I have to apologize this place has done right by me I had a issue with the other side lot not tasca chevy also that was rectified after I talked to them not the hot tempered wife lol. Ok so I got a Camaro today very nice car ! Lowest miles on any car I owned. From the 2 sales people who helped me out to the sales rep all good guys! I will definitely update with a thank you and post the names of these 3 fellows this week.
So i went in today looking to trade my 2005 monte carlo and get a newer car Tim in sales was absolutly great as was the entire team who helped out after everything i walked out with a 2019 malibu and i am extremly happy thank you to Tim and the staff for there amazing professional help and highly reccomend
I purchased a used Avalon from this location a little over two years ago. I took it to the mechanic I’ve been going to for years to evaluate it so I could get anything wrong with the car fixed by the dealership, since there was a grace period where this was covered by them. The dealership was supposed to have already evaluated and approved the car prior to my own mechanic’s evaluation.My mechanic found numerous issues including (but not limited to) loose tire rods/malalignment of the tires, a leaking AC, and car speakers that were poorly connected as the output volume would rise/fall every time I hit a bump. The tire rod being most concerning safety-wise as there is little to no control of one’s vehicle if a rod were to come off. When I brought this to the attention of Tasca, their garage staff called my mechanic incompetent and stated there was none of these issues actually going on.I recharged my AC twice and, go figure, it stopped working each time. I had it evaluated by a third party mechanic during an oil change, who also agreed there was an obvious leak and that any mechanic could pick up on that through the smell alone (which is also what my original mechanic said). He also noted the looseness of the tire rod and proceeded to tighten it for me, since some mechanics actually take the safety of those riding in the cars they work on seriously.Bottom line is that yes, the sales staff was very nice and accommodating until they made the sale. After that point I felt overlooked and like I was just another sales number since I was buying a used car instead of a new 2021 F150 or whatnot. I have no positive things to say about those that work in their garage due to my experience, although I’m sure there is a good apple or two there and I don’t want to sully the reputation of those good workers because of their subpar coworkers.I would also like to note that I seldom leave reviews for anyone, especially so long after my experience. I hope that speaks to the volume of disappointment I have for the people I encountered while I was at this Tasca.

Buyer BewareThis is a very dishonest dealership. Their game is Were Soo Busy. Sarah is a master at this game. They will give you a estimate on your cost and then change that number when its time to finalize the deal. My cost went up about 2K. I made a offer of $600 less of their final number and they refused it. They lost a 48K sale over $600. They must play their game well and sell a lot of cars.
I purchased a 2021 Equinox from Ryan and the financing was done with Domenic. It was the best experience by far from any dealerrship I have gone to. They made the process easy and stayed within my budget even after taking my lease over early in trade. I higher recommend Ryan!!

After weeks of online research, I traveled to Tasca Chevrolet from Maine to look at Jeep Wranglers. I had a long list of dealerships who had the year and price point to choose from that I wanted. The first Jeep I looked at was the one I bought without looking further.During the financing, I was asked if I wanted an extended warranty. The price I thought they quoted me was very reasonable so I agreed. (I am 66 years old and wear hearing aids in both ears)A few days after returning home, I reviewed the contract and was shocked at what that warranty was actually costing me so I decided to cancel the contract. I had no hard feelings as I figured it was my own fault. I contacted the warranty company and was told canceling was no problem but I had to go through the dealership. After repeated calls and emails over several weeks to the dealership I still cannot get the finance guy to call me back. I have filed complaints with the better business bureau and the attorney general trying to gat a phone call from these guys but so far to no avail. I am afraid I will have to go to court to get this problem resolved. Service after the deal is not their strong point.Follow up. A couple weeks after writing this review I checked my bank loan balance and found they did finally cancel the extended warranty. One five minute phone call was all I asked for to take care of my original mistake and none of this would have been necessary. Never did hear and never will buy again.
Domenic was great. He really knew the truck and took the time to explain everything to us. It was a friendly experience and quick. We love the truck and the showroom was so big and clean with beautiful cars in it. We couldnt believe the selection of cars on the lot. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone

The service manager who helped me was very friendly and courteous. The service entrance was clean, well ventilated (no exhaust fumes from mine or other vehicles there) and bright. The waiting area has complimentary coffee, tea & water with a big TV (playing the news while I was there). The dealership was quiet, but the people were busy. I used my own Hotspot for laptop internet access so I cant comment on their wifi. The cashier was friendly and quick. Overall, I am happy with the dealership and would recommend them to others.

Just a side note i would have bought my trail boss from your dealership if you had any in stock just a suggestion. Over all i would bring my chevy vehicles to your dealership for any work to be done.
My brand new 20121 Chevy Trail Boss has been in for service twice before my first oil change. This does not make me feel warm and fuzzy. The dealership has been great. On my second visit to kill a few hours sitting in the waiting room, GM suggested that my rear light signal failure was probably due to the cap I had installed in December, of course the problem didnt start until a couple weeks ago. The dealership has been great, my brand new truck, not so much. Disappointment. Please share with GM

It was so nice of your rep, who kept trying to make the connection, but, because of my cell phone, it couldnt be done. Been going to the service department for a couple years for a couple recalls and minor repair work. They are great. As someone who is skeptical of dealership having a sales feel thats not the case here at all. The service department has always come across as honest and direct. Never tried to push something on me, and the few repairs Ive had seem to be fairly priced.

