This is an excellent cleaning service business with lovely, responsible, kind people who work there. We have used Mopology for almost two years now and they have always been consistent and excellent with their services. Every single person who has come to our house has been wonderful and worked very hard. Our house always looks beautiful after they have been here. Since the pandemic, they always arrive in masks, gloves and we do the same. Whenever we have called the business with rescheduling issues, they have been incredibly accommodating and very, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs their house cleaned. Their work is excellent and they are just all incredibly kind, lovely people.

Our crew of Lilianna and Olga are wonderful - they are thorough, hard working and very friendly! We had used Mopology once previously for a top to bottom deep dive house clean and they were fantastic - our house had never been that clean before! I would highly recommend Mopology.

We were residential customers of theirs and were very understanding during the COVID Crisis. When they suspended their services we were very understanding. When they started up again, we scheduled our first cleaning after they resumed, it was confirmed, still have the email. When May 11th rolled around nobody showed up to clean... ok, stuff happens. We reached out, text, repeat emails, phone calls, no response at all. We assumed they had gone out of business because of the Covid, it happens, but we were never notified. But they didn’t close, they just lacked the professionalism to let us know they were no longer cleaning for us. Very disappointing as we were so happy with their services.

I have been with Mopology for over a month. And from all the reviews and personal recommendations i was looking forward to a great experience. I first have to mention that the girl assigned to me was great, she really took her time and added a little elbow greece where needed. BUT, when i first signed up I had requested someone in particular and was told yes she would be a great fit for me and my house. Thinking thats who would then be assigned to me, right? Nope, not even a courtesy call informing me she wasnt available and they would semd someone out equally as great. That would have been nice and accepted. Instead this other girl comes, who turns out great. The following cleaning no show, no call. I call the office after an hour and i was told she called in sick that day but I wasnt even on schedule. Hmm i signed up bi weekely. So she came following day, no problem again she was great.Following cleaning #3. Recieved a call day of 30 min after she was supposed to be here informing me she called in again today, and wanting to reschedule. Okay now this is my 3rd cleaning and 2 out 3 have been inconvenienced.I have 3 little kids and a HUGE dog. It takes a lot to actually prepare for a cleaning service (go figure) not to mention placing my dog in doggy day care for the day just to convience the person cleaning my house. And here i am being inconvenienced again. I understand things happen and people get sick or whatever but then there should be a contingeny with company for other people to come. All I got was im sorry and ill assign someone new to you for next time thrn hurried off phone cause clearly she got uncomfortable with sitution. (Poor customer service)Again side note to the girl who cleaned my house those 2 times you know who u are but i wish not to name cause I like u, Im sorry if this falls on you. But im not happy with how it worked out.
