When selecting the equipment the staff was knowledgeable and did a good job matching our needs to the type of equipment that would suit us best. Once we selected the equipment they were very open and honest about delivery and the impact that COVID had on timing. They told us two to three weeks and they met that deadline with time to spare. The crew that delivered and assembled the equipment was courteous, efficient and patient as we decided the particular placement. We are moving into and furnishing a new home and have had nothing but delays with appliances, furniture and a number of other items. Premier provided us with an exceptional customer experience compared with all of the other vendors with whom we have dealt.

Premier Fitness recently delivered and installed a Precor treadmill in my home. The entire process was professionally handled by Phil -the owner of Premier. He kept me posted on timing and details of the process. His associate Josh and Phil were careful not to leave any packaging behind or do any damage while they carried the treadmill upstairs to my office. I contacted Precor for the name of a local dealer. Within thirty minutes I received a call from Phil Verstraete. He directed me to the Precor web site.Phil walked me through the various Precor treadmills until I found one which matched our needs.We closed the deal with that call.I cant imagine a more satisfactory process from start to finish.Thanks to Phil and Premier Fitness Source my new treadmill is installed in my home and is everything my wife and I expected.Phil is located in the Atlanta area, I live on Hilton Head Island.