I just have to start off by saying that I am disappointed. My recent service visit left much to be desired from the service department. I have had an oil leak of my silverado since 10,000 miles, roughly. I have mentioned this a few times to the service department and each time they say they will not warranty it. I understand that when it comes to warranty, there is certain criteria that needs to be met. However, I feel as though, if a concern is brought up more than once, the service department advisors have a duty to advocate to warranty claims for the customer. Even through they claim the oil leak is too slow right now for them to warranty it, oil leaks are not self healing, they should be addressed before further harm is done to drive line components. I rely on this vehicle to go to work everyday so that I can provide for my family. I also relied on Tasca to inspect and verify that my vehicle is is too shape, its a service that is supposed to provide piece of mind for the customer, yet I drive my vehicle everyday almost waiting for something to happen, and I am stuck on the side of the road without a vehicle. My family as a whole, has bought 5 vehicles from tasca. My wife is also an employee at their Ford location, which adds even more to my disappointment. I had been bringing my vehicle to the Ford location out of convenience for me, and they seemed to do a more thorough check of my vehicle, and the do not normally do maintencde to the chevy brand. I felt more confidence in a Ford dealership to maintain my vehicle, rather than the chevy dealer I purchased the truck from. After this last service appointment, I will not be utilizing the services of tasca chevrolet anymore. After this experience with this vehicle, I have concerns about the reliability of it. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will be looking for a different vehicle, because of the lack of confidence that tasca chevrolet actually does a thorough check of my vehicle each time its there.
Great customer service from the Service Department. Dominic and Eric were both great with answering any questions that i may have had. Was able to get a quick and last minute appointment on a Saturday morning for an oil change tire rotation and get my vehicle washed in under 2 hours. You guys deff earned a new customer!

Woman answering phones in the parts department is one of the least professional people Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Told me what I was looking for doesnt exist because shes never seen a headlight with a Chevy logo in it, never asked for a VIN# just keeps saying itsaftermarketand doesntexist. It does exist! And within 5 min of being on the phone with Imperal Chevy in Mendon I had it ordered. Go there instead
I am not a fan of dealerships and usually try to avoid them. I went down to the RI location from the border of MA and NH and it was well worth it!! I drove from NH to look at a truck at Tasca, long story short I did not end up buying the truck. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t got my deposit back. Every time I call it’s a different answer “it’s out of our hands” or “if you don’t see it in acouple days call us again” the dealer doesn’t care. The sales manager Elon or whatever his name is couldn’t tell you one thing about a vehicle on the lot, Ryan had to answer all the questions. I asked my salesman acouple questions about the truck ( I already knew the answer) he straight up lied to me with his answers just to try and make a sale.
Wasnt impressed at all. The overall experience was nothing to brag about.

Have already sent an email but Michael in service went above & beyond. My daughter was traveling to RI on late Friday afternoon. An engine light came on and I was in Boston Harbor on a boat. I called your dealership as it was closest to where she was so she could leave car for repair next day. I would have had to get in and head to RI to get her. She arrived and Michael had it repaired even though it was closing time. Greatly appreciate the service provided on short notice
My initial experience purchasing my truck was fine. However, its been 16 days since my purchase and I still havent received the registration. Everytime I call I get the well look into it and get right back to you. Everytime, I get no response and have to call them. I finally got my sales agent on the phone Monday after getting pulled over for not having an inspection sticker ... which I cant get without my regsistration. He assured me that the registration had been mailed. Well something was mailed .. it was a check from Tasca for registration refund. No registration still. No response from my sales agent or the finance manager. I have a nice new truck that I cant drive.
The Service Dept at Tasca is great. They are professional, courteous, always friendly and helpful. They.have been going above and beyond during this pandemic to ensure everyone is safe. They are being extra diligent with cleaning the vehicle and following all guidelines. I highly recommend them
My husband & I buy lots of cars. This time, Chris wanted a toy. We sent a general inquiry for a 2017 convertible Camaro SS which led to plenty of responses. However, for us, customer service, trust & connecting go much farther than pushy salespeople. After a less than stellar experience at a dealerclose to home, we were connected with Jack Clagg at Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket. From the moment we met him, we felt comfortable. Jack listened to our needs, connected easily with both of us and most importantly. did not push us into anything we did not want or need. Instead, Jack made sure that we received everything we were looking for and went out of his way to make sure the process was smooth, quick & super pleasant.Chris & I average at least 1 new car a year. Jack Clagg & Tasca Chevrolet have absolutely earned our business. He is well worth the one hour ride!

