Never too busy to help customers, always clean, and everyone there is so nice! Had an issue with my bill and they were able to help me out quickly! Definitely going back!

Tim, the sales associate, tried very hard to get my phone switched over from AT&T but was unable to do so after almost an hour of consistent trying. I feel bad for Tim because he seems like a great guy, but he was new and didnt know the system very well. At first, he had troubles bringing my device onto the Sprint network because it wouldnt accept my IMEI the first three times he input it, and then he couldnt get my phone number to port. Unfortunately, I left before signing up because it was past closing time, and we werent making any headway. He asked if I could come back tomorrow to try again, but Ill be heading to a different Waco location next time.My advice is save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other stores in town to begin with.On a side note, Tims clothes had such an pungent cigarette smell that it caused me to start feeling nauseated by the time I left. I understand its none of my business whether or not somebody smokes, but it gave me a literal bad taste in my mouth having to be around it for so long. It would be nice if Sprint had a policy against this, simply out of consideration for their customers.Finally, Tim, if youre reading this, I wish you the best, and I hope I havent said anything that hurts or offends you. Youre a top-notch dude.

Very slow and horrible phone selection the few phones they do have they have limited selections on.

Avoid store they lie tell you will get a certain promotion to find out you don’t. When they go to review the recording to see if they said you would get the promotion was told by the manager of that branch they can’t hear anything. You call sprint and you think you will get the promotion with talking with a representative from sprint from one month than next a big fat no they call this store after a month from the last time being told heard nothing and is told oh they did hear something and it’s them telling you get 50% off. They lied. Avoid this store.

Go see the staff at this Sprint store, they got me my new iphone and even transferred all of the data from the old one! I love it!

The area manager at this location is no good at his job. I was racially profiled by him at this store about a week ago it didnt feel good at all. Avoid this store if you can.
