This company said they would pick up equipment on Monday and didn’t show up, when I called, the lady I spoke to said they ran out of time on Monday, but they would be in my area on Thursday and would pick it up some time on Thursday, well at 5 o’clock I called only to find them closed. I will try and load up the oxygen machine in my car and personally take it to them, my guess is it weighs 45-50 lbs, I’m 66, so this will not be easy, but I am tired of taking off of work only for them to be a no show. I understand things happen, but pick up the phone and give me a courtesy call and let me know. I know some of you gave a 5 star review, consider yourself lucky that you didn’t have problems with this company.

Very poor customer service. Before being discharged from the hospital I waited four hours for a small portable oxygen tank to be delivered to my room, as I couldnt go home without it after being hospitalized with a blood clot in my lung. Steven then brought the concentrator to my home and when I asked for the humidifier he said I didnt need one. I had to call the office to request additional tubing, ear protectors, and the water catch to keep the water out of my nose. Every time I had to ask for the necessary items I was told it would be delivered that afternoon. EVERY TIME my husband or daughter has had to drive from Golinda to Woodway to pick up the requested items. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the empty tanks to be picked up that are stacked in my living room. I guess we will have to take them and drop them off to get them returned but they bill the insurance promptly. I would not recommend their service as there are other oxygen supply facilities in the area. Totally disappointed and would not even give one star but that isnt an option.

Ever since American home patient took over the customer service is ridiculous and trying to get through to somebody just to talk about medical supplies takes an act of Congress. They do not return phone calls For days at a time and when they finally do they act like they hate their job.

Dealing with them has been a nightmare. They let their paperwork lapse with Blue Cross Blue Shield for about 4 months, but told me they were in network. Then, they blamed BCBS for it. They lied to me and said they were re-submitting claims, which never happened. Ive called nearly every week trying to get updates so that I can pay my bill and its just going in circles, meanwhile im getting rude and threatening letters and phone calls, which they say they cant do anything about. Really wish I had gone through a different provider.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! AVOID!!!!!!Wont pick up equipment...their Local numbers are NOT local and you get lost in continual loops of NO ONE AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Not sure why the negative comments? Maybe new people or new management not sure. But they went out of their way and spent literally hours working on my insurance! Corissa is the CPAP queen. Brenda spent over an hour Showing me how to use the machine and making sure I had the perfect fit! Brenda and Corissa are true assets to this company. I truly enjoyed my time hanging with the staff! From the time I walked in till the time I left they were very friendly and professional. Everyone took the time to stick their head out of their cubicle and say hello! I never got a chance to meet the manager but if you read this give me a call.Please please give this place another chance! I was very impressed with their kindness, professionalism and knowledge!

My son had a tracheostomy last month. They didnt send enough supplies. I ran out and had to spend $100 on Amazon just to get what we needed. I can never get the correct information or extension when I do call. Yesterday I was on hold for 14 minutes. When someone finally answered she transferred me to another extension where I waited another 5 minutes. I assumed when we were set up with them that they would automatically ship our supplies each month. When we ran out, I waited for them to come. No one told me that I would have to call each month to get them. My sons doctor put on the order that his trach needs to be cleaned twice daily. They sent 27 cleaning kits and they were a week later than his other supplies. I would love to switch companies but it will be a hassle because my son has a lot of medical equipment they would be taking. Why is it nobody seems to be able to do the job theyre getting paid to do?

Customer service is awful. Tired of dealing with them. Will be switching. My c pap orders are incomplete or wrong. Call to let them know I didnt receive all my shipment and it didnt get shipped out until a week later have to wait 7-10 more days to arrive. Received damage items they wouldnt replace. Dealt with attitude. I would NOT recommend them at ALL!

We have so many problems with timely deliveries. I called Lincare to switch and found out Lincare bought them out. Hoping it gets better before they kill my mom

The 2 women in the Waco store were major AHoles. Then when they called about supplies the man didnt say thank you or FU and hung up on me. Then then they bad mouthed their competitors.

This is the WORST supply place you can go too. Ive been having problems with my CPAP machine since March. My Dr kept telling them to switch my machine since March. Dr also sent a RX to up my pressure in May, still set at 13.0. I havent used my machine in almost a week because the last time i had it on i lost all my air to the point WHERE i had an grand mal seizure. What if this was your family. I called today to see what was going on, told i was going to get a call back. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. SMH. Go somewhere else. Thats why i switch

One word, AWFUL. Customer service is awful. Im a home health nurse and trying to get supplies for my patient is like trying to bathe a cat. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Save yourself the headache and find a different company.

Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and polite. Im there about 3 times a week to switch out tanks and they try to be as accommodating as possible. Delivery times are a little slow or dont happen on the day scheduled but they have limited staff trying to service about a 50 mile radius with hundreds of clients. If all the negative comments are worried about getting stuff on time, they can go to the office and get the supplies easily and quickly.
