Its sad that Im not the only one with delivery issues. I scheduled a delivery using their online service. I tried to change the delivery date online once I realized Id be out of town. I got email confirmations but my account online didnt update. I called and had someone else change the date for me and received another email confirmation. BUT STILL the food was delivered on the original date. So it sat out for a few days - we were charged and food was bad. I called a guy and he said there was nothing they could do about it. After talking to his manager, they requested a refund but said I had to call another number to get the refund processed. The number he gave me doesnt exist. Finally got a new number and have left several messages, but no one has contacted me back. I know their food is good - we used to eat it all the time (like 15 years ago...). But this is WAY too much of a hassle. Their internal systems and online systems need a major upgrade for sure.UPDATE: Once my local driver was finally informed of the issue (I didnt know who he was or how to contact him originally), he replaced all my food for free. The issue got resolved very quickly once he contacted me. So while the online system and customer services were difficult to work with, my local Schwans driver has been fantastic and definitely encourages me to give them another shot. Food so far has been great.
Really good chicken fried steaks and there home delivery service is vey convenient
Every time I call them I get their fax machine...really? List it as a fax not phone!
