice family guy who was honest with me from the start. Was not a pushy salesmen at all, he just talked me about my life and his and never once talked about the car unless I asked and when we were test driving. I felt bad for the people who came back from lunch but I was serious! Signed papers immediately after driving. I love Alex for putting me first and doing everything he could to get this car for me.When it came down to the finances I was so dead set on going with Capital One. Hennessy looked into every company they worked with and told me they found a better deal for ME was with suntrust bank instead of Capital One. I was so shocked that they took the time to find me a better interest rate when purchasing my car. They explained thoroughly all my package and warranty options, and I will say people Honda has the best warranty deals to add on AND that come with the car you purchase! Did I mention they offer a decent discount for Military??!?! Couldnt be more happy with my purchase with these guys! Car was having troubles starting but everything was fine with it. They replaced the battery and when I got the car back I have three dash lights on including the check engine. I call back and am told I have to pay another $100 in order for them to look at it again. They do and tell me it’s my timing chain which would be believable except my timing chain has been the same since I got the car and no lights have ever come on and the car makes a super loud noise now when driving it. Will not ever return. Not sure how you can replace a battery and ruin a car.

We planned our whole weekend around making the long hike from Charlotte to this dealership to pick up a car that we had already settled on, went through the financing process, booked a hotel, the whole nine yards. We also offered to put up a large deposit for security. Two days before we were supposed to go pick the car up, we were told, oops, we sold it. No courtesy call, nothing. We were told they dont hold cars, but perhaps a little good moral practice could go a long way with showing humanity. Would not recommend.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. Save your self the time and go to literally any other dealership in GA. This place has the worst customer service. No one in the service center ever wants to do work. The staff is very unwelcoming.

Took my 2006 Honda to get diagnosed after telling me I needed a whole new transmission, after filing with my extended warranty, which said they would cover$1,750.00 worth. The dealership quotes me $8,700.00. SMH, Never heard of such an outrageous price on such an older vehicle..

Paul Smith was an excellent service advisor. He gave me updates while the car was getting diagnosed and answered all of my questions. He even helped carry our car seats out of our vehicle so that we could leave during the repair. He provided excellent customer service.
I would give this place 0 stars if that was possible. I test drove a certified pre-owned vehicle from here and liked it, however I noticed that the back bumper light was loose. I was ensured this would be fixed by the next day so I would be able to take the car home as it was a simple light clip. 2 weeks and 4 useless trips to this dealership later, I FINALLY got the vehicle repaired. The communication was absolutely HORRIBLE at every turn. It was the most frustrating experience I have had. I tell everyone I know thats looking to buy a car from here to go literally anywhere else.

I started with one sales guy and was switched to another, but Vincent was great- he came to pick me up in my new car and answered any questions I had. He went over the car with me- making sure I felt comfortable and letting me know to contact him if I had any questions. Overall great experience!
I came in to get a routine service done on my Honda CR-V. My car was received very quickly and without wait. However, the person who received my car was busy, rushed, and dismissive, so I didn’t get any instruction on who to speak to next or what the next steps of the process were. Because of this, my car was never processed in the system and they did not begin work on the service even as I had left the center. Nonetheless, when I called the center a few hours later and discussed the situation with them, my service advisor Steve Bryars worked very hard to make it right for me, including expediting my service immediately and removing all the service fees from my bill. The experience was definitely frustrating, but thanks to Steve, I left happy.

Dishonest. Lies. Unacceptable. I stopped by with my daughter 2 days ago around 7:30pm. We test drove a car and told the sales lady (Julie) that we wanted to buy it. I offered to pay in full and she informed it was too late to process the sale and get the car detailed. I said, fine, do the paperwork and Ill leave a deposit. My husband can finalize everything tomorrow. The sales lady (Julie) told me that was not necessary as she would talk to her manager, HOLD the car until Thursday morning, (Julie was off on Wednesday) 10am when I agreed to be back to do the paper work.My husband (over the phone) told her he wanted to do the paperwork and purchase that night. I told her I would pay with my debit card (a deposit or in full) and she laughed it off as if I could not afford it and said I would need to call my bank, implying there was not time to do this.Julie told me she was off on Wednesday thus I should return Thursday to finalize everything; remember I wanted to BUY the car Tuesday night and was told I could not because it was too late.Needless to say, I arrived this morning at 9:55am, true to my word; Julie, unfortunately, was not true to hers. The vehicle SOLD the day before; which Julie assured me would not happen.Dishonest. Lies. Unacceptable. Judged.In addition, when I asked another salesman (in passing) the price of the yellow Civic Type-R in the showroom, he looked at me, judged me, and told me it was too expensive, not worth it; not only passing judgement but implying I could not afford it.Overall, unbelievable; What kind of commissioned salespeople do not want to make a sale?Simply DISHONEST...where I come from my word actually means something....and I happily took my business elsewhere.

