Unlike the review before me I had a completely different experience at Roytec. I worked hard and went to work everyday and Ive already gotten a 1.50 dollar raise and a lead position within 1 year. Great work environment and great people. If you hang around they will pay you more.

Trust and believe this place would be so much better if they would have better structure in the process of handling business. The employees are over worked. Everyone is spread too thin.

Management stuggling to process orders. Consistently short on parts and tools to fill orders. The production rates are unrealistic and management cant or wont address that. Instead, they are fixated on how to make the worker increase production with a chaotic, pathetic Production Improvement department questioning and dictating every detail of the worker. This actually inhibits production because workers are bullied and treated with disrespect. You will have no rights here (no toilets either except 2). The only good asset here is coworkers are friendly and help each other.

Over worked under paid job. They lie and say theyre willing to help you but really dont. Too much favoritism
