My name is Mark Cunnea. My wife just left Famous Footwear in Woodstock Georgia, store number 3192. The associate number that assisted my wife 284749. This young lady told my wife that she had to pay full price for my pair of shoes. They have a buy one get one at half price. Plus, the other part of the advertising is 15% off. My wife was so mad that she called me to tell me what happened.Now she is taking the shoes back to the Famous Footwear in Cartersville to give them back. Then ring the shoes up at the right discounted price.WHERE IS THE MANAGER FOR THE STORE. DOES ANYONE TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS? I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO. TALK ABOUT A BUNCH OF B.S.

Not a favorite experience. Crowded so not enough places to sit and try on shoes. Capable but less friendly salespeople.

Went to famous footwear tonight and Randy helped us. She was awesome, and she helped us find what we were looking for and took good care of us. Thanks Randy!

Store is ok to shop at but there was this dark chocolate goddess in there that deserves the 5 stars for sure.

Went there for late Thursday shopping spree on black Friday me and my wife found one pair each after a lot of search and size trying waited in line for payment met the worst possible black lady cashier arguing on price and made me leave without purchasing anything ...pathetic experience ...
