The pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional. My daughter went to pick up her heart meds and said it would be another hour, the script had been sent in 3 hours prior to going to pick it up, so she decided to transfer it to rapid pick up and when she goes around to the window, the tech was very rude and said that they don’t offer rapid pick up even though there is a sign that says they do, so my daughter transferred it to delivery and now they have charged my daughter 2 times on her debit card, and money is tight. She has to have her heart meds. This is not the first time she was treated poorly at this location but it will be the last. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak to a manager, they keep picking up but putting me back on hold without saying anything at all. Very poor customer service.

Unfortunately the pharmacists decided to play doctor here and without knowing anything about my medical history, advised me that the risks dont outweigh the benefits for the medication that my physician prescribed me. They refused to fill it. I have already had an in-depth conversation with my physician reviewing and discussing the potential risks, rewards, and unknowns of the course of action of treatment. This informed consent conversation which discusses risk/benefit assessment is one which is sacred between doctor and patient. Stop the unlicensed practice of medicine by pharmacists. Needless to say I will not return here again.

I drove in to take a rapid covid test on a Tuesday. They told me I would receive an email in 72 hours. After 5 days I called and was told I was going to have to call the laboratory to find out but could not provide me with a number. She told me to google it. I did, and I too could not find a number/location. I called back told another my issue and by simply looking up my date of birth, she was able to let me know results. COMMUNICATE

Had two prescriptions called in by doctor before 9am. Went at 1230 and only one was ready was told to come back in an hour. Went back at 5 and waited in driveway for 20 minutes to be told it was still not ready and would be another 30 minutes. They told me to pull around and wait in line again and I refused and told them what had already occurred and i was waiting in drive thru line so they needed to get it finished. Was then told i could not block the lane and needed to leave. They also made excuses as to being so short staffed and threatened to call the police on me. Will never spend another dime at Walgreens on Woodway drive. Had all meds transferred to Pharmacy Plus and got my prescription within an hour. Horrible customer service

They charged me $60 bucks and didn’t even think it relevant to ask if I had insurance. I stated I did and it should be covered. At this point they just said to ask the insurance for a refund.Seemed like they could of easily voided the transaction, added my insurance and then re processed the payment for the correct amount if there was even any to be paid.

Day staff honestly never makes me feel welcome. I’ve had great experiences with overnight in the past but the older staff during the day make me feel like I’m bothering them for just being there. Have never had this issue at other locations, just in Woodway.

The other night, my husband bought medication for me in this Walgreens branch in Woodway Drive, Woodway, Texas because I was not feeling well. I was already on my third batch of these otc caplets when I noticed the box my husband bought has an Expiration of 07/2020. No wonder I wasn’t feeling better but the other way around. My husband and I went back to this Walgreens branch, informed the lady at the register and only told us we’ll get a refund and report to her manager, no other explanation nor any empathy of some sort, was really disappointed because she doesn’t seem to have concern, a simple “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” will suffice, but she didn’t. I have read taking expired medications may bring harmful effects. Why do they even have this products in their shelves?!? Its been expired more than 6months ago!!! They better check and make sure before harming other people! I don’t know what will be the adverse effects on me are but all we know is that we go to pharmacy for us to get better. This is infuriating to say the least, frustrating!

Pharmacy staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful! When health insurance coverage changed January 1st requiring switching from CVS to Walgreens, prescriptions were quickly transferred and filled when needed.

I have gone here and done business with them for years and was always so happy! Until this time. The ladies handicap stall is incapable of closing. This is absurd! Disabled ladies deserve privacy on the toilet too!

Open 24 hours and they can fill up prescription after visit to the ER as late as 11pm. Filled up prescription late and was told it was going to take 20/25 min and it took 19min. The pharmacist guy was very friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and clean with ver friendly stuff. Not all the staff has beeb friendly but some arev polite, helpful, & quick to assist. Easy to see from the street and easy to access from the highway. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Recommend this Walgreens.

Photo workers are trash and the supervisor isnt any better. The same day print out is a LIE then if you dont call them they are just going to leave out in never,never land. They are going to lie when you call and say give them a hour then call you 20 minutes and say use another Walgreens and get a smaller size. I live in Hewitt, why would want to drive somewhere else. The supervisor dont even try to make sure you are a happy customer. Everybody in Hewitt needs to fired and they need to start over.

About a month ago I called to have a new prescription filled (Jornay for ADHD). They told me they had to have it shipped in and it would be about 2 days. I called back after it wasnt filled 4 days later. On the phone I could hear the tech asking someone and the lady telling the tech they need to know if I could afford it first. I had a $30 discount card and after I told them that I heard the same lady in the background say they would order it and have it in about 3 days if I was willing to pay. Over all I had to wait about a week. If they were worried about me being able to pay I dont understand why they wouldnt have asked me that in the first place or at least called?? Last night I needed the same prescription filled again but they werent able to run the discount card because their system is down, which seems to happen often. Ive tried calling multiple times last night and this morning with no answer for 15+ minutes. I need this medication for work and am disappointed in how incompetent things have been.

THE slowest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Literally have never had a trip here that was less than 30 minutes. Most of the time when they tell us a prescription will be ready at a certain time, we give it an hour later until we show up and they tell us it’s not ready or they are still getting it ready and it will be another “30 minutes or so.” Can’t even say I go here for convenience anymore because I don’t consider waiting for 30+ minutes every time as convenient. My sister is pregnant and has to come weekly for her prescription and has not waiting less than 30 minutes EVERY TIME. Not exaggerating. If you’re okay with sitting in a drive thru or waiting on a pharmacy for that amount of time, more power to you but this place is a joke. It really is unbelievable they haven’t had more complaints.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. When you call instead of someone in the store answering your call someone in a call center answers. I’ve been told over the phone prescriptions are ready then arrive at the store to find out they don’t even have the medication in stock and need to order it. The employees move like snails and expect to have a long wait in line at the pharmacy as almost every customer will have some sort of issue with their prescription purchase.

Im really disappointed in walgreens today. My husband called in to have our refill for our son ready and I went there an hour later and they didnt have it ready. I was told 5 minutes so I wasnt really upset about that at all. I spent 10 mins looking around and came back and nobody addressed me at the counter. My 10 month old was starting to fuss so I decided to go through the drive thru. I was the only one in the line I waited another 5 minutes and no one even addressed me there until about 10 mins of waiting. All I ask is for a response guys thats all. Tell me whats going on.

I went to get a prescription transferred from Fort Hood because I was out of town and I explained to them I needed it by the next day and if anything was to happen to call me. I never received a call so I assumed everything went fine. I went today to only find out the transfer never happened because Fort Hood closed before he got a chance to call. Its 9:30 and the transfer still hasnt happened Walgreens opens at 8. If Walgreens doesnt want business from soldiers in need then thats all fine Ill be sure to past this message along to my fellow soldiers and Veterans who needs help from a local pharmacy. Not to add CVS went over and beyond their means to assist me yesterday when they dont take Tricare. Thats definitely worth the copay

Pathetic service from Pharmacy. We waited almost an hour for a prescription that they didn’t even carry. They didn’t tell me, didn’t contact me and didn’t help to fix the problem. I went to CVS and they made calls and got the prescription changed to help us out. I will NEVER go to Walgreens again.

Cashier refused to sell my wife beer because I forgot my ID after taking my mom to the ER. Asked how does it work if a mom has a kid with her and he told me they ID the kid also. So if the kid is underage they still sell the parent beer? Stupid policy.