I purchased my 2020 Ridgeline RTL from Hennessy in December 2020. Id driven a sub compact for 13 years after owning a new Xterra for a year, then selling after an accident. Id been wanting to be a truck owner and after comparing prices and test driving at other Honda dealers, Hennessys prices were better, sales staff was knowledgeable, and felt like I could trust them and the Honda brand for an excellent truck purchase. Ive been driving it for 10 months now and loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend Hennessy Honda to purchase your next vehicle - I know Ill will soon when our van reaches its limit.
Do not take your car here for repair. They are a bunch of scammers! I paid over $2000 dollars to have my car fixed and they told me it had warranty until i took it back for repair when it failed and they said they dont see anything about it! Paul Smith is the biggest scammer of all! Never going back there again
If I could give a 0 I would. Brought my Honda in because of a knocking noise, engine light on and to check to see if it would be okay to travel. Was told what needed to be repaired immediately which cost over $1400.00. No other recommendations listed. Two weeks later, knocking noise back and dashboard lite up like a Christmas tree! Was very upset and rightly so, but all they could do is focus on the mileage and not their error! Then had the nerve to say it would cost me an additional $2800! After getting my car back, I noticed it was leaking fluid which wasnt before! Ugh!!! Took my car to Accurate Care Automotive, very nice professional people and not rude! Dashboard looking normal, running good and only cost $105. I will NEVER, EVER take my car to be repair at another dealership again! What they did was put a band aid on it, adjusted the lights to come back on so they can look at the miles and TRY to charge an arm and leg! I always service my car. Only chose that location for convenience. Run from dealerships! Especially this one!
I thoroughly had a great experience! I worked with Leo who was so helpful and informative. I was nervous coming in as a single woman afraid of being taken advantage of by a car salesman! However, Leo and the staff really listened to me. I got an amazing car for much LESS than I was expecting to pay! The entire staff was friendly and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Also, the facility is pristine! I had another appointment, and the staff really rushed to get me taken care of and on my way! Went to have an oil change. They said my tire needed to be patched, my tail bulb needed to be fixed, and my battery needed to be replaced. While patching the tire, they broke part of it, and fixed it for free. Whole process took 3 hours. Luckily, the oil change was free since it took so long. I understandably still had to pay for them to patch my tire and change the bulb (told them to wait on the battery). Every customer I waited with got a free car wash at the end of their service except me. When I asked them if I could get my free wash, they said its not routine.Went to Advance Auto Parts to have them look at my battery, and they said it was running perfectly, no need to have it replaced.
My wife and I were looking for a new Honda CRV. Corey and Chirag were helping us choose the right vehicle for us. Customer service was delightful. We’d visited several dealerships before the Hennessy dealership, but we ended up finding the best deal here. Corey was able to provide us a phenomenal deal for an AWD Touring. Corey showed us all the features of the vehicle like adaptive cruise control, motion detecting trunk open switch, and all safety bells and whistles. We thoroughly enjoyed our purchase, and are very pleased with our car.
Would sincerely appreciate it if you put up a sign on the front door of the Kids Zone that it is a room for parents with children. Every time I come for an oil change, there is an adult that does not have children in there. It’s frustrating especially during a time when you’d like to keep them distanced from other people if possible. It’s otherwise a very nice option to have for our kids when we are unable to leave our vehicle.

He has always taken good care of me as if I were family, and he makes me feel that my trust in Hennessy is well-placed. I also love how the service dept returns my car with all settings in their original places, and there are no surprises. Kevin does a stellar job of explaining findings, and warns me of upcoming larger expenses so I can be prepared. SIX STARS!