I had been a loyal and faithful customer to another dealership in RI for close to 10 years but really lost hope in the last year till I found Tasca and Carl. Went there to drive a vehicle I saw online. After talking numbers, I didnt think it would happen. I was allowed to take the car home for 24 hours. I went back the next day and told the salesman I couldnt do it. He asked me how far apart were we on the numbers I told him, and after a little discussion, they made it happen. There was never any pressure. I could have walked away at any time. But, they treated me with respect, and worked with me, and they got a sale, and I got the vehicle I wanted.

I can’t believe they lied infront of me and my fiance.2 years ago We whent for a loan and I told them countless times that I wanted to be the primary account holder and primary loaner. To my surprise when I go to pay off the vehicle the bank informed me I was never primary of anything I was only co-signer. And that the title will be going in my fiancé’s name. This not only made the title process difficult but we also had to get a bill of sale so she could “gift” me the vehicle that I payed for to be able to register it in my name. Thanks to tasca I had a major problem with my insurance since we thought I was primary I didn’t have to put my fiancé down as a driver due to the fact that she had her own vehicle and insurance. My insurance tried to charge me for the 2 years that I didn’t put my fiancé down as a driver and my insurance tried to add her. If they would’ve added her on my insurance or if they do because they’re still trying too,it would have messed up her whole aid for college because we currently don’t live together because of her attending college out of state and she wouldn’t have been able to finish college on top of all that she would have to pay the college.PS- please be careful when going into the finance representative office.take your time and read threw all the paper work they will take as long as 5 hours on preparing the paperwork but will want u to sign it in the matter of minutes. I was advised by another service station that I needed to replace my rear brake line fittings as they were not flared but compression type and thus would not pass state inspection. The team at Tasca Chevy determined the fittings were in fact flared on my vehicle and advised me no work was necessary and offered assistance if the service station would not pass the vehicle. It is possible an unethical dealership could have went ahead and said they replaced the fittings to scam me out of money. I appreciate the honesty and hospitality provided by Tasca Chevy.

While the salesman Doug White was very nice and helpful, he was unable to negotiate on the price of the vehicle at all, which was quite disappointing considering that prior communication indicated that the price was negotiable. For this reason alone, I am not likely to shop there again.
Service writer seemed to like his job, very good salesmenship by asking if there were any othr issues or questions, gave an estimate of time needed which turned out to be very close.Just a personnal suggestion, sales people on the sales floor should not be giving their opinion regarding politics. They should stay neutral

Crooks, cheats, and unpleasant to deal with. One star is generous.We bought a used truck that as part of the sales contract, they agreed to do some body work. It was done improperly, and had another body shop confirm in writing they did a horrendous job. They managed to spray undercoating material on the plastic fenders that stained them permanently, check out the pictures.Getting a hold of anyone to discuss it, and get an explicit agreement that how they would fix it, was impossible. The second time they tried to fix it, our sales person wasnt there, it wasnt on a lift as agreed, and they just wanted to hand us the keys and have us leave. It was a slightly better job, but they didnt clean up the original damage they did, and parts of the undercoating are still peeling. I had to demand three times for the sales manager to come out and look with me at what they did; he refused and and started screaming at us.Well, you win, Tasca. I dont have the energy or the time to deal with this, but rest assured no one I know will ever visit your dealership and I will never own another GM. I dont know how you stay in business.
The atmosphere was quite pleasant and very accommodating. I was helped but Shane and Al who were both very knowledgeable and welcoming. They made the process easy as it can make for a long day, and be a difficult decision. I would definitely recommend going there for a great quality car and experience. the car selection/ price, to the warranty, to the service center, to the employees all together is an A+
Routine maintenance visit. Work was done quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, friendly, and polite. I had several questions and they went out of their way to make sure they were answered fully. Every time we have interacted with Tasca we have had a great experience!
Finance guy Al is unprofessional, has no customer service skills. Can never reach him. He never returns calls. He gets very frustrated when asked a question. Doesn’t seem to like his job much. Ryan the sales manager went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely made up for Als rudeness. Ryan was very polite. Always returned calls and answered all of our questions. Five stars for Ryan. The one star is for Al.
Great dealership! I was on vacation and had a problem with my truck, and when I called the service department Mike told me ‘bring it right over we are not going to let you get stranded’. I brought it in and they diagnosed it and fixed it that morning. Highly recommend them. Thank you for your professionalism.

From the initial contact with our salesman, Mike, who walked us through the process, as well as Al, who explained the finances clearly, our experience has been amazing. Our new car is well maintained, and the purchase process has been relatively painless (minus acquiring a new debt😖); but, as clear and concise as possible. He greeted us right away, he was a very friendly guy. He had the vehicle ready to test drive. I found Alex to be confident, knowledgeable and professional. The managers were also very helpful and friendly. This vehicle was replacing my Grand Am of 14 years and Tasca did not have that dealership attitude. No pressure and they sold me Mercedes Benz Blue Tech. I was looking for a diesel and they sold me a well maintained ML 350 turbo diesel out of a Chevy lot. It was just what I was looking for. The only 2 things I would advise is a bigger space for customers, and when getting service from other services theyve vacuumed my car. I felt like that was a plus plus.
