I am extremely disappointed by the lack of integrity from this company. I physically went to their location on main and spoke with them about a shirt order. We discusses pricing, turn around time, and cost of design. I was told there was NO art fee. A few days later I emailed my design info to them at the email they provided me and went over the initial design I was needing and they were polite and helpful up to that point. A few minutes later I get a call from them telling my my art wasnt in the correct format and to covert it to a format they can use it would be an additional charge. I reminded her that she told me there was no art fee and her reply was that it had to be in the correct format for that to apply, however a few days prior to the conversation when I was in their business prospecting she did in fact tell me they didnt charge and art fee and there wasnt a disclaimer that said it needed to be in a certain format.When I adamantly disputed it they miraculously found a way to make it work. It made me feel like I they were both not honest with me, but also trying to gouge me for more money. After that obstacle i was told they couldnt match the color exactly on my design unless I was will to pay a $75 fee to match exactly, which again they failed to mention in our conversation initially Although I was upset and still feeling like the company wanted to find a way to gouge me for more money I compromised and told them to get as close as they can to avoid having another unnecessary charge. I emailed the shirt sizes for our order and received another surprise. Originally I only needed 16 shirts but was told I would have to order 20 to meet minimum order quantity. I email them the shirt sizes for 20 shirt which is more than I was needing trying to meet their guidelines for the price quoted. They sent me a email telling me I had to order a minimum order of 24 or the price of the shirts would go up $2 a shirt and because they had been so inconsistent with their word and had no verbal integrity this upset me quite a bit. I both called and emailed the owner of the company and explained my disposition about them consistently changing what I was told and not honoring our original agreement. I was told to take my business elsewhere. Is this seriously how you operate a business? Is this seriously how they plan on growing a brand that is reputable and trustworthy in these smaller communities? Im posting my story and experience with this company online causerie think people need to know what kind of business they are running and that they dont have any verbal integrity..

The ladies working in this store are fast and always friendly. Great results on the t-shirts I have ordered and re-ordered. They do screenprinting in mass quantities now and I cant wait to see the final product!

She helped me get my daughter outfitted for dance class. they have all you need!