Went in for a push to start issue and Mr. David took excellent care of me! I’m a younger guy and I’m used to dealerships/service shops trying to swindle me but David made it clear that would not be happening! Definitely returning because of his great customer service!
Alex Ocasio at Hennessy Honda at Woodstock was a great help when buying my car. He was very kind and patient with me. He did an amazing job and I was very satisfied with his service.
Beware sleazy pricing tactics. I test drove a used vehicle, liked it, and wanted to buy. At that point the salesman notified me that $2000 was going to be added to the online price for dealer fees (in addition to normal tax, tag, and title fees). This tactic is illegal in many states and should be here in Georgia too. Just tell me the price and I’ll pay it, but lure me in with “low” prices and then change it at the end game seems sleazy. I will be buying elsewhere.
I just purchased my car from Hennessey Honda, after having a bad experience with customer service from the Honda dealer in Alpharetta. This was a great decision, just all around great quality service. Katia made this experience so easy for me; she was very knowledgeable, providing all the information upfront, and answering all of my questions. She was very professional and she really knows her stuff! I really appreciate her and Kyle; they both are very courtesy, patient, and down to earth. I recommend anyone that wants the BEST experience, to go to Hennessey Honda of Woodstock. This is a great place and Im so glad I want to this location.
I had one of the best purchasing experiences here at Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. Starting from I walked in to see the cars, went for a test drive, and then worked with my sales Bud Butson on the price was all very pleasant. I also talked with the sales manager who worked with me for a better pricing, and the financial manager who helped going through and explained all the paperwork with me. Each one of them was very detail oriented and well mannered the entire time.I had to say Hennessy Honda of Woodstock definitely had all of their stuff together, and is very professional in the car business unlike some other major car brand with used car sales clowns. Strongly recommended for anyone whos in market for a car and I would definitely return in the future.
What I thought was a excellent purchase turned into a horrible experience once I left the dealership. I will never ever do business with HENNESSY HONDA of Woodstock again!. My salesperson was Armando Riva I have been contacting him for weeks since I bought the car, Ive left voicemails he never got back to me. My first complaint they didnt run my credit like once or twice but I had 8 hard inquires after purchase, and second I called this morning to speak to Armando (finally able to get in contact with him) to ask him about my license plates because my temporary plates expired today July 30th and I never received the official license plates his exact words was he dont know what to tell me. No one communicated that I had to get my own license plates so I had to stop everything I was doing at work to run down to the tag office. Unbelievable!
The service was the absolute truth! From the time we arrived to walking out the door into my new car I received A1 service!! Thank you Jacob Knowles I pray you sell above the quota you really made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
I bought a 2019 Honda Insight a couple weeks ago. David Hand was the salesman and went on extensively about the good reputation with Hennessy. I was very excited about the car but found out that the total amount financed was full of undisclosed charges. Note: The finance guy (Kyle) did not disclose these fees and charges to me but rather I found out when looking at the itemization. My mother reached out twice and the General Manager has not been available or has been reportedly gone for the day.This is shamefully shady business practices and poor customer care. Go to the Facebook page and you will see other similar reviews of added charges.Undisclosed fees:$229 for a transport fee (the car was already there and needed no transporting)$499 for window tint that was already on the car when I found it on Autotrader$98 for nitrogen in the tires (I did not and would not ask for this)$144 for “electric” which turned out to be the a highly inflated cost of sending in the titleThere have been no attempts by Hennessy to remedy this. I would not recommend this dealership.

What an INCREDIBLE experience. I had spent the day prior at another dealership and had been so jaded, and showed up here after seeing a car online I liked. Jacob was my sales person, and he was SO great. Patient, informative, straightforward. I never felt misled, and my expectations were always managed. Greg was the financing guy we worked with, and he, too, was amazing. Explained everything so it made sense. Explained all of the add-on options, but never felt pressured, and I ended up adding them because it made sense! I left with my 2019 Sienna for my family and NO stress!! I couldn’t say enough good things about this dealership. The care they have for the customers is awesome. Thank you for everything!!!
